The Frozen Tundra

(The heroes have just realized they're lost as they stand in the middle of nowhere surrounded by freezing cold snow.)

Lien-DOS: This weather is interfering with my sensors, I am no longer able to pinpoint our location.

Dimitri: This has never been a section of the island I was fond of...

(Meanwhile on a different part of the tundra, a mobian rabbit like creature can be seen with a strange gem in her hand, she appeared to be looking for something)

(The group continued to trudge through the snow until they noticed the shine off the gem.)

Luger: Lien-DOS, can you scan that?

Lien-DOS: There appears to be a heat signature up ahead!

Rabbit Creature:*the gem glows brighter and then she opens up a portal between two trees*

Lien-DOS: There is an energy signature too! *she runs towards it*

(The Rabbit notices Lien-DOS, she then under goes an intricate transformation sequence, and then quickly goes through the portal)

Lien-DOS: *speeds up to try and get to the portal*

An Unusual Cave

(On the other side of the portal, there apears to be a bizzare landscape resmbling a distorted ice cave)

Lien-DOS: *quickly jumps through the portal and stops, the other three soon catching up* Hello?

Rabbit:*looks behind her and notices Lien-DOS* You shouldn't be here, this is a dangerous place!

Lien-DOS: But what are you doing here? We were investigating the strange energy signals.

Nudge: Its a long story, lets just say that theres something "important" here.

(A large, icy spider like creature crawls past Lien-DOS)

Lien-DOS: Important? But-

Dimitri: *moves forward and cuts her off* It's alright, Lien-DOS. *notices the spider creature* What on Mobius is that?

(A green Fox covered in thin black coat and and black sneakers makes his way through the snow.)

Neo: How did I even end up here?

(He continutes on his way as he hears a someone ask what something was. He looks up and notices a cave. He charges to it only to stop in fear, sitting on the wall was giant blue spider. He holds out his four light green claws but does not act on the spider.)

Nudge:*slashes the "spider" with her sword* She knows we're here!

Moon: *quickly turns to look at the person who ran in, but what Nudge said was a more pressing concern* Who?

(A large gust of icy wind blows at the group, and even more of the "ice spiders" gather to the center)

Neo: Great... *Slowly backs away from the corner.*

Moon: *draws her blades* I think we have work to do...

(A tall blue figure in a white hooded cloak and what appears to be a rotating snow flake in the place of its face emerges)

Lien-DOS: *looks at the figure in confusion* Hello? Could you identify yourself, please?

Figure:*wails eirily*

Lien-DOS: I do not understand.

Luger: *steps in front of Lien-DOS, eyeing the figure warily* Keep your guard up.

Nudge: That is a witch, its what I've come to fight!

Luger: Should we attack?

Nudge: No, if it kills you, not even a body is left behind, you'll be gone forever.

Neo: So what do you suggest we do?

Nudge: Stay put, I'll handle this.

Witch:*wails erily*

(Moon and Luger look at each other.)

Luger: You should probably do it soon then.

Neo: ... *Neo keeps his claws out just in case*.

Nudge:*removes her hat and waves it infront of her, and then five swords fall into the icy ground, she picks up two swords and throws them at the witch*

Witch:*howls as it gets hit*

(Luger and Moon both stand on guard with their weapons drawn, but just wait for now.)

Nudge:*she picks up the two remaining swords and charges at the witch*

(The icilce hanging from the roof of the cave break apart and fall onto Nudge)

Nudge:*falls to the ground* Aah!

Moon: *immediately heads over to clear the ice off of Nudge*

Nudge:*gets back up* Thanks.

(Multiple "ice spiders" carge at both Nudge and Moon)

Moon: *nods to Nudge but then sees the spiders and begins to fire energy blasts at them*

Nudge:*turns her magic staff into a carbine and starts shooting at the spiders*

(The ice spiders retreat)

Moon: *she kept firing until it was clear they were retreating* What about the "witch"?

Witch:*blows an icy wind and fires razor sharp pieces of ice at the group*

Neo: * swipes at the ice pieces* Well looks like your little plan to 'Kill the witch' failed!

Lien-DOS: *puts up a nanite shield to block the ice shards* We can not just give up.

