Rutan is a son of Dr. Finitevus and Lien-Da. After being orphaned and using the Enerjak-Memory he found back then he moved the his uncle and current Guardian, Dr. Zachary. He later become a member of Zachary's Knights of Chaos and is titled Knight of Chaos Zero, thus is the leader.

Appearance

His fur was originally red and his eyes were brown with white sclera.

Rutan's wearing his battle armor

After an accident on his first mission or rather his only own mission, being caught in a deadly radioactive Chaos Energy. His fur color is white and his eyes are yellow with black sclera. He typically wears a flowing, tattered black cape with an Enerjak helmet insignia on the back (in some appearance, on the front as well) with a heavy gold emerald clasp. Rutan also sports holders for his Warp Rings on the forearms and feet, essentially wearing them like heavy bangles or bracers. He also wears a belt with a round gold buckle. Beneath his cape is a grey vest with 13 slots on each side, and wears a pair of black boots with metal plating and a pair of fingerless black leather glove.

His armor form is like is white with a long black cape, black vest with 13 slots on each side, and his helmet resembles an Owl.

Personality

Rutan is portrayed as a serious man. Like Rouge he has a liking of treasure, but unlike Rouge he has no interest in jewelry and gold, but magical artifacts. He likes to fight Pac saying that it his destiny. He's also rude and usually mocks people, but mostly when Sonic went super, but not knowing that it gives Rutan a chance to go super to. He tends to give rude nicknames to certain people that fit them like calling Amy "The Hot Head". He's also arrogant saying that he never loses in his own game, and even if he did lose he states that, "I'm not gone forever". He's also a brilliant actor as he gains people's trust without anyone suspecting him and acts like the Rutan people know. Despite his arrogance he fights fairly and even accepts defeat. He tends to get mad at his subordinates, but forgives them when it comes to desperate measure, like when Hamlin cornered Rutan and Scratch with Rutan's gun Scratch threw to emerald to knock Hamlin off and get Rutan's gun back, despite the loss of the Emerald the two manage to escape when Rutan reclaimed his gun. He's also like studying history.

Once every he tend to go insane and can lose his temper very easily, due to his accident, but returns to normal after 24 hours.

Abilities and Powers

Rutan is shown to possess incredible strength as Zachary states that it requires a trillion of Sonic the Hedgehog to fight Rutan equally. He also reveals incredible speed as he easily outmatched Shadow's Chaos Control with his speed. He also shows great leadership as he is calculative and is also intelligent especially when it comes to history and artifacts, and can upgrade outdated machines into dangerous enemies.. Even though not in super form Shadow states he posses the strength of fourteen Chaos Emeralds. Rutan also possess great endurance as he took no damage from Amy's hammer and Mighty's fist, but was hurt by Knuckles' punch although its because of Knuckles' Inner Enerjak self increased his powers.

Rutan is a skilled swordsman, although he mainly uses a combat knife the, Hell Edge. Rutan shows great skills with a gun as he was able to stop Omega's barage with his Card Driver Gun, the Card Loading Gun Hell Blaster which can also anything from the cards he install although the summons are weaker than the originals. Rutan is also a skilled close combatant, although he rarely shows it.

Rutan is shown to have perfect control with his Chaos Energy can use that energy to heal his body, especially rebuilting his ripped limbs. So far Rutan possess two super forms, Hell Enerjak and Complete Mode. He becomes Hell Enerjak by installing the Hell Memory into his body instead of his Belt. For Complete Mode he installs the other 25 memories into his vest and complete each of their powers together.

Weapons

Memory-Driver: A belt with a slot in the center where he installs the Hell-Enerjak-Memory to become Chaos Fighter Rutan.

Hell Cutter: It is Hell's primary combat knife that is summoned through the powers of the Hell Ener-Memory. When the Hell Memory is placed in the weapon's Memory Slot it initiates the Hell Requiem Maximum Drive which disable the people's connection to the Chaos Force from his choosing.

Card Gun Driver: A loading card where Rutan installs his cards to summon his Fighters while the others changes the users into the fighter. It is a prototype so it can't change Rutan's appearance like the others made after it.

Enerjak-Memories

• Arsenal: Use of multiple weaponries and increased marksmanship.
• Blade: Use of multiple blades, and increased swordsmanship.
• Commander: Create soldiers including Prelates with the ability to materialize and destroy matter.
• Dream: Enter peoples dream and manipulates them.
• Engine: Increased speed and ability to change into any vehicles, for Rutan mainly motorcycle. This possess more than one ability, each based on a different type of engine: Steam, which creates a wave or wall of hot steam; Jet, which allows the Chaos Blade to execute super heated slashes or fire a bladed energy wave; and Electric, which allows the Chaos Blade to perform electrically charged slashes or fire a bolt of electricity.
• Flash: Control and manipulate lights.
• Gravity: Control over gravity.
• Hell: Gives Rutan the ability to survive life-threatening attacks and increase his Chaos Powers with the power of Hell. This is Rutan's favorite memory and his armor is from this memory. Must be used first, before others. It can also distrupt peoples connection to the Chaos Force or anything similair that he chooses. Sean is the only person, who can break the lock.
• Invisible: Turns invisible and is impossible to find even by the sharpest sense.
• Jet: Give Rutan the ability to fly and transform into a jet (mainly a G.U.N. Blue Eagle)
• Key: Locks and unlocks anything including computers with or without lock. The effects only last for an hour.
• Liar: Gets people to believe in his lies and the effects last for half-an-hour.
• Magic: Do magical abilities.
• Nuclear: Control, manipulate, create nuclear energy.
• Orbit: Properly move in space.
• Poison: Produce poison.
• Quake: Create earthquakes.
• Radiation: Control, and manipulate radiation.
• Shadow: Shadow mending.
• Time: Control, and travel through time.
• Utopia: Reality-bending powers
• Virus: Ability to inject anything, including objects.
• Weather: Controls the weather.
• Xtreme: Enhances all abilities.
• Yin/Yang: Power of spiritual balance. Splits Rutan into Good Rutan and Bad Rutan. Rutan uses it to be in two place at once.
• Zone: Teleport anything/anyone including himself to different locations including Zones.

Battle Cards

Summons: Like his teammates and enemies, Rutan possesses his own set of Battle Cards. Unlike most others who transforms into Summons, Rutan uses his Battle cards to summon Summons. Rutan can summon, at most, three Fighters at once, though in some occassion five.

Vehicles

Enerider: The Machine EneRider is Rutan's personal Honda CBR250R motorcycle. Rutan is very fond of the bike and states it's the fastest model made. The bike is also a control system for the Caterkiller train that Rutan got a hold of. It possess an A.I. called S.I.M., SUPPORT INTELLECTUAL MOTORBIKE. It can drive itself and comes when needed.

Caterkiller Train: A giant train created by Eggman to plow through cities, but Sonic and Tails send it to the sea. Rutan manage to find it and did major changes with it and uses it as his ground base. Rutan made the armor permenanty indestructable, and increases its speed that it can warp to different zones. He also weaponized it with various types of weapons and equipped it with a shielded generator. It is also equipped it an A.I. called K.I.T., KILLER INTELLECTUAL TRAIN. It can drive itself and comes when needed.
