Sonic Adventure 3: Return to Mobius (ソニックアドベンチャー3：帰国 Sonikkuadobenchā 3: Kikoku?) is a video game created by Sonic Team that was released 2 February 2021 in North America by Sega for the Sega S-Series and the third game in the Sonic Adventure series. Although, it flies with a second title, Sonic Returns, to capture the ears of a newer audience. It released to Japan and Europe on 12 February 2021, 18 October 2021 in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and 13 December 2021 in Australia. Sega predicts it will sell ten times as much as the originals combined, even though exact numbers are yet to be reported. It was released in 2021, marking the 40th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

Sonic Team at the Grand Canyon
Sonic Adventure 3 was developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega. A select group of Americans were assigned to re-create Sonic's Adventure in a sequel. It was designed to be more user friendly than its predecessors. With a focus on sequenced moves while keeping the free and story-oriented feel of Sonic Adventure. Using an approach similar to Sonic Adventure 2.
Taking inspiration from their Arizona location for the game's levels and environments. Sonic Team was inspired by the Grand Canyon which set the place for intermediate levels. Other levels influences are unknown for now.
Throughout its development, Sonic Adventure 3 went through little change. Most of its interactions were unknown to the public, it's existence was secret for 5 years until its eventual mention 2 months before release.
Sonic Adventure 2 Chao Garden
Chao Garden was not included in the game originally, but added in a DLC after completing all levels. Although "Hero" and "Dark" classifications were kept, and characters did not have equal story lengths. Some special characters, like Blaze the Cat, only had a fraction of original storytelling.
Sonic Adventure 3 was released internationally on 23 June 2021, marking Sonic's 40th anniversary, where Sega employees hosted a big gamer party and everyone had a good time!

Dr. Eggman's Spaceship
This game starts in Dr. Eggman's newest spaceship that harnesses the power of the Chaos Emeralds to travel through time and space. Sonic and Tails are in one section of the ship, Knuckles, Shadow, and Dr. Eggman are in another part of the ship. When Sonic gets too close to the Chaos Emeralds, Dr. Eggman tries to transport them to another part of the ship. A strange reaction during transportation sends one floating to a distant planet. Sonic and Tails part of the ship self-destructs while Dr. Eggman's part descends towards the planet.
