Undying Rage - Genetic Ability
Tryndamere Yarostev is a wanderer born and raised in Artika, and a member of the Yarostev family, from which the genetic ability of "Undying Rage" originates from. He is based on the League of Legends champion of the same name.
Physical Description
A brawny wolverine who stands a bit over five feet tall, Tryndamere has a broad, short muzzle with a triangular nose and a strong jaw, short, rounded ears that are set more on the sides of his head than on top of it, and a fairly short, densely-furred tail.
His muzzle is mostly tan, while the fur around his eyes is brown. A thick streak of brown fur runs down on either side of his body and joins above his tail, and he has more brown fur on his chest. His hair is long, black and wild-looking, and he has piercing, ice-blue eyes.
History
Childhood
Born into a tribe of roughly twenty wolverines, with Tryndamere's mother and father as the leaders, his early life was one of frequent motion. Like all of the children in the tribe, the young wolverine had begun training for combat at the age of twelve. Gender was irrelevant to the small wolverine tribe; both male and female children were trained to be warriors, as life was harsh in the colder, wilder wastes of Artika, and everyone needed to look out for each other. Despite this, Tryndamere was happy with his life, and seemed to revel in a good, friendly spar with the other kids his age.

Having begun combat training at the age of twelve, and then having been found, raised, and trained further by the Primordial Durga, Tryndamere is a monstrous force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. Frighteningly skilled with the Yarostev family weapon, a very large and wicked-looking, single-edged sword christened Shard of the Vengeful Frost. Durga herself was said to have a hand in the forging of this blade, by offering a piece of her frozen armor to the Yarostev ancestors; this shard of ice rests in the hilt of the sword.
Depriving Tryndamere of his weapon does nothing to lessen his power in a fight; his high level of physical strength, coupled with the wolverine's natural weapons, make him equally dangerous in the realm of hand-to-hand combat. When his anger is sufficiently stoked, he will stop at nothing to tear his enemy to shreds with only his teeth and claws.
Under Durga's tutelage, Tryndamere learned Cryokinesis (the psychic/will-based control of the Element of Ice); however, he is only able to execute physical, melee-range attacks of that Element.
Undying Rage
The genetic ability that originated from the Yarostev family.
Resistances
Tryndamere's thick fur gives him great resistance to cold weather, as he grew up in the particularly frigid regions of the Southern Tundra. He is also resistant to the Element of Ice.
Weaknesses
Perhaps it's due to growing up in such a frigid place, but Tryndamere appears to have poor tolerance for hot weather. His thick fur, suited for life in the cold, leaves him prone to heat exhaustion in summer-level temperatures. He also handles Fire-element attacks poorly.
As he is limited to melee range, opponents who can attack from a distance are able to stay out of Tryndamere's reach; this doesn't stop him from trying to get to them, however, especially if he's "seeing red".
Speaking of Tryndamere's anger, once sufficiently enraged, it is easy to lead the wolverine into traps; he cannot think clearly in such a state of fury, after all.
Friends and Foes
Friends
- Durga - The Primordial found Tryndamere shortly after the attack that decimated his tribe, and, sensing the boiling wrath in his heart, took him under her wing, nursed him back to health, and taught him to hone his anger. She allowed his natural combat skills to flourish, and he grew into a mighty warrior under her tutelage. She also taught him Cryokinesis.

Personality
An aggressive and fearless wolverine, the decimation of his tribe left a poisonous rage festering in his soul. He would've possibly grown into a mindless, bloodthirsty monster were it not for Durga's intervention; but rather than quelling his anger, she taught him to hone it, and use it as a weapon; a trait that his parents would've surely taught them had they not perished.
Thanks to Durga, he generally has his quick temper under control, and has shown himself to be a brave and (for the most part) honorable warrior. He always seems to crave a fight; the more challenging it is for him, the better.
His rage is truly frightening to behold. The Yarostev family was well-known for their terrifying anger, channeling it in combat to tear their enemies into shreds, and Tryndamere is no different. When his anger fully consumes him, he will stop at nothing to eviscerate his foes, whether it be by his blade, or by his teeth and claws.
Tryndamere has an oddly paternal nature; having seen fellow tribe members no older than thirteen be cruelly slaughtered during the attack has made him fiercely protective of children.
