First of all, NO SEXUAL CONTENT!!!! flirting and kissing okay, but nothing above that.
Secondly, No trolling or insulting others chars, actions, etc.
Thirdly, it's okay to enter a random post, but nothing too far off topic. example: characters are wandering through labrynth zone and suddenly they're in wonderland.
Fourth, no godmodding characters. if they have an uber powerful form, then they have to have an uber bad consenquences that affects only them.
Finally, swearing is fine except for f bombs. however, please keep it to a minimum, unless i missed in the rules of wiki that swearing isn't allowed.

Basically, Lucky the hedgehog lived life as a very famous theif, known as the Gambling Thief, for 3 years. He is 14 now, and is tired of the life, and now wishes to be a hero to everyone.
