This is my first roleplay I created, I want it to be different, So enjoy!

Introduction:

Starting as a normal day, Nothing seems to be different...Except a boy, Name Flame running in a panic, trying to warn everyone of the disaster that will strike.

Rules:

Don't Godmod.

Don't Change The Plot.

Be considerate.

And remember I will remove posts that break any rules.

No romance, I will allow Flirting and kissing, nothing more.

Max characters 5, No more (Also if you have 4 or more characters, there must be atleast one in each group when everyone splits into teams(There will always be 3 teams))

Don't ask to join! if you do I will put your characters name on the list!

Don't use foul language, (Im english, so if i think its not a curse then it isnt)

Roleplay:

Stage 1: A disaster! Believe me!

Seiryu looked around, her bubbly optimism clearly visible to anyone who glanced in her general direction. Today was going to be a great day, she just knew it.

Meawhile, A short red fox was running panicing something was wrong, any help was accepted anything, He needed someone to help, The world was on its last legs, And there was nothing he could do. Flame Ran as fast as he could, "I'm never going to make it, I have to speed up!" he though, Flying off, He stopped to a halt and looks at Seiryu, "You have to help me! A...*Pant* Closed Space, Destruction, Please help me!"

After awhile,Nova crashed in with his suit,standing up and removing the headgear,he looks at Flame raising his eyebrow,fakingly coughing and toning himself,he comes closer and speaks "Greetings..my name is not important but..i'm going to be glad to help you with your problem"

Flame Looks up at Nova, He Looks confused, Pondering over why Nova knows his name, And knowing about the Destruction Happening At the nexus, He ponders for a while afterwards deciding that its not important, "W...Who are you? Nevermind... You have to help me, Theres a area in the city that has became closed space, A uninhabited, dead area, its expanding, its being maruaded by robots and spirits, You have to help!" He panics "Please Follow me!" He flies off towards the Nexus.

Nova's eye twitches as he heard Flame say Who are you,he nods as he speaks,he watches him fly off toward the nexus,he looks at his rocket boots,hoping that they would work,he sits down on the floor and emits neon blue light from his hand going to the boots,he stands up and dusts his tech suit off and flies towards the direction Flame is flying towards to.

Flame Arives at the nexus, He flies into an invisible barrier, "This is the edge of the closed space, a Dead area where Magic Technology and weapons don't work, Somehow some has infiltrated it and made an army, Destroying the world from the inside, You see a closed space is basicly the world, whatever happens there happens here, So we have to stop them, I would go and stop them myself but as i said magic doesnt work there, rendering me useless, so Prepare then tell me, and ill get us in there" Flame Gets a Handheld Like thing and asks for as many people to come to this spot "We just have to wait for a bit"

Nova,going too fast,not even noticing that Flame stopped,he ran into the barrier and slides down on it,he gets off it when he reached the surface,he rubs his face cringing,stopped and went over to where Flame is,when he did,he listened to Flame and nods,"Right..well..it would be impossible to stop them if technology,magic and weapons doesn't work behind that barrier."

Flame sighed "Its not impossible, We just need alot of people who are strong, Which means we have to wait, I'm sure if we went in now we wouldn't survive." The barrier is slowly moving back, Flame seems to be able to see the barrier, "Hey get back, It it engulfs you you're as good as dead, Let me make a help signal so more people come" He makes a help signal, Hoping that someone will come but all the replies are disbelief, flame sighs "We may be here a while."

Nova steps back,looking at the Dead area,he sighs and walks around trying to scout the area "Well,everyone is busy these days..you know...villains,heroes,everyones a part of something,well not everyone..but..you get the point," He sits down,taking off his suit,with an airlock sound,he drops it at the ground."Since technology and weapons will be useless behind this barrier,i suggest taking off all your weapons and technology,since those are bound to slow us down,rather than help us."

Flame takes sighs "Actually its not that they are just dead weight, Its that they dont exist in that realm." Flame keeps trying to get people to come, "We'll have to wait, There seems to be an fast increase of enemies, This may take a while untill its safe."

Nova nods "Well...based on my experience..some particular things can be brought into other dimensions..don't ask me how i knew that..anyways,if you are curious...my name is Nova..well my nickname atleast..nice to meet you Flame."

Flame Looks confused "Wait...How do you know my name?" He Thinks for a while "Have we met before?"

Nova chuckles a little bit,looking at his tech suit on the ground and back to flame,"Well..you see..my tech headgear can see files of living things..like their Names,age..you know..that stuff."

-- (Meanwhile, In the Sol dimension...)

Static and Frost are stand on the sea cost, facing each other about forty feet apart, with suspense chilling the air. "Ready when you are..." Frost announces with a cold gaze. Static smiles confidently, "You first." Frost encases himself in his ice armor, a six centimeter thick body suit made entirely out of Frost's cryokinetic ice. He saves the helmet for last, with a icy visor that makes his face hidden. His green eyes seem to glow an icy blue-green under the visor. "So be it." He rushes forward, firing an icy blast at Static. Static rolls sideways to avoid the attack. He then discharges a pounding stream of lightning from his hands at Frost, but Frost's armor protects him from the impact and shock. Static then brings out his whip and is about to make a charge when Mimic's voice rings through the air.

"Hey! Sparky, Frosty, I got some news! BIG news!" Static and Frost immediately stop fighting. "This had better be big," Static said, annoyed with Mimic for calling him Sparky, "Otherwise I might have to hurt you for calling me "Sparky".

Mimic didn't pay attention to Static's threat, "Listen, remember that guy we met at that school on Angel Island? The kinda of timid and nerdy one?" Static raises an eyebrow, "You mean Flame?" Mimic nods his head, "Yeah, Flame. He sent some kind of distress signal out to anyone who would answer. Said something bad was happening. Very bad. Said he needs our help."

Static immediately puts his whip back into his jacket, "Alright, where is he?" Mimic shrugs, "I don't remember, but he gave us coordinates to the location. Let's go!" Static holds up his hands, "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Slow down, Mimic. We need to at least tell Blaze, Marine, or Crystaline where we're going so they don't get worried about us. And by "us", I mean me and Frost."