Nudge: I think its time for a last resort. *she leaps up high, removes her bowtie and it wraps around her cane, turning it into a larger prescision lock cannon and fires it at the witch*

Witch:*wails as it gets hit, and melts away. along with the ice spiders*

(Everyone starts to relax slightly.)

Luger: Is that it?

Lien-DOS: I'm no longer detecting its energy signature.

Neo: Great, anyone mind telling me where we are?

Dimitri: *comes forward from where he was taking cover* That I can. We're in a remote part of the Ice Cap zone on the floating island.

Back in the Tundra

(The strange cave fades away and the and they seem to be back to the tundra)

Dimitri: Hmm. With that interruption out of the way we should return to more pressing matters; namely, our escape from this blasted zone.

(A small black and silver, egg-shaped thorn falls to the ground)

Moon: *kneels down and looks at the thorn, then looks up* Where did this come from?

Nudge:*picks up the thorn* This is a grief seed, a witch's egg, its what gets left behind when a witch is defeated.

Dimitri: *looks it over and scans it with one of his tendrils* Interesting. What does it do?

Neo: Who cares, Looks useless. *Taps the side with his claws with no reaction from the thorn.* See? Nothing.  *Turns to Dimitri* So this is Icecap Zone? How did we end up here, Doctor? *Puts his hand up to his mouth Swiftly* ...Why did I...do I know you?

Nudge: Actualy, Its very important, *takes out her gem* this is my soul gem, it has gotten alittle dim, *taps her gem with the grief seed, and it becomes bright again*,  see, now my magic will much be stronger.

Lien-DOS: *watches Nudge with interest*

Dimitri: *gives Neo an odd look* ...I'm not sure. As for your question we were here investigating some abnormal energy signatures.

Nudge:*whistles* Nuubey!

• A pink and white chao with two long, feeler-like appendeges hanging off his head, and a red oval on his forehead flies to Nudge*

Neo: Wait, Soul Gem Your a magic Girl?!?

Nudge: Yep, I am a magical girl contracted to Nuubey.

Dimitri: Magic? Bah.

Moon: *looks at Dimitri* As long as it can help us.

Nudge: And that bizarre cave we were in, that was a witch's barrier, but now its over, what are theese "matters" you were talking about?

Dimitri: The "matters" are that we can't just stand here in the middle of this frozen wasteland. I can already feel the frost on my circuits.

Neo: *To Nudge* Don't see the point. *Looks her up and down, then shakes his head.* I could have done that myself, and with my soul. *Turns rudely away and looks at Dimitri. When he does his posture changes Quickly.* Well...we would need to find some type of cover. All I can see is snow.

Nudge:*reverts back to her normal form* Hmmp,*feels the cold* Gah, Its freezing here!

Lien-DOS: The weather is still interfering with my sensors, but there is evidence of solid formations to the northeast of here. *points*

Nudge:*still shivering* Should we go there?

Moon: It's the only plan we have. *starts walking*

Nudge:*is so cold, she can't move*

Luger: *notices this and stops* Are you alright?

Nudge:*shivering* I...I should be fine!

Luger: *frowns, before pulling off his coat and offering it to her* Here.

Nudge:*feels much better* Thanks!

Neo: *Rolls eyes*

Nudge: Should we go to the formations you spoke of?

Luger: *nods to Nudge and goes to catch up with Moon*

Nudge:*follows*

(As they keep walking the terrain starts to become more uneven, causing them to have to hike up hills.)

Nudge:*looks around and steps carefully*

Luger: It's almost too quiet around here...

(The plain they're walking up is steadily getting steeper.)

Nudge:*looses her footing and falls back* Wah!

Neo: *Grabs Nudge's hand.* Oh, no you don't. *Tries to pull back up.*

Nudge:*gets back up* That was close!

Lien-DOS: *looks back to them in concern* Oh my, are you alright?

Neo: She's fine robot, let's just go. *Tries to cover up a bit of a blush*.

Lien-DOS: *tilts her head* Mr. Neo, you have elevated temperatures in your face.

Neo:*Stops for split second, as if trying to think of something, then glares very rudly at Nudge.* It's the magic, it effect my physicl being. Let's go.

Lien-DOS: *doesn't look any less confused but starts moving again anyway*

Nudge:*brushes back her ears* Well!

Moon: I see something that might be a cave up ahead.

(The rocks began to get more jagged, and there did in fact appear to be various cave like structures.)

