How do you upload a picture onto the image base.

Go up to the "Add Stuff!" part of the navigation bar at the top, then click "Add a Picture!".

Then you can choose a file you've saved, before putting a description of it if you wish. Make sure it's nothing bad like p0rn or anything else that's offensive.