Mimic sighs, "Fine, tell your girlfriend what's going on. Just meet me back here once you're done." Static objects, "Hey! Blaze is not my-" Mimic interupts him and says with a smirk on his face, "Don't bother denying it. We all know you and Blaze like each other. Now, hurry up. Flame's waiting."

Static turned and rushed off back to the Ocean Tornado, hoping that neither Mimic nor Frost noticed that he was blushing a little. A few minutes later, he returned to them. "Okay, how are we getting there?" Mimic smiles and pulls out a Warp Ring, "With this!" He throws it toward the sea. It stopped just before the water and started to grow and spin rapidly until it was big enough to walk through. Mimic runs toward the ring, "See ya there!" He disappears into the ring. Frost and Static look at each other, "Here goes nothing" Static said as he walked into the warp ring. Frost took a last look around, making sure that no one was going to follow them through, then enters the ring himself.

Flame looks a bit confused at Nova's headset "Thats rather...Weird, Why would you get something that tells you everything about a person that you don't know..." He notices the ring appears "Looks like someone got my distress signal... Hey...That looks like..."

Static, Mimic, and Frost walk up to Flame and Nova. Static looked at Flame, "What's going on Flame?"

Flame looks suprised "Glad you guys made it. I didn't expect the signal I sent out to go to other dimensions...". He looks at his Handset. "Oh I see, I put the transformer next to the Zinc Flouride which amplified the signal. The colbalt left sent out...radioactive rays...which in turn". He stops and looks at everyone who all seem a bit confused (except Frost). "Oh, sorry! I'm confusing you arent I? Right, let me tell you whats going on. A closed space has appeared, a dead zone if you will. This is a completely dead and grey area that appears every now and again. Usually they are harmless and are in different dimensions. Sadly this time it is in this dimension, creating a large barrier that keeps expanding. It seems someone or something has manifested itself inside the closed space using something to increase the power of the zone and created armies of enemies that stop us from getting to the center. Obviously, the person that has started this plan is very smart knowing that very few people can enter. I happen to be one of those, but I must gather a team. Weapons, tech and magic either don't work or cease to exist. Which leaves most people who are able to enter useless, as they are normally not good with hand-to-hand combat. Luckily, I have learned how to bring other people in". Flame gasps for breath. "We have enough people. Let's prepare before we enter." He starts setting up a barrier so no one can be absored by the closed space.

(FrostTW: Don't worry about it. I put long posts too sometimes. Also, I made a few changes to the paragraph. Mainly grammer. By the way, today (oct. 17) is MY BIRTHDAY!)

Static tilted his head to one side. He was in deep thought. "You said that weapons, technology and magic don't work, right? So does that mean our abilities, like electrokinesis, won't work in there? After all, technology was used to give us these powers."

(Happy Birthday then!)

Flame nods, "Your half right. While the powers still exist because they are partially in DNA, not all of it is there. So they are the same, just weaker". Flame sighed, "But it depends on the person. So for me they wouldn't be too much weaker as most of my magic is DNA. On the otherhand, someone who's powers are from a machine will will be much weaker."

Mimic was upset. "You mean I probably won't be able to shapeshift?!"

Flame looks at Mimic, "That's a possibility, as the closed space will often change. The only way to change this is to create a contraption to stabilise the situation of the particles." Flame is building something, "This machine will do that by bonding the oxygen molecules and the nitrogen molecules with the unknow surroundings of us, creating a force that stabilises a certain area. You increase the area by connecting something radioactive, like radon, to some noble gasses. In this case, xenon and krypton. You can do this by using an electromagnetic pulse emitted by the..." He looks up, Noticing that everyone is incredibly confused (Except frost, Who is paying careful attention) "Oh! I'm sorry I'm confusing you" He keeps building.

Static: No, no. I understand. But, if you need an electromagnetic pulse, I can create one for you. (electrifies his arms)

Flame nods "Much obliged" He rummages through a bag pulling out a microchip and a laptop "Right just put the electromagnetic pulse through the Helium Oxide Transiser, Meanwhile I will program this microchip" He types, The others seem suprised at Flame's very fast typing.

Static begins to emit electromagentic pulses through the device Flame gave him. Frost spoke up for the first time since they arrived, "Does no device exist that can reduce, or even eliminate, the effects that the "dead zone" would have on a person's powers or weapons?"

Flame seems suprised by Frost's accent "Well... No, not right now. It would take a long time to make one and if anyone were to make one it would be a scientist, not a 13 year old"

(Suddenly, something starts to come out of the dead zone. A large, dragon-like head appears and roars. The head is about as large as a minivan. Then, the dragon steps out of the dead zone. It is jet black with red eyes and has four wings. It also has two tails with a razor-sharp ends.)

Everyone looks either suprised or scared, Flame and Frost look nonchalant.

Mimic takes his fedora and fans the front of his face, as if trying to clear the air, "Yuck. Hey, Lizard-Breath, ever heard of a breath mint?" Static looks over at Mimic in mild disbelief, "Your antagonizing it?" He sighs, "Why am I not suprised?" Then he looks at Flame and is suprised by how calm he is. "I'm suprised you're not even shaking. Do you know how to defeat it?"

Mimic smirks, "I know how. Pulverize it with our powers. Since it's in this world; magic, tech, and weapons should hurt it." Looks at Flame uncertain, "Right?"

Flame doesn't take his eyes off the dragon, "Not exactly. It's a being that lives off emptyness. Because it's in the 'Living Zone', It is much weaker. Though we have to defeat it fast, and normal abilities cannot harm it." Flame is wiring something, "Luckily, I have studied on this and have figured out patterns and devices that can help us." He grabs a spanner and starts making something. "Lets see. If the transizer creates a shield for living objects then, if i grab a transformer and reverse the current, that will reverse effects. Although, I may have to take into account the nitrous oxide and Petroleum in the air that will reduce the tradgectory by 15.654%..." He stops "I'm sorry. I'm being nerdy again arent I?" He grabs something and throws it at the dead zone creature. A large explosion is seen as the creature flickers. "Now's our chance! Attack!" The creature plumets to the floor. "Remember this creature is completely unaffected by magic, technology and weapons. You have to use pure strength + Speed. So that makes me useless, but I'll try!".