Neo: Good, we should rest in one of the caves.

Nudge:*sighs* Great......

Neo: What would seem to be the problem Ms.Nudge? *Quickly changes his expression and tone* I mean if I cared.

Nudge:*glares at him* Like its any of your business anyway!

Neo: For one, we're traveling together, in an area where we might freeze to death, it pretty much is my buisness. Two, that wasn't very Ladylike. (Good thing I visit Pages!)

Dimitri: If you both are done bickering, we need to hurry and get to this cave.

Nudge:*sighs* Fine.....

Shelter?

(Everyone begins to enter the cave. It's dark, but not quite as cold as outside since there isn't any wind.)

Neo: Well, this is nice.

Nudge: ........if you say so.

Dimitri: *sighs* It will have to do... *shudders slightly since the dark cave brings back bad memories*

Lien-DOS: *just standing there* I am scanning the cave now. It appears to be much longer.

Nudge: Great, this shoul be good.

Lien-DOS: Perhaps we should investigate further?

Neo: Well that would depend upon our companions.

Nudge Im not a big fan of caves.

Dimitri: ...Neither am I.

Luger: Some of should scope out the area while the rest stay here then.

Nudge: Hmmm......

Neo:Your going to make me check it out aren't you?

Luger: *shakes his head* Not just you, I'll go. And anyone else who wants to. Just as long as no one goes anywhere alone.

Neo; Well, you got something to fight with?

Luger: *pulls out his blaster*

Neo: Alright then, let's get going. Unless anyone else has an objection?

Luger: *glances around*

Moon: I'll stay here with everyone else.

Nudge: Me too

Neo: Alright let's get moving Luger.

Luger: *nods and starts walking further into the cave*

With Luger and Neo

Neo; *As they get out of earshot.* So...what do you think of our companions?

Luger: *gives him a questioning look* Why do you ask?

Neo: Well I've noticed some things about them and I know you know about them more than I do. Like lien...she's not a real echindna, is she?

Luger: No, she's not. She's actually a computer program. Her echidna form is just a hologram made of nanites.

Neo: I figured part of that was true, but I though robot more than Hologram. Anyways what about Moon, you and her seem to have some type of connection...

Luger: *he paused, smiling slightly* That's right. We're... together, actually.

Neo: I thought that was it. Then there's Dimitri, who seems nice enough, but then there's the giant elephant in the room, Nudge. What about her?

Luger: This is the first time I've met her, I don't know any more than you.

Neo: Hmm...Well what do you think of her so far?

Luger: She's our ally, so I can't complain.

Neo: *Sighs* I don't like her...but I guess I don't have to like to get outta of here, Huh? *After a bit of Silence* Can I ask you question?

Luger: You have to work with what you have. *glances over at him when he speaks again* Go ahead.

Neo: You ever feel like you have a certain emotion about a person but you also have a different emotion concerning that person? Like two different feelings for them?

Luger: *looks thoughtful* I think I know what you mean. These different emotions... They're romantic, aren't they?

Neo: I...don't know...

Luger: *just nods* I see. You'll figure it out.

Neo: I hope your right. Otherwise this ride might get a bumpy. *Keeps walking.* I don't see anything so far.

Luger: *glances around* It seems pretty empty in here...

(The passage started to become more narrow as they went.)

Neo: Well this is going to get a bit more difficult.

Luger: I hope you aren't claustrophobic...

(As they squeezed through the passage it soon opened up again but this time into a cavern. The odd thing though was that it looked like someone had been there before.)

Neo: Aren't abandoned areas supposed to look that way? *Moves to the center of the area* There's a burn mark here and it looks kind of fresh.

Luger: A burn mark... *looks around* I think there was a struggle here.

Neo: Hmm...A struggle...well it doesn't look like we can go any farther, the people must have left already, if they did at all. I think we should head back, I have a bad feeling about what's going on over there.

Luger: *glances at the burn mark once more and nods* You're right, let's go.

Back with the Others

Dimitri: *looks around the cave uneasily* I can't say I'm fond of our situation...

Nudge: Mm-hm......

Lien-DOS: It is only temporary. Soon we'll find our way out of this zone.

Nudge: Thats good to hear.

Dimitri: I do hope you're right...

