This page is surely impressive and amazing. It makes me feel like I'm reading a canon character's page, to be honest. But please don't go that far in creating a whole new fictional company like Nintendo and Sega. Also, having her on almost every canon game of the series and having these constant crossovers between her and the original game/series story-lines isn't really original and somewhat tacky, to say the least. The intro paragraph is okay but there are some points about it that I feel we'll need to look back to on this. Next, the majority of her history and appearances are of fangames such as Sonic Heroes 2 and the like. She seems to be really involved with the canon characters. If you ask me, I think she's too involved with the canon. She's written like she's pretty much one of them, which can bother many people. My suggestion here is that she should spend less time with Sonic and the gang and more time in her own stories and plots. Bring in more of your characters, make your own gang, maybe bring in a new villain to spice things up. I see she's already got her own S.H. styled team. If she has more of her own original plots that don't involve the canon characters (or only to a minimum) then that should help her character a lot.
Next, let's take a look at her powers and abilities. She's got Supersonic Speed, Pyrokinesis, high physical durability, minor super strength, high jumping abilities, Sol powers, a super form and a Dark form? Alright, we need to clean this out a bit. You've crammed a bit too many skills here. Like I mentioned on DeviantArt, The Super Speed needs to go. Not only is it pretty generically overused, but it looks bad on Hedgehogs now. For her sake, this needs to be the first one to go. Looking at her stats, I see that there is not one thing lower than 8. If 10 is supposed to be the max, then that's actually pretty OP. I suggest lowering some things so she's not like the best at everything. My first thought was to get rid of the High physical durability and minor super strength. She honestly doesn't look like the type to have bulky defense, or super strength for that matter. Those Sol powers feel unnecessary as well, but considering she's connected to the Sol dimension it's not really that strange. But the way it stands now, having Sol powers and Pyrokinesis is a bit of a stretch. Especially when it appears that Nikki is a singer, but we'll get back to that later. Right now, I think that either her Sol Powers or Pyrokinesis should probably go. I think that she should have less convenient powers to use at her disposal, so she'll have to rely on her wit some more. And finally, she's got a super form AND a Dark form. I never liked dark forms, and it just feels tossed in there. You can get rid of that. Her super form however, that little information as well. The only other thing I see on it is that she's slower than Sonic when she's super, but faster when she's normal? Well, good thing we're getting rid of super speed. But that makes me wonder about her super form even more. It seems that she's a little more balanced when super, which is odd. Anyway, I'll chuck some ideas your way. How about this; Nikki cannot use her sol powers unless she's super? That or Pyrokinesis--or both even, to make things more interesting.
Her entire abilities/powers/super forms section is very vague as a whole. We don't really know enough about them, but from what I can see they need toning down the way they stand now. So, I hope you consider these changes. For now, let's move on to the next thing. Nikki is a singer. She writes and sings songs in her free time. This is a trait that I feel needs to be expressed more than just in her pictures, as the one paragraph is the only place on the page that even mentions it, save for her infobox. She may not be an official star or anything, but it's certainly implied by the artwork, given that she's got a mic with her. If she's not a professional, it seems that she wants to be. I think you should put a little more focus on this than her various adventures to beat up Eggman and Nega.
Now, she's got a side-kick. Starlight. There's something about this that somewhat bothers me but I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe it's because we don't know enough about their interactions with each other, so when you say that she's her sidekick, all I can do is take your word for it. I also feel like Nikki doesn't need a sidekick. Not that she should 'work alone', but having a sidekick feels a little unnecessary as well. I might change my mind if you go a little more in-depth about her relationship with Starlight.
And speaking of relationships, that's the last part of the page aside from trivia and the gallery. Actually, there isn't as much to say here as I thought. But there's one thing that really, really bothers me. And that's the list of friends where anyone is allowed to edit. I don't...I don't like that concept. It's basically allowing any random person to sign up and "be friends" with your character without actually having met them. And this applies to you, too. That last person who signed up could be a guy who probably didn't even know who you were, and vice versa. That and I honestly don't like the idea of having anyone be able to edit my pages, let alone openly allowing them to. I mean, if you're okay with this then that's fine, I suppose. But I would much rather have my characters develop some kind of friendship with them before adding them to the friends list. At the very least have them meet, first.
All in all, there's not enough information on the parts of her character I feel should be the most important, her powers need some tweaking and toning downward, and she needs to have her own stories and plots away from the canon. I don't think you'll win these awards the way you are now, but don't give up. You have the potential to be a great character; You just need to work at getting there. The road to Best Character is very tough and full of trial and error. I hope my advice in this review helps. I will give you a +1 for encouragement, because you can do this if you try.
