I agree that unexpectedly getting sound when you don't expect it can be annoying. On the other hand, it seems to occasionally be useful to be able to have a page designer pick a song for people to be able to listen to at the same time as the page is read, as it can help with the tone of the page. Is there some compromise we can find to this?
I think it is a useful and unique contribution to a page's design and feel. It incites mood, and can fulfil the tone of an article very delicately. I think the only issue is that some people can embed their videos and change to zero, likely used by the creator of this template to incite negative reactions by playing meme-related music. On the other hand, fixing the position of the template itself and making height static to prevent people from doing this could be a useful compromise.
