X-Graps (short for Exokinetic Grappling Palms) are a pair of special gloves that can shoot a beam of plasma that is strong enough to be used as a grappling hook. This is very similar to Spider-Man's web-creating powers.

X-Graps are black, shiny gloves with a blue meter where the palms are at, which can inform the user on how much plasma it has left.

Ally Tachyon was given these gloves to aid her as a secret agent.
Variations[]
Telekinetic Lasso Palm[]
A variation of the X-Graps that was designed by Arnold Derik in 1985. Just like X-Graps, the TLP can also create a strong plasma beam. However, instead of picking the user up, it picks targeted objects up instead. This is still a prototype and has yet to be patented by the Upsilonish Network Bureau.
History[]
X-Graps were designed by Arnold Hunt, a former employee of the UNoIB, an agency in Upsilona. They were first used as prototypes in 1972 and it began to improve over the years. In 1975, X-Graps became fully operational.
Requirements/Prerequisites[]
- User must not weigh over 100 lbs. If so, the glove will be unsafe to use.
Weak Points[]
Because that the X-Graps' plasma line is too thin, it becomes vulnerable. If it was shot at, cut, or even burned, the rope will snap and break.
