Overview

Vexx is a character who has a plethora of moves and abilities that are augmented by his natural abilities. However, like any other sonic universe character; He has an enhanced version of himself when meeting certain Criteria (Two of his forms, needing none but extremely time limited.) This section will deal with the explanation of his super powered forms, what they require, an overview of what they augment on him, to finally an indepth look at his enhanced moveset.

Section 1: Exclusive forms

OverDrive Mode:

Overview:

OverDrive form is an exclusive pseudo-super form that focuses on the user's ability to tap into their natural element core and use it to augment their natural stats as well as add new effects to their move pools. Although no items are required for the activation of the form, strict rules must be followed to maintain a safe usage. Failure to comply will lead to a multitude of health hazards.

Requirements:

  • items: No items are required to acheive this form.
  • Time: constrait of a minimum of 3 minutes and 30 seconds to maintain a safe OD Mode.
    • Minimum of 8 edits to be safe.
    • Going past the time penalty MUST adhere to the penalties section and rules of OD System.
    • Penalty times shall be clearly stated in the following section.
  • Recharge: Post usage of the form requires the user to give the OverDrive time to recharge to a minimum of 30 minutes before reactivation of OD Mode. However upon reactivation the power of the form will be cut down by one half since maximum charge time is 3 hours.
    • Charge time can be changed based on certain special conditions. Such as another OD User giving their energy to drained post user.

Regulations:

  • OverDrive System/OverDrive Nex System: Special rules and guidelines enacted. for set guidelines and penalties, please refer to the System section here

Time penalty regulations:

This section will make a list of all the times and provide an indepth look at the ill effects for going over the time limit.

Please be advised that all edits post activation of OverDrive mode will have a time lapse of 30 seconds. No exceptions
  • Activation of OverDrive - No time taken to do so. However, immediate aggressive action cannot be taken at this time.
  • Safe time frame of OverDrive - Edit amount for safe usage post activation edit is 7 edits. The seventh edit may be used as follows;
    1. Deactivation - 7th edit used to deactivate the form, Defensive action can be taken, but aggressive action cannot.
    2. Continuition - 7th edit used to perform aggressive action. Following edit can be used to deactivate; but due to hitting the 4 minute mark. They will garner the stage 1 negative effect.
  • Stage 1 (Creeping cold) - 8th edit through 19th; User in this state will suffer a building numbness to their body. At first the effect on the OverDrive user shall be minimal. Yet by the seven minute mark (14th edit) they will begin to exhibit reaction time degradation.
    • Deactivation of OverDrive Mode will not cancel out the negative effect and it will continue to manifest as stated.
  • Stage 2 (BerserkerDrive mode) - 20th edit through 39th; User losses all sense of reasoning. They will gain a massive power boost which will cancel out stage 1 to an extent (Physical damage is still done by stage 1) at the expense of attacking friends and foes alike. Deactivation of OverDrive mode by the user is highly doubtful at this point and time; meaning that a third party must force them out of it.
  • Stage 3 (Comatose/Caged mind)
  1. Comatose - 40th edit. The user will fall into a vegatable like state and be no longer able to participate in battles. Can be fatal for it is unknown if they will ever wake up again. However, if they do; They will have to suffer the ill effects of stage 1 for an extended period of time.
  2. Caged mind - 40th edit through 59th; On extremely rare occasions OverDrive users can at this point seal their consciousness into their mind and allow their bodies to fight on. This is seen as an all in, last ditch effort. BerserkerDrive is cancelled, but deactivation of OverDrive Mode at this point is impossible.
  • Stage 4 (Death) - It is as it sounds, upon hitting edit 60; The user will die. There are no exceptions to the rule. Some people are able to hold onto life a little longer to say goodbye to their loved ones and friends, A grace period of 4-6 edits shall be allowed for this to happen. But NO aggressive nor defensive action can be performed by the user at this time.