Moon: *just sits to the side, thinking and keeping watch, she then starts to notice something*

A female hedgehog walked up to everyone. She seemed injured on her left shoulder. "Can you guys help me? I just woke up and I don't know where I am."

Moon: *quickly stands up when she hears the other voice, but relaxes since the person seemed friendly* We're not much better off.

Lien-DOS: *notices her injured shoulder* Oh my! *runs over to her and starts scanning it*

The female hedgehog looked at her shoulder. "I'll be fine." She smiled.

Lien-DOS: It does not appear to be infected and the cold has stopped the bleeding.

The female smiled even more. "Thank you uh....um....."

Lien-DOS: *she stepped back to a more courteous distance* My name is Lien-DOS. And this is Moon, Nudge, and Dimitri. *gestures to each of them*

The female nodded. "And I'm Chantrea. Nice to meet you all." She grinned.

Nudge: Hey........

Chantrea looked at Nudge. "Hello. It's nice to meet you! You look familiar. What's your name again?" She gingerly asked.

Nudge: Ebony Barbara Delicado, or Nudge for short.

Chantrea smiled. "I have a friend that likes you. Don't tell him I told you! He'd be so upset." She giggled.

Nudge: Hmm, really?

Chantrea laughed a bit louder. "Yeah. He's afraid to talk to you. He tries to act all tough." She said.

Nudge: Ha ha... I don't blame him, I have been known to be pretty, "scary".

Chantrea seemed confused. "Really? How? You look pretty nice to me."

Nudge:*giggles* Do I now?

Chantrea seemed a bit uneasy. "Well you've been nice to me so far. But my friend is preparing to ask you out. I know he won't though. He wimps out. A LOT." She said trying not to laugh.

Nudge: I don't know, I'm not a fan of whimps.

"Oh he's not a wimp. He just get's nervous. Well only around you. But he isn't a wimp." Chantrea said. She laughed. "Just the other day, he escaped from a police officer after pickpocketing a guy walking down the street." She said.

Nudge: Hmm......*seems a bit intrested*

Chantrea tilted her head. "A bit interested I see." She said. She giggled. "Want me to give him a call?"

Nudge: Hmm.... I'll see how he does......

Chantrea nodded. "Once we get out of here, I'll call him. Whenever that is...I wonder when we'll get outta here. It's freezing..." She said. "Wish I hadn't off put on these." She said refering to her tank top and shorts.

Nudge: Me too, but that echidna gave me his coat.

Chantrea chattered her teeth. "I see." She said. She smiled.

Nudge: Heh heh, yeah....

Chantrea walked around. "So what do you want to do while we're in here? We gotta do something productive while we're here."

Kong thought "its freezing around here what happened oh thank mobius theres a cave!"

Chantrea saw Kong. "Hey there! I didn't see you there! Come inside."

Kong waved and signed "hello there"

Chantrea realized Kong was mute. She immediately gave him a hug.

Two teenage girls appeared, approaching the cave, one of them is a light-brown-furred female wolfdog and the other is a red female hedgehog.

Agnes: *chirps* Hi, everyone!

Kong waved then asked in sign language "who are you?,im Kong"

Chantrea looked at the two. "How did you two get here? I'm confused..."

Tegan: We got lost in the middle of nowhere and then we found you guys. It's so freezing out here. Oh, My name is Tegan *points to Agnes* and this is Agnes.

Chantrea nodded. "Nice to meet you two." She said with a warming smile.

Kong then asked in sign language "weird question but does anyone know what happend?"

Chantrea pondered for a moment. "Hm...not really. All I remember is being in my police cruiser and then I blacked out after crashing into a car."

Kong (if u hav seen any roleplays Kong is in you know what i do instead of say "Kong signed" you justr have to assume that Kong is either signing or writing it down anyway)"all i remember it getting really cold in my tree and me passing out"

Chantrea nodded. "We all need to figure this out."

Kong "we also need to find some snow jackets its below zero out there

Chantrea looked up. "If Zerofuse was here, he could heat us up."

Kong " i think i passed a winter clothes shop while i was searching for a place to shelter"

Chantrea raised an eyebrow. "And you didn't bother to get anything?" She asked sarcastically. She laughed and poked Kong's shoulder.

Kong "oh that would of been a better idea"

Chantrea smiled. "Well let's go! Oh and how old are you anyway?"

