The author of Silver the Hedgehog: The Telling of the Future/Achievements considers this page to be unfinished. As such, some sections may change.

This page features all the Achievements the player can get in the game. In Story Mode, some are collected, some might be targeted for Free Roam, while some could be targeted for both or just be a challenge. This will be split into two categories, Story Mode acheievements, Free Roam achievements, and overall challenges.
Story Mode Achievements[]
These are the list of achievements the players might collect during the game. They'll be three sections, Story Mode achievements, Free Roam achievements and challenge achievements that the player has passed.
These are the Story Mode achievements the player might collect. By Story Mode achievements, that means its targeted to Story Mode, so maybe the player passed one part or its something to do with a cutscene, something to do with RPG etc. So, yes, they're SPOILERS from the story here. These listed achievements are in choronilogical order.
- Back to the Future- After the first cutscene the player collects this as it showcases Onyx City in its full glory. The first cutscene is cinematic however too. The logo is a shadow of a futuristic city and a guy on a jetpack flying past a tower.
- On the Run- It occurs after the player has finished playing Onyx City stages (the first three). The logo is a shadowed hooded figure on a hoverboard.
- The Professor Shall See You Now- It occurs during the cutscene with Silver and Blaze in the muesum in the Professor's private room, where he introduces himself. The logo is a robot who are on both sides of the Professor. They're all shadowy figures.
- Civil, Right?- It happens either after the C.P Robot boss battle or when Silver and Blaze sneak into the Science Centre. The logo is a silhoutte of a face with question marks over his head.
- The Start of a New Beginning- It happens after the Mindmaster boss battle at Nign Temple. The logo is a silhoutte of a man standing in front of a glowing portal.
- Hey Slipper- This is the sixth achievement that the player collects. It happens during the cutscene when Edmund has finished speaking to the civillian. Its a silhouutte of Edmund and he's waving.
- Hell on Mourhan Cave- This is collected after the Hedgehog boss battle. The logo is darkness with white eyes that appear in the darkness.
- Rise of Goliath- This is collected when the player defeats Goliath in the first boss battle (where he is actually Goliath).
- Welcome to E-10 Base- This is collected in the first cutscene where we see the E10 Base. The silhoutte is the Sky Rider heading for a base.
- What Are You Afraid Of?- This is collected after the Protector's second boss battle has been completed. The picture is a silhoutte of the Genesis Portal and a silhoutte of a man standing in front of it in a "ready to fight" sort of stance compared to the fifth Story Mode achievement.
