Tobias "Psyche" the Serval is a character by Monk the Cat.
He is a fifteen-year-old telekinetic, paraplegic serval. He was born paraplegic and was also born with his power.
Physical Description[]
Psyche is an average sized serval. He has yellow fur with spots on it on most of his body. His muzzle and stomach fur are white. He also has several black markings on his face and four black stripes that run down the back of his head and into his shoulder length hair.
He wears a pair of ankle length blue jeans, a basic white tshirt and a black trench coat. His coat has several pockets for various things he takes with him.
Personality[]
Psyche is a little of a rough person. He isn't the most social person, but he is not rude or mean about it. He will often try to comfort people dealing with sad or angry emotions even if he doesn't know them and tries to help people in various ways. When with friends, Psyche is a very warm and cheery person who loves to play games and hang out with others. He doesn't really like being treated "specially" because of his disability,because he knows how to take care of himself.
Abilities[]
Psyche is Telekinetic and can levitate things and people with his mind. He rarely uses this power, but is decently strong with it. He can also read people's minds and emotions so long as there isn't a mind block to prevent such things.
Skills[]
Tobias is skilled in may things. Such as very fine-motor skills in his arms and head. He is also steady with his arms. He has some training on how to use a spear and sually just uses one-handed thrusts. He also is a skilled marksman with pistols, rifles and shotguns.

- A Spear: His main weapon, just a standard metal spear.
- Two Handguns: Basic pistols for when he is in a tough scrape.

History[]
Tobias was born over four hundred to a tribe of nomadic servals. When he was two a war party from a kindom raidid and slaughtered nearly everyone in the servals' camp, leaving two children alive. Tobias(Two years old at this point) was picked up his young cousin, Phantom as they fled for the mountains...

The young serval eventually landed in the modern time and was revived and given to an orphanage to be raised. He lived a somewhat average life there until he was fourteen...
