Rouge the Bat is one of the Freedom Fighters and a treasure hunting mobian bat. She's to be voiced by Sandra Bullock, ever since Miriam's voice in The Prince of Egypt (1998) and Scarlet Overkill's voice in Minions (2015), succeeding from Lani Minella, Kathleen Delaney and Karen Strassman respectively.
