Undertow is a water-based technique, unable to be manipulated by opposing water-users, and capable of dealing increased damage to them.
Description[]
The user begins by charging water energy into their weapon or their own body, and holding the charge. Once enough power is built up, the user must release all negative energy built into the charge. This results in a change in the energy's polarity, differentiating it from common water techniques. The user can then release the attack in many ways, including a physical powerup on a weapon or body part, or a wave of water energy (size and style depends on both power and user). Impact is devastating to water-aligned targets, and cannot be defended against via water abilities. On any other target, it is treated as a common water ability.
