Sonic Kart:Xtreme Speed is a fanon racing game starring Sonic Characters and Fan Characters in racecars. The sequel is Sonic Kart: Drift Heroes. This game was criticizied for poor gameplay and easy courses.
Plot
Dr.Eggman has failed with his EX World Grand Prix races,so he comes up with 8 cups for Sonic and friends to race in. He annouces it the very next day in Station Square and the surronding areas. Who ever wins all 8 cups will win the Master Emerald! Can you lead Team Sonic to victory?

- Chao Helper-Summons a Hero,Dark,or Neutral Chao and attacks players in front of you.
- Ring Portal-Teleports your racer into 1st,2nd,or 3rd place.
- Egg Missiles-Launches 1 or 10 missiles forward or backward.
- Assist Ring-Summons Jet,Wave,Storm,Bean,Mighty,Metal Sonic,Emerl,or Tikal and that character attacks all other players and places them in 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th,or 9th place!
- Minigame Box-Takes your character and puts it in a Casinopolis based minigame where you can earn items and unlockable karts.
- All-Star Emerald-Activates your character's all-star move for 20 minutes.
- SEGA Ring-Summons a familar SEGA icon and that icon attacks enemies behind you.