(Everyone charges towards the dragon)

Nova wakes up hearing the explosion,standing up and looking at everyone,in his mind who are they and how long was he asleep,he looks at his fists,he grabs his rocket boots and his gloves and flies towards the creature,hitting it with his modded gloves which can knock out anything with one hit,he raises his eyebrow that the creature didn't.

While nova ponders, the dragon is about to attack. Flame notices and jumps in the way, holding him back with telekineses. "I'd...S...Suggest Getting out the way." Nova runs out the way. Flame gets blown back into the barrier, The dragon charges towards him.

Static electrifies himself, "Not so fast, you over grown lizard!" Rapidly fires small charges of electricity at the dragon, getting it's attention. The dragon turns and starts coming for Static. "Steady... steady..." Static stays where he is, the dragon gets closer. The dragon attempts a quick charge at Static. "NOW!" Frost summons an ice column under Static, launching him over the dragon just as it tries to bite him. Frost starts firing ice shards at the dragon at high speed. One of the shards hits it in the eye, causing it to roar in pain.

Mimic runs to check on Flame and Nova. "You two okay?"

Flame slowly gets up clutching his arm his eyes go red "Im...Ok" He runs at the dragon. "Now for the finishing move!" Everyone looks in disbelief at Flame. Remembering his hand to hand weakness, suddenly a sword appears in his hand. He jumps up doing flips and stabs the dragon in the eyes, Then teleports and hurricane slashes the tails, then slices the arms and finally stabs the dragon in the head. The dragon roars in pain and falls to the ground. Flame falls off the dragon, his eyes turn blue and he lands on his back, he slowly gets up "Ok..." His hand glows green as he puts it to his arm, His wounds slowly disapear.

The dragon is barely moving and growls weakly. Frost walks up to the dragon, encases his own arm in razor sharp ice and stabs the dragon, killing it instantly. The dragon disintegrates into ash.

Flame sighs "Well...We did it, Sorry I wasn't much help, We can enter now, Just tell me when all of you are ready..."

Mimic looks at him in disbelief. " Not much help? You're the one who showed that overgrown lizard who's boss! All Frost did was finish it off."Static nodded, "Mimic's right. Don't sell yourself short. You did an amazing job."Frost nodded, but didn't say anyting.

Suddenly, in the distance, the group saw another person coming. The person walked up to the group, her face almost impossible to see behind her purple helmet visor. She was wearing a purple hoodie with a red hood that was covering most of her helmet and a white circle on the front of the hoodie. She wore black pants, white gloves, and a pair of black boots with a white stripe on each side. Her outfit covered her metalic exoskeleton. It was Robin Owsparr.

Flame looks confused "I...Did?"He ponders then sighs "Nevermind" he looks out in the distance and can see the other person "Hmm? Who's that?" He looks at his handheld, he forgot to turn off the signal

[Frost: Flametfh, the character I have described is Robin Owsparr (pronounced Oh-Spar). She is a new character that I might introduce in the roleplay: Emerald Island Academy, but I haven't yet determined if she will even exist on this site. As the name implies, she is a robin. She was born with a near non-functional immune system, and wears a special suit to help her survive. (If you played the Mass Effect series, she would be similar to the Quarians) I will give you more info later. Let me know if you think I should try to make her a character, or if I should just forget about it.]

[Flametfh: She seems like a good character, And I think she should exist, And i have played mass effect, I think just give a good history and its a good character]

[Frost: Sounds good! I will tell her history later, or maybe give some info in Emerald Island Academy (if I'm allowed to add her to the roleplay).]

Robin walked up to the group. "Flame, I received your distress signal. What can I do to help?"

Flame looks suprised "Errr...Do i know you? How do you know my name? no matter" He shakes his head "Glad you could come and help, We have quite a sutiation. A closed space has appeared, A area without life, Normally they aren't an issue, But it seems someone has found his way in there and is powering the closed space, Which jumbles the molecules, explanding the closed space, we have to act immediately to destroy the person powering it, then escape before it closes."He was taking so fast that he had to gasp for air.

Robin nodded, "I'll do my best to help you. My suit will allow me to survive even the most uninhabitable atmosphere. I also have a few extra abilities that my exo-suit gives me that might help us."

Mimic shakes his head, "Hold up." Turns to Flame, "Flame, we can't let her go in. The dead zone would disable her exo-suit. By the way, I'm pretty sure you two meet at Emerald Academy."

Flame sighs "Sorry my memory is terrible, And dont worry, She can go in, I'll build something that can run basic systems, Like life supports and pistols." Hes building, clanks and whirs are heard. "Take the Protecter and add it to the Area transformer, then...Bond it with Helium, But thats a noble gas and it rises, so I use a high heat to burn it in oxygen, Then i freeze it, and add...Bolts 36mm" He stops, Looks around, Noticing everyone (except Frost) Is incredibly confused (though it's hard to tell if Robin is) "Errm...I'll keep building" A couple loud noises later, Flame picks up a Microchip, and fires a beam at it which duplicates it, he hands one to everyone "Attach these into any electronic device, It will let you use simple technology... NEVER disconnect it, not until we get out of there." He attaches his to his handheld.

Robin looks at the chip uncertainly, "My suit is anything but simple, Flame. Are you sure that this will allow my suit to exist in the dead zone? If you need a schematic or blueprint of my suit's funtions, I can give you a copy."

Flame shakes his head, "No no it's ok, All I need to do is scan the suit, Then i can run a simulation of the dead zone" He shoots red rays out of his fingers, which pass through robin, startling her at first, "There" He grabs his handheld, runs a simulation "You see, Without it, this will happen" There is a figure of Robin falling over "Now, If i add the microchip, He presses some buttons, It will do...This" Theres a figure of robin using different functions of the suit "You see, Completely safe, Now let me get a spell that will let us enter" He puts his arm in the air, A tome appears in his hands, He flicks throught the pages.

