A proposal

I've deciden a propasal it will help you get more characters up for adoption and more business. Some users male characters the user goofs off 3 times they get banned for ever. The character is never used again. Could we put those characters up for adoption? We could also have characters up for adoption whose user hasn't used them for a year. Some, like Ice the Cat, I think can be left, due to the idea being a simple enough thing to change and make unique, but most of the others, if badly done or a single sentence, will be deleted, not adopted. As for the adoption side, I'll take back all those characters already adopted out, I'm afraid, and delete the ones that don't seem to be worth keeping. Basically, you got it. You get all jurisdiction over the page, and then the character (and the name, although if multiple characters of the same name exist, you should add a username tag after it).
