Oh, what the heck. Everyone else is doing it. I figure it wouldn't hurt to join in. Besides, you might get a few funny answers. Although you can't hear Smash's voice through text which puts a big damper on the humor. If you need to know who my characters are, take a look at the list.

User blog:Smash The Echidna/The full list of my characters

Well, Ask away I guess.

Smash paper-3 "Just to let you all know. If you ask a question, directed to no one in particular, I'll answer it by default."

Unless, however, someone else has a better answer. And on occasion, more than one person will answer. Just so you know. While I'm on the subject, Just a reminder that there ARE in fact other people who can answer, so don't be shy to ask them questions. I'm not the only one here, even though I pretty much run this joint.

If I don't answer your question, it's probably because it's directed towards a character who doesn't have a good variety of sprites/simply aren't done, or whose character needs work (i.e Cutter.)

Smash Paper4 "As a matter of fact, let me make a list of the characters whom are currently available."

Characters Open for Questioning

  • Smash side
  • Pearl wave
  • Violet Sprite
  • Splice sprite3
  • Gizmo Confident
  • Kitty Pose2
  • Clara Sprite
  • Speedy Sprite3
  • Thunder Sprite

Characters I plan to reopen soon

I don't want to turn the replies into talkplays. I can do discussions on the subject of the questions asked, but if you wanna go out for pizza or something, save it for another blog, please. It gets kinda weird because characters in here have a sort of medium awareness that wouldn't fit in with talkplays.

The difference between a good question and a bad

A good question is one that allows me to give a little insight on a character's personality, backstory, and/or their daily life. Something that lets me open them up a little more and feel a little more human, so to speak. A lot of the recent questions for Gizmo and Violet are good examples of this. I hadn't even given much thought about when Violet started playing the piano till Darkest asked her about it, for instance. That's when I decided to bring in the other instruments she's played.

A bad question can come in many varieties. Bad questions aren't necessarily stupid questions, as the response can still be funny. A bad question is one that's either already been asked, ("Splice what's your favorite color?") one that's irrelevant (This ain't the kirby fanon wiki stop talking about puffball lore) one that's asking one character about another character when they could have just asked the other character in the first place, ("Smash what's Splice's favorite color?") or one that I just simply can't give a good response to. (rather vague i know.) I also won't really accept/answer questions that are just blatant attempts at talkplaying. There's another place for that. :V I also will avoid answering questions if they will reveal spoilers, so don't try to do anything like ask about the ending to SpTH or something like that.

Clara Sprite

"Hello, everyone. My name is Clara Alison. I will be interviewing members of the main cast soon. I will ask each person 10 questions to discuss with them; if you have any suggestions on what I should ask, feel free to submit them. I have also written up a poll for you to help me decide on who to begin with."