Frost suddenly looks behind him, "Who's there? Show yourself!" He turns around and forms ice blades that encases his arms.

Suddenly, a voice comes from nowhere. "It's just us, Frost." Crystaline and Ebony suddenly becomes visible, startling everyone but Frost.

Frost disintegrated his blades, "You shouldn't have come, Crystaline. It's too dangerous." Crystaline smiles, "I can take care of myself, big brother." She walks up to Flame, "Hello, Flame. It's nice to see you again."

Flame looks suprised to see crystaline, but also very happy "Glad you could make it, Did you hear the situation while you were invisible? Or do you want me to explain?"

Crystaline smiles, "I'm up to date on what happened. I followed Frost, Static and Mimic into the warp ring. You were amazing when you defeated that dragon, by the way."

Flame blushes a bit "Thanks...But, It wasn't all me" he shakes his head "Is everyone ready to enter? Oh!" He duplicates the microchip again and hands one to Crystaline "You will probably need that. Theres the page. Just hold on a second" He starts reciting a spell.

Mimic smirks a little, "Did I just see you blush, Flame?" Static sucker punches him in the stomach without looking. Mimic falls to the ground and groans in pain.

Flame looks suprised "What...Are you ok?" He helps Mimic up "The spell is almost ready, Get ready first."

Mimic smirks a little, "I was *ugh* born ready!" He adjusts his black and green fedora.

Robin walks up to Mimic, "I'm ready when everyone else is. My exo-suit's weaponry and gadgets are all primed and ready."

Crystaline closed her eyes, "Ebony and I are ready." Ebony seemed happy, "Chao!"

Frost didn't say anything, but his eyes showed that he was ready for anything.

Static steped forward, "Let's do this."

Flame bites his finger making a bit of blood come out, He then draws something on the floor, Which glows blue and teleports them into the Dead Zone "Were here."

Stage 2: Ctrl - Shift - Esc:

The group appears, Everyone seems to be fine, Although they seem to have a hard time adjusting to the gravity, Which is lower, and theres an un-explainable feeling.

Flame shudders "I hate this feeling I get when I go into dead zones..." He shakes his head. Ok, lets scout the area. Be careful of enemies, and if you see anyone who isn't hostile recruit them to the team. Let's go in pairs. Meet back here in 10 minutes. Everyone decide your pairs"

Crystaline walked up to Flame, "I'll work with you, Flame." Ebony hovered next to her, "Chao, Chao!"

Flame nods "Thats a good idea. With your ability to go invisible and my ability to fly, we can be the stealth team."

Mimic stands next to Robin, "Want to team up, Sparks?"

Though no one can see it through the helmet visor, Robin was smiling a little. "Sure."

Flame looks confused "Wait...Sparks?"

Mimic looks at Flame, "Well, her suit has lights. And, uh, she's small and jumpy." He sighs a little, "It kinda just came out."

Robin spoke up next, "He's called me this almost since we met at Emerald Academy."

[Frost: Everyone; if Robin doesn't make an appearance in Emerald Academy, I will re-edit these comments about how Robin met everyone.]

Static looks at Frost, "I guess that leaves you and me. Just like old time, huh?" Frost nods his head. He encases himself in Ice armor.

Nova,being confused looks around,sighing,wondering why did he go here in the first place,putting his hand infront of him and a tech suit comes out of the ground.he goes near it and the suit automatically places it's pieces on him one by one,after that he looks around, "Guys..i'm not good working in pairs..or in groups...so..i'm going to go alone..good luck,and lets hope i don't abort the mission,because i've been thinking about it."

Flame nods "Yeah, Ok, But don't ditch us, Also if we find anyone else, Your stuck with them." He nods "Ok?"

Nova sighs again,face palming his head gear,and nodding."Well..let's hope you find a guy that can take care of himself..or a girl..i don't know...a kind one?Great..i'm jinxing it..well..just go on your way."

Robin stepped forward a little, "Wait. We could use a tech savvy. And, if I remember correctly, you are a tech savvy. Why not join us?"

Mimic smiles, "Yeah, you, me and Sparks here would make a good team." He shrugs a little, "Probably. Oh, and don't use the "I don't work well in groups" excuse. Neither Frost or I work well in groups, yet we do it anyway."

Flame sighs "You guys are right, Safety in numbers. Also we all need to have a specific goal for each group." He shrugs, "For example me and crystaline can be the scouting. We go out the furthest and scout for dangers. Frost and Static will do most of the fighting as you two are the best, and Robin, Nova, and Mimic will gather intell about anything we can use." He shrugs "Is that a good idea?"

Mimic looks around, "It's kinda empty in here. Are you sure we'll find anything useful?" Jumps high because of the low gravity, doing several backflips in the process. "WHOOOO HOOO! Low gravity ROCKS!"

Static shook his head and laughed a little, "Mimic, stop that, your going to break your neck." He thinks for a moment, "On second thought, keep doing that."

Mimic laughed as he performed his acrobatic routine, then sarcastically said "Oh, that hurt! I think I might cry!"

Flame sighed, "There will be stuff and there are other people here." He sighs again, "You didn't listen to me earlier, did you?"

Mimic landed and shruged, "If you say so, Magic Guy."

Static turned to Flame, "By the way, I have a question. You said to be on the look out for anyone we might come across here in the dead zone, right?"

Flame nodded his head, "Yeah. Why?"

Static continued, "Well, you had to use a spell to get us in here. How can anyone else get in the dead zone? Is there another way in?"

Flame nods his head "Yeah, as i said earlier, Few people can get in here, Using magic, Someone who must be intelligent knows that if you take people who are able to stop it, take them in here and over-whelm them with robots which defeats them, meaning its easier, Obviously thats mostly mine and Cystaline's job, because we are able to cover ground fast and scout well." He sighs "Everyone just trust me, I've been in a situation like this before" Suddenly a large explosion is heard "Thats our queue Move out, And meet back here in 10 minutes!" Flame runs off. Crystaline follows closely behind.

