Skelfing the Rat is a soldier that serves the Dark Clan of Voidstar.
A relatively wiry rat who stands a fair bit over three feet tall, Skelfing has a somewhat short muzzle with an oblong nose, large, rounded ears that stand upright, and a long, slender, hairless tail.
His fur is primarily caput mortuum in color, with a Dutch white muzzle and chest, as well as English red forearms, back stripe, and blaze marking on his forehead. His hair, which is fairly long and messy, is black in color, and his eyes are English lavender in color.
Like the other Dark Clan soldiers, Skelfing is a fairly well-rounded fighter, who primarily excels in close-range combat; he wields a kukri as his primary weapon, a sharply curved blade not unlike a machete, and also carries a lightweight dagger as his backup weapon. His physical training has kept him fit, and also given him a respectable measure of physical strength.
Skelfing is an adept spectrakinetic as well, and primarily wields low to mid-tier melee techniques of the Darkness element, with his ranged/energy-based options being a bit weaker. Being a rat, he has a keen sense of both smell and hearing, and he also has access to a painful bite, thanks to his hard and sharp front teeth.
Skelfing is relatively resistant to the Element of Darkness. He is also quite agile, able to dodge slow-moving opponents and attacks with ease.
Skelfing is weak to the Element of Light. His defenses aren't anything special, therefore he mostly relies on his agility to try and evade potentially devastating attacks.

- Keganasan the Chinchilla - There are rumors that he has a crush on Keganasan.
Skelfing, although not the smartest of his comrades, is certainly among the bravest. Severe injuries won't dampen his will to fight enemies of the Dark Clan. He also tends to prioritize the well-being of his comrades (especially Keganasan's well-being) above his own. For all his heart, he's rather dense, and this makes it fairly easy to deceive him.
He is known for having a somewhat obnoxious fondness for puns.
- Not terribly bright
His name is the Icelandic word for "terror".