Kong" 13 you?"

"16. But let's get some clothes." She suggested.

Kong "yes lets"

Supply Run

Chantrea looked around. "So where is it?"

Kong "follow me"

Chantrea followed Kong.

An hour later they found they shop 

Kong "here it is" 

Chantrea looked at the shop. "Well let's hope it's warm inside."

the door was locked so Kong grabbed a rock and threw it at the window to make a way into the shop

Chantrea's police instincts almost came in. "Sorry. Almost arrested you." She said, putting her handcuffs away.

Kong walked in and got out a thick orange parka, gloves and winter trousers 

Chantrea looked around. "Hello?" She cried out.

Kong "i dont think anyones here"

Chantrea took her flashlight out. She looked around some more.

Kong went into the changing rooms to put all the stuff on after he did he put some rings on the counter and heped Chantrea look for people

"No one. Strange..." She said. She took a jacket and snow pants. She took some jackets to bring to the others. She obediently left some money on the counter.

Kong "we should probably try and find some food too"

Chatrea looked around more and saw a vending machine. "I found this but there's no power in here."

Kong "i've already done it once" he grabbed the rock he used to smash the shops window and he threw it at the vending machine (it has a glass front right) smashing it he then gathered all the food and put it in his backpack "this should be enough for everyone"

Chantrea smiled. "You're must have broken into places before." She said.

Kong "well when you are abandoned at the age of 6 next to a tree you sometimes have to" he then realised she was joking and smiled

Chantrea shed a tear but quickly snapped out of it. "Well. Let's go unless there's anything we need still."

Kong "dont think so"

(Okay see ya bro - RTH)

Chantrea nodded. "Let's head back."

(As they headed out of the shop they were approached by a group of penguinators.)

Chantrea pulled out her pistol. She tried to shoot, but the cold weather froze her bullets.

(The penguinators went into a belly flop and charged towards the heroes.)

Chantrea's instincts to protect kicked in. She ran up to one and kicked it.

Kong decided to help he threw a rock at one of the penguinators 

the penguinator trtied to freeze him by firing ice beams at him

Kong took the attack head on and then fired the same attack back at the robot

Chantrea smacked her gun. "C'mon work!"

Ice spears apperead up and shattered one of the penguinators 

one top of one of the buildings was a hedgehog in a long black with blue streaks on it he was holding a sythe with icicles on it

Chantrea smacked her gun hard, sending a bullet flying into a penguinator. She changed her ammo to fire ammo.

Kong ran and round house kicked a penguinator

Chantrea shot some pistol rounds into a penguinator.

(Several of the penguinators were destroyed by the attacks and the rest retreated.)

Chantrea reloaded and put her guns away. "I'm guessing we should head back now." SHe said. She went back and entered the cave.

Kong looked at the person on the building "who are you he thought"

Back at the Cave

Lien-DOS: Welcome back! Was your trip successful?

Chantrea took a deep breath and explained everything that happened with out stopping. "And that's what happened." She said. She put the coats on the ground. "I don't like stealing, but we had to."

Dimitri: Desperate times call for desperate measures, as they say. *looks over the things that were brought back*

Chantrea laughed. "So now what? We can't stay here forever."

Dimitri: No, we can't. But with these supplies we'll be better equipped to find the way out.

Moon: *looks further into the cave* I'm starting to worry about Luger and Neo...

Chantrea tilted her head to the right. "Luger and Neo?"

Moon: They went further into the cave to investigate but they've been gone awhile.

Chantrea nodded. "Oh. Well let's hope they're all right."

Lien-DOS: I'm sure Mr. Luger and Mr. Neo know what they are doing.

Moon: *sighs* I hope so...

Chantrea looked around. "So what do we do?"

Moon: We can't just leave while they're still in there...

Dimitri: I don't suppose you found any communication devices on your trip?

Kong layed down the food they collected down on the floor

Chantrea took out her polic phone which was now frozen.

Dimitri: *looks at the food, then at the frozen phone* I'll take that as a no. In that case, if any of you leave the cave, bring Lien-DOS with you. She can communicate with Moon and I. And try not to get separated.

Chantrea took out a tracking device. "I could use this. I only have two..."

Dimitri: Hmm, crude, but it should work. It does function, correct?