Static and Frost run off in the opposite direction, toward the explosion.

Mimic looks at Robin, "Ready?"

Robin nodded her head, her eyes shining behind her purple helmet visor. "Yes."

Mimic looks at Nova, "Then let's go." They head off in a different direction from Static and Flame's groups.

[Frost: By the way, I'm currently working on Mimic's character page. Be sure to check it out sometime. Also, I'm working on his picture. The drawing will be finished sometime soon, but not the coloring. I'll post the picture on Mimic's character page when it's done.]

Scouting team.

Flame skids to a halt, Gets something out of his bag "Heres a better idea to running!" He has a pen and paper in his hand and he flies he grabs crystaline's hand "Crystaline, I have horrible eyesight, Look at the floor and see what you can find" Flame seems understrain because he isnt strong enough to hold crystaline He flies at a decent speed

Crystaline looks up at him, showing that the pupils of her eyes were faded white. "Um, Flame? I'm blind, remember?"

Flame looks embarresed "Sorry...Can you sense them?" He still seems to be under strain from carrying crystaline "If not...I'll fly lower"

Crystaline closes her eyes, "I don't sense much. Ebony, do you see anything?"

Ebony looks down, "Chao, Chao. Chao." Ebony uses telepathy to talk to Crystaline, "It looks like there is someone down there. Two of them. I can't tell who, but one of them kind of looks familiar."

Crystaline looks up at Flame, "Ebony says that she sees someone down there. Someone familiar." She closes here eyes again, focusing, "It's aura looks familiar. Not friendly that's for sur- Oh, no. Why him?"

Flame sighs "Zarex right?" He closes his eyes and recites a charm, He open's his eyes and his pupils disapear "Oh... theres 2 people, 1 is Zarex and 1 seems to be...stream? why is he here?" Flame's pupils return, He looks down and sees theres a few monsters, "While we aren't the fighting team, we have to go down and help them, Get ready for a slightly bumpy landing" Flame swoops down rather fast.

Crystaline is suprised by the sudden descent, "Whoa!"

Stream encases himself with a thick ice armor,trying to fend off the monsters,freezing them and slicing them with his ice sword,he senses someone closing by and looks up,noticing Flame "Hey look at that..an old friend.."

Flame swoops down "Sorry!" He drops Crystaline down softly then he flies into the monster and kicks it in the jaw "Need some help?" The monster falls over "Hey stream, Been a while."

Zarex runs up and kicks the monster into the air "Yes, Thank you I truly am awesome" Flame and Crystaline roll their eyes. Zarex looks annoyed "Hey, Why aren't you cheering, Are you asking for pain?!"

Crystaline looked in his direction, "You wouldn't hit a little blind girl, would you?" A monster charges at her from behind. Without looking, she blasts it with a ghostly energy ray from her hand. The monster is sent flying into a wall.

Stream laughs a little bit.slicing the last monster,he fixes his 3d glasses and dusts his shirt off."Anyways...what are you doing here?"

Flame looks suprised "Woah crystaline, Your awesome!" Flame looks at Zarex and stream " Ok guys this is a dead zone, Which is usually harmless, But this is taking over the whole city, Someone is in the center making it larger, Our job is to make it smaller, We have split into teams, This team Is the scouting/stealth team, Stream you can stick with us, Zarex go find static and frost, They deal with most of the fighting"

Zarex looks relieved "Awesome, I get to go with some different losers"

Flame looks annoyed "If we weren't on an important mission, I'd hurt you..."

Zarex laughs "you? hurt me, In your dreams, nerd" He pushes flame over "Where are these Sparky and Frosty?"

Crystaline helps Flame up, "Does Zarex look as dumb as he sounds?"

Flame laughs a little, "Even dumber, I think his hair is the reason he speaks like such an idiot"

Zarex gets a little angry "Excuse me! my hair is very fashionable, Better than yours you emo"

Flame facepalms "Just find Static And Frost, Go south when you see a point with a large marking on the floor go east"

Crystaline closes her eyes, "And a little advise before you meet with Static and Frost. Whatever you do, don't call Static "Sparky". He will hurt you badly if you do. You remember him, right? He hung you from the cafeteria ceiling during the food fight at our first day at Emerald Island Academy."

Zarex looks irritated and gets a compass out "Fine, See ya losers" He runs off with tremendous speed.

Stream's eye twitches,he sighs in relief when he left,"I wanted to punch him in the face..anyways,sure,i'll help you out,i don't have anything else to do,and i am stuck in this dead zone as you call it,anyways,lead on."Stream takes off his glasses and cleans it with his scarf,and putting it on again.

Flame sighs "I only know a few people who dont wan't to punch him in the face, That being: My brother, His brother and Occulus" He shrugs "Ah well, By the way stream can you fly? were scouting via sky" He grabs cystaline's hand and floats.

Crystaline smiles at Flame, "I know two people who don't want to punch Zarex in the face: Mimic and my brother, Frost. Of course, I bet Frost will want to do more than punch Zarex when he meets him."

Stream grins a little bit "Who needs flying.." He makes a snowboard out of ice and throws it on the air and lands on it,with floating ice below the snowboard "I can ride the winds like a plane on this." Flame seems suprised "I guess im not the only one who can use a hoverboard, I would...But crysaline cant fly as far as I know"

Stream nods "Anyways..who is Crystaline..i've never met anyone of the new people you met since the last time we did." Flame sighs "Crystaline introduce yourself, To this man with incredibly bright clothes" Hes flying rather quickly, Scouting anything he can see below, he seems to be flying towards to a large light beam

Crystaline nods, then looks at Stream, "I'm Crystaline the Wolf and this is my friend, Ebony the Ghost Chao. Say hi, Ebony." Ebony smiles at Stream, "Chao chao!"

Stream chuckles a little bit "Nice to meet  you both,Ebony and Crystaline. I hope we can work together better."He says with a smile.

Crystaline nods, "Thanks."

Stream then looks above his 3d glasses,looking at Crystaline's eyes "Anyways..Crystaline..why..those eyes?.." He asks,being interested.

Crystaline looks back at Stream, "They're like this partly because I'm blind."

