Sonic Unity is a classic-style 2D platforming Sonic fan-game for the PC. The game features 84 different zones spanning 7 different stories, with the 85th and final zone being where the game's final boss is faced. The game also has 7 playable characters, they being Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Mighty, Ray, Rosy the Rascal, and the all new character Shade the Wolf.
Story[]
Sonic: Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles are flying on the Tornado to the Northreach Isles to investigate rumored sightings of Dr. Robotnik. However, as they are approaching the island, Robotnik shoots the Tornado down, causing the three to be separated. Sonic lands on the boardwalks of the first zone, Palm Tropics. After navigating the boardwalks and traversing the jungle, Sonic managed to defeat the Doctor in the jungle's ruins