Kong "i think i have some information that could help us find out who sent us here you see there was this guy on this building and he seemed to have some kind of snow and ice power so i think he could be linked to what is happening here (he isnt)"

Moon: *furrows her brow* Did he do anything else?

Kong"not really he just looked evil and his powers"

Chantrea took out the GPS and tracking device. She demonstrated. "This is the tracker. This is the GPS." She said. She activated both the GPS and the tracking chip. She put it on her arm. A yellow blip appeared on the GPS. "That's me. The yellow dot."

Chantrea then put both the GPS and tracking chip away. "I believe we should go find Luger and Neo."

Moon: *immediately stands up, looking eager to do so*

Dimitri: *frowns* Alright, but be careful. We don't need you all getting lost.

"Okay." Chantrea said. She left a tracking device in the cave. She left. "You coming?" She asked Moon.

Moon: *nods and follows Chantrea*

Lien-DOS: *calls after them* I will be in touch through Moon's communicator!

Chantrea gave Lien-DOS a thumbs up. "Yes ma'am!" She said.

Lien-DOS: *waves to them*

With Chantrea and Moon

Moon: *keeps walking into the cave, looking worried*

Chantrea looked around. "Any sign of them?" She asked.

Moon: *activates her helmet so she can see better in the dark, but shakes her head* There's no telling how far in they went...

Chantrea used her flashlight. "Hm..." She said. She got a bit scared.

Moon: *glances at Chantrea, forgetting her own worry for a second* Are you alright?

Chantrea started to breathe hard. "I'm claustrophobic. I'm getting paranoid. I can handle it though."

Moon: Are you sure? You could always head back.

Chantrea shook her head. "I'm fine." She said, smiling to Moon.

Moon: *still looks a bit concerned, but accepts it* Ok.

Chantrea kept going.

(They walked for awhile before they reached a fork in the passage.)

Chantrea sighed. "Great. Now what?" She asked. "You wanna go the same way or split up?"

Moon: *looks between the two paths before activating her communicator* Lien-DOS, we've run into a problem. Can you see us?

Lien-DOS: *looks at the tracker Chantrea left* Yes, Moon. My scanners indicate that there are life signs coming from both of the paths.

Chantrea listened. "So...which way should we go? Or should we split?"

Moon: *thinks it over* We might have to. But you should take the tracker.

Chantrea nodded. "You want the GPS or the chip?"

Moon: I'll take the chip. If you have trouble you can come find me.

Chantrea smiled. "Got it." She said. She then continued into her own path

Moon: *goes to the other path, blades drawn on the off chance there was something there*

A hedgehog followed Moon.

Moon: *The faint sound of someone behind her caused her to go rigid. She whirled around, pointing her blade at whatever was there.*

The hedgehog laughed. "What are you gonna do? Stab me?" He cockily asked, leaning against a wall of the cave.

Moon: *narrows her eyes, not moving from the offensive position* Who are you?

He walked towards her. "Zerofuse. I'm looking for a girl by the name of Chantrea. Have you seen her?" He asked, gripping his knife.

Moon: *eyes him suspiciously* How can I be sure you don't mean to hurt her?

With the Others (Again)

Kong (with the others at the front of the cave) "what do you think will happen if we cant get out of this place?"

Dimitri: If we don't get out we'll likely freeze to death.

Nudge: That would be bad.

Dimitri: I would say so!

Lien-DOS: Do not worry. We will regroup and all find our way out.

Nudge:*sighs* Thank God!

Tegan: All right, let's go!

Agnes followed suit.

Kong "i hate the cold"

Dimitri: I'm sure no one blames you, Kong.

Nudge: I hate the cold too.

Dimitri: I would suggest building a fire but I'm not sure it would be in our best interest.

Nudge: How do we do that?

Dimitri: As I said, it may not be the best idea.

Emily:*appears to be outside*

Lien-DOS: *looks towards the exit* I am sensing another life form.

Emily:*looks up at the sky*

Emily:*is wearing a coat and a scarf on*

Lien-DOS: *flies outside of the cave* Hello?

Emily:hi

Lien-DOS: Hello. Would you like to come inside the cave? The temperature readings are much higher.

Kong"welcome to hell"

Emily:sure*walks inside*

Lien-DOS: *looks confused but then follows Emily inside*