Stream nods a little, "If you're partly blind..what can't you see and what can you see?.."

Crystaline shakes her head, "You misunderstood me. The reason my eyes are faded white where the pupils should be is because I'm completely blind. The reason they seem to glow is probably because I have ghost powers."

Flame suddenly stops, Almost flinging Crystaline out of his grasps. "Sorry!", they are floating above a large hoarde of enemies. With what seems to be a machine in the middle, and a man powering it. "This is it. We go no further. I'll send a message for the other teams to go back to the rendezvous point. We will take another route to look for other people." He starts noting something down.

Stream looks down,with his glasses almost falling,he fixes them and looks at Flame,"Well, we know there's that annoying one..i hope we never see him again.."He chuckles a little,slowing down to a halt,looking around.

Crystaline looks at Stream. "You're refering to Zarex?"

Stream stops looking around and nods."Well..yeah..if that is..his name."

Crystaline looks around, "As much as I don't like Zarex, I wouldn't want anything bad happening to him. But, I would be just as happy not meeting him again."

Flame looks down at the floor at the hoardes of monsters and notes down what he sees, And he draws down the force empowering the dead zone "Ok guys were done here, Lets go back." He puts his pen and paper away

Stream looks confused "Why don't we attack?If we take them out now..that would lessen our troubles."

Flame sighs "We have to get everyone together first, And search for any one here, If they are still here when it closes, They are as good as gone. They will cease to exist" He starts floating back "Besides, You think us 3 could take those guys on, We aren't the fighters, We're the scouts." He's flying back full speed.

Crystaline closes her eyes, " I'll keep a look out for anything on the way back."

Flame smiles "Much obliged, That's a big help" He slowly swoops down to the floor "Wait...Someone is here..." He puts crystaline down and looks around.

Stream sighs a little bit, jumping from his snowboard,he made a little half pipe made out of ice and slides from it,he went too fast that he fell on the floor face first, "Oww..."

Flame whispers in a yelling way "What are you doing? There are patrols here! Be quiet, or you'll set of an alert"

Stream stands up and dusts himself off,picking up his 3d glasses and putting them on,he looks at Flame,"Well..you never warned me.." Stream whispered

Suddenly a large patrol of element resistant robots apper.

Crystaline grabs Flame by the arm, dragging him to Stream, "Come on, I have an idea!"

Flame gets dragged by Crystaline, "Whoa!"

Crystaline, still dragging Flame, grabs hold of Stream's arm. Crystaline then closes her eyes and all three of them become invisible. The element resistant robots fly over them, not noticing our heroes at all.

Flame looks in Crystaline's direction, "Nice thinking, Crystaline, Divert the patrols!"

Stream was also impressed,but a little scared,looking at his hands,and his body."Wha-..wha?Where am i?!

Crystaline looks in Stream's direction. "Your invisible, like me and Flame. But if you keep yelling, it won't do us any good."

Suddenly, two foxes are seen flying above them, one with two-tails carring the other, who has only one tail. The flying one is grey with short black hair and is wearing all purple, and the one being caried is white with long blonde hair and waering all yellow. "SLOW DOWN! STOP, ALEXYA!!! WE'RE GONNA CRASH!" The blonde fox shouts, and the two-tailed fox; Alexya, spins out of control and flies into a couple of patrol monsters.

Crystaline, still keeping her and her companions invisible, looks up, "That didn't sound good."

The patrol monsters turn around and attack the foxes. The blond fox kicks wildly in thei diection while Alexya backpedals quickly, still in the air.

Flame looks up "We should go see, And if need be help" He flies into one of the robots knocking it over. Since he left Crystaline's side, he is now visible. "Hey, I'll explain everything after we've destroyed these Element Resistant Patrol Robots." He Slaps one of the robots so its head turns around and shoulder barges it making its arms detach.

Crystaline lets go of Stream and attacks two bots with a beam of ghostly energy, knocking them into two other bots and destroying all four of them. She turns transparent as a robot fires its weapons at her. The projectiles go through her harmlessly.

Alexya quickly flies upwads, ove the patrol monsters and shouts, "Kiley, Spin Dash!" She dops the blonde fox; Kiley, and she performs a spin dash move on a few of the monsters, and Alexya catshes her. "There's too many!" She shouts. "We need to go Mew Mew!" Alexya flies into a few more monsters who are caught off guard. "No, we can handle this without our powers!" She throws Kiley again, and she performs another spin dash, and Alexya catches her again, and they repeat the prosses.

Stream sighs,not doing anything. Oddly enough,the hostiles aren't attacking him. The monster that was about to attack him froze, even though there isn't any sign of freezing. Stream laughs and knocks on the monster's head.

Flame looks suprised, "Stream, I didn't know you could do that" A Robot charges at Flame he looks Startled and flails his arm, Which seems to knock it away "I shall maim thee!" His sword appears in his hand, He runs up to one and slices it into cubes he jumps on another Then slices it in half he flies up and charges an attack "Celestial..." His sword glows white "BLADES!" His sword multiplies and they all fly at the robots, They all explode at the same time, His sword turns back into one and dissapears "Well now thats over with, Can I get your names so it's easier to explain whats going on."

Stream punches the monster,and it fell into pieces,like glass breaking,Stream fakingly coughs and cleans his glasses,he puts them on again,"Well..for the other..individuals,hi..my name is Stream. I'm an ice user, if that isn't obvious enough. Now that you know my name..what's yours?.."He puts on a smirk,while dusting himself off.

Flame Flies down "S-Salutations, I'm Flame. I'll explain the situation this is a dead zone, which is usually harmless. But this is taking over the whole city. Someone is in the center making it larger. Our job is to make it smaller. Currently we are returning to the meeting point, Then we will re-sort the teams, So errrm...Introduce yourself."

Crystaline reappears and walks up to the group, stoping beside Flame. She nods, but doesn't say anything.

