  • I was about to create a page for my fan fiction "The New Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog."  However, I found out there was all ready a TNAOSTH article, and it was deleted.  Can I still create it or should I name it something else?  I suppose it was a bit of a generic name, but I felt it described the fan fiction.  A comedy similar to AOSTH, with newer characters.

I guess I'll work on my fan character now.

    • I tried creating a page for my fan character, but couldn't delete the red box (like I'm supposed to).  I tried backspacing, but that just grouped "appearance" into the red box.  Is there some tutorial I am unaware of.

EDIT: I noticed there's all ready two characters on this wiki with the same name as this character.  Would having one more be overkill?  Seriously, I really need help.

      • cracks neck* To remove the Red Box, go to source mode and remove the text there, OR use the blank template page. As for two characters with the exact same name, do you mean page name?

    • I'm not sure what you're asking with that second one.  My series is called "The New Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog," but when I go to create it, it says I'm recreating a deleted page.  I also have a character named Caleb who is a hedgehog, and there's all ready a page with almost the exact same page name.  I'm not sure if this helps, but he claims to be part something (part dog, part bird, etc.) and I like to keep this up to debate amongst fans.

The only suggestion is to make the page for your character have a last name other than a species name. Like Caled (insert last name here)

    • Thank you.  I guess I'll have to give him a different name or go with what you suggested, but what do you supposed I do about "The New Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog"?  I can't give THAT a last name.  Oh, well, I guess the title could've used some work anyway.

Give it another title. May or may not be hard.

    • All right.  Speaking of the series, it isn't a crossover fic, but it might contain cameos from other video games.  For example, there may or may not be a scene where Mario shows up and complains about the quality of the fan fiction.  Just for example, of course.  Should it be in the crossover wiki or here.

I'm going out on a limb and saying cameos are not crossovers, but maybe you should clarify with someone else.
