You want to get involved in the community of Sonic Fanon? This is a list of things you can do to engage with the community.
Discussions
We have discussion boards, otherwise known as forums. These follow the same rules as Policy.
To look at them, here.
- General is for anything relating to Sonic or talk about Sonic. This isn't for pages/articles, think like the games, TV series etc, even questions about the series itself.
- News & Announcements/Contests is for anything relating to new admin updates and announcements on the wiki and contests such as SFW awards.
- Help and Support is for any help you need for the wiki. Need help with something to do with pages/articles or is there somebody spamming/breaking rules when they shouldn't be? Ask here. This isn't for asking for help with content on your pages/articles.
- Wiki Improvement is for suggestions on useful improvements on the wiki itself to improve the wiki.
- Useful Information/Tutorials is for useful information such as how to create a character, how to roleplay etc.
- Article Discussion is for discussing pages/articles on the wiki. Have an idea or struggling with content, post here!
- Article Critique is for people who want critiques (advice) on their characters.
- Roleplays is for roleplays. Not for setting up roleplays.
- Roleplay Discussion is for discussing RPs. This can be used for RP ideas, discussing RP and setting up RPs.
- Character/Article Q&A is for setting up Questions and Answers for articles/pages and characters. Want people to ask questions about your ocs or pages then ask here.
- Art is for art you created yourself. This is not for picrews or other other art.
- Art Discussion/Requests/Comms is for art discussion, art you didn't create yourself, art requests and art commissions.
- Fan Projects is for fan projects you are working on. Say your working on an actual fangame (not just a page on the wiki), it'd go here.
- User Recommendation is an old forum where users recommended others for admins etc. Not used anymore currently.
- Offtopic is for discussion that has nothing to do with the wiki whatsoever.
- Forum Games is for fun forum games such as ban the person above you.
Other Forms of the Community
Blog Posts are sometimes used by the members of the community to talk about singular topics. Although not as used as the discussion boards anymore.
Article Comments are used to engage people in the comments section of a post. A great way to engage with the community.
Talk Pages are defunct on articles/pages and shouldn't be used nor created.