Alexya and Kiley turn to face them. Kiley's face is stricken with fear while Alexya's shows no emotions, but her grey eyes show that she is slightly worried. "I'm sorry if we caused you any trouble. My name is Alexya Zakuro Fujiwara, but you may call me Alex." Kiley's face starts to lighten as she smiles. "And I'm Kiley Fong Purin! You guys call me Kile! All my friends call me that, and I guess we're friends now, huh?" Alex shakes her head smirking slightly. "Please excuse her, she can be very childish at time." Kile pouts. "No, excuse HER, she is always so rigid!"

Stream sighs,looking both at them,"You know...I think this should be interesting..both of you are the exact opposite of each other...but hey,who am i to judge?Nice to meet you Alex and Kile.." Crystaline is next to introduce herself, her eyes glowing a bright green. "I'm Crystaline. Nice to meet you. And this is Ebony."

Ebony appears next to her, "Chao, chao!"

Flame starts walking off "Ok, Guys we have to go back to the Meeting point. Follow me!" He starts running South.

Crystaline "watches" as he runs off, then turns to Alex and Kile. "He'll explain everything when we get there. Let's go." Turns and walks after Flame.

Kile smiles and follows behind Crystaline and Flame, while Alex hangs back, flying behind everyone else.

Stream groans,making another snow board made from ice and making an ice path for it,he was pretty fast with it,when he reached Flame he looks at him "Do you really have to run?"

Flame starts flying "No, But I can fly, We need to hurry, I need to do something before the others come."

Stream looks at Flame,before Flame was able to fly he grabbed on to his foot,making Flame pull him,Stream also starts making the path for the snowboard floating,"Hope you don't mind."

Flame looks irritated "Stream...Get off my foot" He telekineticly grabs stream and very slowly moves him onto his Snowboard.

Stream sighs,looking at him "Geez..stop with that creepy magic,it's like a ghost is moving me...but..please?Please?Please?............"Stream went on

Flame sighs "You're so lazy steam, You can't grab my foot because you'll create drag that slows me down!" He sighs, he suddenly stops "We're here"

Stream looks at Flame and stops "Well..you...you're..you're..whatever.." Stream looks around, searching the area if there is anyone there yet.

Soon, Crystaline catches up to Stream and Flame. She stops next to Flame. "I guess we're here. I'm assuming we're the first since I can't sense anyone other than you and Stream here."

Flame looks at the floor and picks something up "Hm..." He puts it in his pocket.

Crystaline looks at Flame, "What is it?"

Flame looks a bit confused "A...Quarter of a blueprint, It looks incomplete but... It seems to be important..."

Intell Gathering team.

Nova sighs a little bit going with Mimic and Robin,he scans around with his in-built computer in his headgear while moving his head around."So..what..are we looking for?" He asks Robin and Mimic.

Mimic shrugs, "Something".

Nova rolls his eyes, "Well i found something..i found someone that has the best answers."

Mimic laughs, "I found something too. A former AI who can't take a joke."

Nova looks at him in suprise, "How did you know I was an AI?"

Mimic smiles, "I have my sources..."

Nova raises an eyebrow and stares at him for a second "Sources..."

Robin turns to Nova, "It doesn't matter right now. We need to look for anything we can use, or anyone who needs help."

Nova nods a bit "Well..this is the dead zone after all..there is a little chance of finding others,or finding anything to use...so why even bother?"

Robin stops walking and looks at Nova dead in the eye, "We "bother" because we can't let this dead zone get any bigger. And if there is someone in the center of this place that is trying to expand this dead zone, then there must be something we can use to stop it."

Stream stops to a halt,"I can't believe we came in here unprepared..." he continues scanning around,looking for something,or someone.

Mimic laughs, "Unprepared? I don't need to be prepared! I just do what I can, with what I have, where I am!"

Robin smiles underneath her helmet, "Well, you also have some of the most unbelieveable luck I've seen. So, I guess that helps make up with your unpreparedness."

Mimic smiles, "It's not luck, it's skill. Some of us have it..." He looks at Nova, "and some of us just rely on computer algorithums." Then he shrugs, "But, I guess that can help too."

Nova looks at Mimic with a little angry look,but of course that isn't seen under his headgear,he goes back in searching,"If you don't need to prepared..then why are you still with us?...helping us search for something that can help..eh Mimic?"

Mimic looks back at him, "I may not always be prepared, but I'm almost always ready for action! So, anything useful, Techy?"

Nova takes off his helmet looking at Mimic with an 'are you kidding me' face,he then sighs,"Even though i hate asking you questions..whats with that nickname?.."

Mimic shrugs, "It's just my little way of remembering people. Some people just don't fit their names, so I give them a new one." He thinks for a moment, "Tell you what, I'll try to think of a better nickname for you later." Mimic smiles, "However, for now, Techy is who you are to me. Unless you'd prefer... Cyber-hog."

Nova sighs and rolls his eyes and puts on his headgear again,he continues searching,now at a faster rate. "Well..Cyber-hog just sounds wrong..and Techy..well...fine,a nickname,for me.." He also whispers something to himself."I can see that you have your creativeness from your parents..or whoever named you Mimic.."

Mimic pretends not to hear what Nova said, "I think I'll check out those ruins over there." He heads toward the ruins.

Robin watches him go, then turns to Nova. "Listen. I know Mimic can be annoying sometimes, but-"

Nova looks back at her, "Sometimes?"

Robin sighs, "Okay, a LOT of the time, but he, isn't all bad. He really is a good person, even though he has kleptomania and a tendency to get on everyone's nerves."

Nova nods a bit,looking at the ruins Mimic went to,and back at her "Alright..you just told me some of his bad characteristics...tell me the good ones..if he has any."Nova received a message on his in-built computer in his headgear,he groans a bit "Well..i guess we should wait for Mimic...Even though we should be returning to the meeting point.."

Robin looks back at Mimic, who is now entering the ruins. "Well, as far as good characteristics go... hmm..." She thinks for a bit, "Well, he's resourceful, smart, and will often try to do the right thing when it counts." She looks back at Nova, "He does have good qualities, believe me. It's just that he doesn't usually show them."

