Sonic Adventure 3, is an action/adventure, platformer game, developed by Sonic Team and published by SEGA. It is the sequel to Sonic Adventure 2 and the third installment of the Sonic Adventure series. Thus, the game shares many similar gameplay elements and mechanics with the games Sonic Adventure through Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). The game takes place shortly after the events of Sonic Adventure 2, and is a prequel to the events that transpire in Sonic Heroes. The game also sees the return of the Chao Garden.
Plot
The game further explores the mysterious past of Miles "Tails" Prower, as well as incite into the events of Sonic Heroes, the fate of SA2's Shadow the Hedgehog and G.U.N., pre-Sonic '06.
Legend Of The Kitsune
It's said that beyond the physical reaches of our world there lies another, an entirely separate realm. The Demon Realm, where creatures and other monstrous beings reside, living parallel to us. According to legend this realm is ruled by The Kitsune, a race of fox like creatures typically with eight tails at the time of adulthood, who carry unimaginable power. For seemingly as long as time has existed they've ruled over their realm with the nine Kitsune Pearls, but it's only a legend right? Wrong. The Kitsune have been among our world for decades, but what happens when a Kitsune is pushed to it's limit. It's no telling who will live.

Sonic the Hedgehog
Sonic’s gameplay is extremely similar to that of his gameplay in Sonic Adventure 2 and the fan made Sonic World. The main differences being that the drift will net you a speed boost much like in many modern racing games. There is also a signal for the homing attacks lock on. Of all the characters Sonic is the fastest.
