Sonic Adventure 3 is an upcoming game developed in an unknown 3rd party development team. It will be a direct Sequel to Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Heroes, Shadow The Hedgehog and Sonic Riders, while also taking place before Sonic The Hedgehog (2006). It marks the return of the Adventure mechanics since Sonic The Hedgehog (2006), while also using Sonic Heroes' Mechanics (for a few levels), and Sonic Riders' Mechanics (for half of Babylon's Gameplay). It also marks the return of the Chao Garden. The release date is currently unknown.

Plot Description[]
Similar plot to Sonic X's Metarex Saga, Sonic came across an evil mechanical ruler name Dark Oak; the leader of an entire race of Metarex, during his battle in Space. While Tails discovers a mysterious girl name Cosmo; the princess of Seedrians who came to Earth to warn him, Sonic and the others realized that the entire universe is in danger. Shadow The Hedgehog, the Ultimate Lifeform, has chose to serve GUN as an agent, alongside Omega and Rouge, after the events of 2005's Shadow The Hedgehog. Who was later sent to discover Eggman's plans. And Jet The Hawk, the last descendant of the Babylon Rogues, has made a deal with the detectives, Team Chaotix, that they would go with them to space to be in check with Sonic and Eggman, secretly Vector is also keeping an eye on Cream (since he's ordered by Vanilla The Rabbit). Leading to the point where Sonic, Shadow, and Jet facing the Metarex as Rivals and Teammates to save the entire universe from losing Planet Eggs and gathering all 7 Chaos Emeralds.
