Appearance

Sulten the Civet (sɪvɨt Civettictis Civetta) is a Male anthropomorphic cat/weasel like creature with purple eyes. Sulten wears a casual black frontal pocket zipper hoodie on his body, white gloves on his hands and black exterior steel toe cover footing boots on his feet. Originally, Sulten only wore a black slip-over robe with a hood, because it was traditional to his tribe and he had nothing else, that is until Callie gave him new clothes.

Personality

Sulten is a character with an easygoing personality who stays distant and doesn't talk much with new people, but when he gets more commonly use to a person, such as Callie, he shows more of a sense of humor or casual social outreach. Normally, Sulten stays distant or solitary, that is unless someone, such as Callie, chooses joins him. Sulten's living habits involve staying indoors for most of the day and coming out at nighttime. He's also the type of person who will show a bit of sensitivity to something he feels connected to, but there will be often times when he tries to hide his true feelings from everyone. If there's also secrets he feels he must hide for the greater good, he will do so without flaw or accidental reveal.

History

Before Robotnik's Rule

Sulten was raise by his mother and tribe of civets dedicated to the God called Chaos/Sulten's tribe is killed by Ire the Civet and Sulten hides with the Chaos Stone.

Between Robotnik's Rule

Sulten performs the Ceremony of Chaos/Kallie finds Sulten but runs away/Kallie gets attacked by a badnik and Sulten saves her, so Kallie gets Sulten to live in Knothole with her from Princess Sally's permission and check of an spy equipment/Sulten and Kallie get to know eachother/Sulten helps set up defenses and weapontry/Sulten goes outside and Kallie joins them. Together, they talk about their losses. Kallie talks about the loss of her parents being robotcized while Sulten talks about the loss of his mom and tribe to a badnik attack which he actually lies about, because he doesn't want Kallie to know about Ire/Three months later when Sulten performs the ceremony of chaos, Ire finds him and he's forced to knock out Ire and run back to Knothole/Sulten tells Kallie that he needs to leave, but Kallie doesn't want him to leave/Sulten leaves anyway in the morning after she falls asleep/Kallie finds out Sulten left and secretly follows him.

Normal Form

Chaos Nightmare "The user creates small blasts of Chaos Energy with their hands and at the nexus, knocking back enemies, or knocking them into the air." 

Chaos Spear "A lightning bolt attack released while charged with Chaos Energy"

Chaos Strike "A blue energy pulse that harms and confuses enemies."

Deflect "Only usable in Super State. The user creates an arc of blue energy that deflects projectiles and sends towards an opponent, when fully charged, it creates a larger arc of energy."

Energy Ball "The user creates a small orb of Chaos Energy that will instantly home in on any nearby opponent, making them lose their balance as well as temporarily stunning them."

Super Form

Chaos Attack  "A move that, after a homing attack, levitates the user in front of the enemy, letting them do up to 5 chaos energy-enhanced punches and kicks, each a bit more powerful than the last."  Chaos Blast  "A very powerful shock wave that basically decimates all within a twenty yard radius."

Chaos Boost  "Charges the user temporarily with chaos energy, giving them a red aura, which alternates to a red-whitish aura. Allows invulnerability to average attacks, and allows use of more advanced techniques." 

Chaos Impact "A powerful chaos energy-enhanced ground punch that creates a small earthquake." "A powerful chaos energy-enhanced ground punch that creates a small earthquake."

Spear of Light  "An augmented version of Chaos Lance only usable whilst in Super State. The user fires red bolts of energy which home into the opponent. A fully powered Spear of Light can fire eight bolts simultaneously in a circular pattern, and does more damage."

Chaos Snap "Possibly the closest variation of Chaos Control. The user is instantly teleported to nearby enemies and attacks with a Chaos Attack, up to five enemies in a chain of attacks. It was also supposed to the absent Chaos Smash."
