Policies
The Codex has many rules as to how they work.
- Never reveal any secrets of the group or any information about it.
- Always have the Codex's logo on your clothing.
- Never do tasks with out orders.
- Avoid large confrontation.
- Do assassinations stealthily.
- Never kill or harm innocent civilians.
- Save any one who is in harm.
- Do not attract attention to yourself or the team.
Initiation
The Codex, like any underground rights movement won't simply allow people to enter freely. They often test one's sanity and physical abilities. In order to test if some one is really devoted to join, they often put them on assassination, hacking, and vandalism quests. After those quests are completed, a trust test is required. Then after all of that is finished, one must chose their team attire and the color of the teams logo, they are in the team after those tests.
Base of Operations
The team works through out Mobius. They specifically work the most in corrupted areas. The original head quarters are located in the Slums Sector of Hordaiquan where most of Praxis' oppression is strongest. The building they occupy in the slums is quite normal from the exterior and interior. Inside the building of the Codex there is a secret lair that can only be opened by pressing an indented wall button, the button is nearly impossible to see because of its camouflage.
Uniform
The Codex have a strong uniform code. The higher and stronger ranks get armor that mimics technologically advanced Ninjas in order to combat the Navy Fist with out much damage being dealt to them. The Codex also require that each attire anyone wears must have the Codex's logo. In headquarters though, members must wear Codex Blazers.
History
The Codex began when young Navy Fist Commander, Torn over heard Lord Praxis' conversation with a commander from an enemy army. He found out about Praxis' plans of poisoning the people, to blame it on his enemies, and to make sure he gets the affection of the citizens of Hordaiquan. Torn was disgusted by this information so he faked his death, went off by a new name, and created the team known as Code FR33D0M, other wise known as the Codex. He assembled his team from citizens who have been harmed by Praxis' rule or civilians that have been exile from Mavenland. Ever since then he's been leading a group ready to become the new government of Mavenland.
