Physical Description[]
Victoria stands at average height for a thirteen year old Mobian, although some argue that she is slightly underweight for her age. She has an incredibly slim body, with clearly defined muscles. Like with the other women of her family, she lacks an overt bust but retains a slight hourglass figure, and has been pointed out as looking similar to her mother at that age. She has the same rust-coloured fur as her mother and older brother, although she lacks the black hair of her mother. She also shares her eye colour with her older sister Anne.
Attire[]
Despite only being a trainee Soul Reaper, Victoria wears her own variation of the uniform as her day-to-day clothing. The key part of this is the long black cloak/jacket hybrid, with the lower hem and the edging around the central zip patterned in blue. Under this, she wears a tight white tank-top, black skirt, a leather belt and navy blue thigh-height boots.
History[]
Early life[]
The fourth and youngest daughter of Scott the Power Hedgehog and Gloria the Power Hedgehog, Victoria never ended up in the shadow of her older siblings. Indeed, as a young child, she was bright and developed quickly, although she was very straightforward, almost blunt in her mannerisms as she began to talk. At the time, her brother was a student training under her uncle as a Soul Reaper. This path seemed to appeal to her as a toddler, and as she she grew older, she drove more towards that role over the jobs her parents would have preferred, either an inquisitor like her father or a pilot like her mother.
Precursor to Training[]
Of course, as she approached the age where she could choose her role, trouble was brewing. Anne grew sick with glandular fever, and only Matthew would visit her older sister, who would have been training as an Inquisitor had she not fallen ill.
One night, Victoria was woken by the house violently shaking, a factor that could have been an earthquake had they been on land. Almost immediately, she was awake and moving, but by the time she checked the attic where Anne had been staying, it was too late. Lance was already there, staring at the dead body of their father. Soon after, their uncle arrived and told them the dark news that Matthew had vanished as well, before announcing his theory that Matthew had kidnapped Anne. The two Soul Reapers tried to convince the military to let them go, but there was no use. The military force was unable to capture the pair, prompting Lance to join her Uncle Caleb in hunting the renegade reaper and his revealed accomplice, Anne.
Decisions[]
Despite the departure of her two biggest mentors and the general dysfunction that had engulfed her family, the day after her eleventh birthday Victoria presented herself to the headquarters of the Soul Reapers, announcing her intention of joining their ranks, and one day joining the hunt for her cousin. The head was intrigued, and positioned Victoria into a training cadre, not expecting the girl to meet the criteria, and planned for her to be drummed out within two weeks. The only problem with that plan - Victoria proved more than capable. She was a natural Psychic, with a talent for disorientation and for telekinesis, and took to swordsplay like a natural. In the end, after two months she was accepted as a full trainee, and given permission to create her variation of the Reaper's uniform.
Training[]
As a trainee, with lessons coming from experienced Reapers, although she lacked the rapid training regimen that her brother and cousin received as apprentice Reapers, she developed quickly, and proved herself regularly in training exercises. This was followed by a present from Caleb, in one of his brief respites from the hunt for his son. He presented his niece with a Dragonbone scimitar, a rare weapon type that was effective in hunting Dragons and was nigh-indestructible, a weapon he had received as a reward to match his own years before. However, as the blade was a scimitar and his was a katana, he never used the second blade. By replacing the sword she trained with and used in the field with this one, the young Reaper quickly topped her class, and is a highly placed candidate for an apprenticeship at the end of the year.
Abilities[]
Victoria, despite being descended from both the Moldest and Sibelle bloodlines, possesses only one of the two genetic abilities from these two families, the Sibelle family skill of Rainbow Scale. This, in a way, puts her ahead of her renegade sister, who possesses neither but carries the genes for both. Rainbow Scale works hand-in-hand with her omnikinesis. It changes her body's natural elemental affinity with each technique she uses, allowing her to change her elemental weaknesses simply by using a new technique.
A natural psychic with some of her father's hypnosis training in addition to her telepathy and telekinesis, Victoria is skilled in almost all elements, as well as hand-to-hand combat and the use of swords, with her personal blade fitting as a Dragonbone Scimitar, a blade that is more effective against Dragons than a normal steel weapon. However, like her older brother, she doesn't use Wind techniques, and only rarely uses Wind-manipulation for any purpose. This may be attributed to Matthew's use of Wind techniques.
Due to Rainbow Scale's effect, Victoria's elemental weaknesses change regularly and rapidly, making elemental combat the most inefficient method of fighting her. However, due to her age and still-developing physical strength, she is probably faced the easiest in close-combat by all non-Dragon races.

Personality[]
A reasonably confident young girl, Victoria has little interest in things other girls her age like, preferring swords and fighting to dainty, girlie stereotypes like shopping. Indeed, this confidence and tomboyish attitude often gives the girl a lot more attention from boys than she expected, although she isn't sure why.
As a Power Hedgehog, she has fierce views on the superiority of hedgehogs over other species, with her personal stance heavily in support of the species over all others, although this is rumoured to have it's roots in her father's history.