--(in the ruins)--

Mimic jumps down into a dark clearing, every sound he makes echoing through the ruins. He looks around the dark, eerie catacombs. "Hmm. How... welcoming." He notices something on the ground. It's a piece of paper with what looks like blueprints for a machine of some sort. There are a few notes scribbled on it here and there, talking about different "dead zone effects", and whatnot. "What's this doing here?"

Suddenly, he sees something out of the corner of his eye. He peers into the darkness ahead, a small amount of light was shining on something. "Hello. Whatever could that be?" He folds the blueprint up and stores it under his fedora, then he runs up to the object. It's a red orb the size of a person's head. "It looks like somekind of orb... maybe it's valuable." He grabs it, only to find that it won't budge. He struggles to pry it free. "Come... on... you..."

Suddenly, he's pulled after the orb. "Whoa!" He lets go and hits the ground. He quickly gets up. "What just happened?" Suddenly, seven more red orbs appeared next to the first one. All the orbs are glowing bright red. A spine chilling sound is heard, something like a hiss. Mimic steps back. "That doesn't sound good." As he steps back more of these bizarre orbs are appearing everywhere. These orbs get closer. As Mimic steps into the dimmly lit clearing he first entered, the orbs come into view. No. Not orbs. They're the eyes of a humongous spider! More of these freaky arachnids come into the light.

Mimic starts backing up faster, "Whoa! Okay, that's not good." Suddenly the ruins shake, and a very large spider enters the light. The size of this colossal spider is at least ten times larger than the rest. Mimic eyes dilate with fear, "Mother..."

--(back with Nova and Robin)--

Robin looks up after hearing something, "What was that?" She sees Mimic running toward them as fast as he can. "Mimic? What's going on? What did you-"

Mimic runs past them without slowing down. "RUN NOW, TALK LATER!"

Robin and Nova look back at the ruins to see an army of these spiders coming at them, followed by the grand-daddy of all spiders. The colossal, eight-legged freak lets out a blood curdling roar.

Nova's eyes dilate behind his visor, as do Robin's. He turns around lightning quick, "I hate spiders..."

Robin follows closely behind, "You and me both!"

Nova sighs,stomping the ground and his rocket boots activates,he talks to himself, "Don't fail me now,Mark I"

Robin was falling behind as Nova gained speed. "Huh. Wish I had those." She looks back at the giant spiders, who were gaining. "But, I have this instead! Speed booster, activate!" Suddenly, her entire body began to move faster. She was catching up to Nova and leaving the spiders in the dust. Her entire body began to glow with a multicolored energy field. She blew past Nova.

Nova watches Robin as she blew past him,he sighs,saying under his breath"Pfft..Magic.."Even though he did want to go to the maximum speed, he can't because the boots will malfunction.

She quickly catched up to Mimic, who was still running and screaming. She just as quickly left him behind. After several more seconds of running, she skids to a stop, leaving burn marks on the ground for nearly a 150 yards. She turns back and runs, at normal speed, to where Mimic and Nova are.

Within seconds, Nova caught up to Mimic. He quickly looked over his sholder to see if the spiders were still in hot pursuit. Nothing. The spiders were gone. Nova and Mimic come to a stop. Nova looks at Mimic (who is out of breath), "Nice going, Mimic...anyways..I hope that was all worth it for what you found..if you found anything.." He facepalms,making a 'Dink' sound as if metal clashes to metal.

Mimic is still trying to catch his breath. "Well, Windshield,... it was... at least worth... looking. I did find... two things worth... of value."

Nova looked at Mimic, "Windshield?" Shakes his head, "I was alright with Techy, but that nickname..ugh.."

Mimic looks offended, "Well, your helmet visor kinda reminds me of a windshield." He takes a deep breath and holds up a finger as though to say something important, "I found two things. First... this place seriously needs an exterminator."

Nova rolls his eyes, "Cute. What's the second thing?"

Mimic takes the blueprint out from under his fedora, "I found this." He hands it to Nova

Nova grabs it,he scans it thoroughly,Nova sighs,"This is all you found?..Well...good thing my rocket boots didn't malfunction..or else..i have wasted my life,going in there,and all for that..a blueprint,it's not even worth one-fourth of my life..and i'm not even a big deal.."

Robin finally runs up to them. "Mimic, what happened in those ruins?"

Nova continues scanning the blueprint,after a while Nova shows her the blueprint "Well..lil' trouble maker here found this useless thing."

Robin quickly reads the blueprint, "Nova, the only reason it doesn't seem to be useful is because it's part of a set." Points to a corner of the blueprint that is marked with the symbol 1/4. "If we find the remaining blueprints, if they're here, then this will have more meaning." She turns to Mimic, "Nice find, Mimic. But, next time, could you please not come out being chased by a hoard of giant, angry spiders?"

Mimic shrugs, "I'll try not to."

Nova froze for a little while,he fakingly coughs after that "Anyways..we really should meet the other guys...who knows what happened to them.."

Mimic steps aside, "After you, Mr. A.I."

Robin sighs, "Can both of you at least try to get along? I'm too tired to break up any fights. My speed booster left me exhausted."

Nova thought of something,and nods"Sure..if birdbrain here stops calling me stupid names. And besides,he's the one who started it."

Mimic turns away and cross his arms, "Well, exuse me if there isn't a good nickname for you, A.I. By the way, I'm guessing A.I. stands for "Absolutly Irritable"."

Robin sighs, "Mimic, just le-"

Mimic ignores her and turns around to looks at Nova, "And by calling me "birdbrain", you also insulted Robin because she's a bird; in fact, you insulted every bird in existance!" He sighs, then he shakes his head. "Look, I'm just trying to lighten the mood. I respect you. I really do. I mean, come on, you have rocket boots for goodness sake! But you also act more 'high strung' than 'high tech'. Just try to lighten up a little, okay?"

Nova groans, "How can i lighten up a little if we're not even doing a good job finding something useful!? Oh and the fact that you led us into a giant spider,wanting to eat us all?! Oh and you just ran in there,not even thinking whats in the ruins!You're lucky you're not--"

Robin steps between them, glaring at the through her visor. "ENOUGH! Look, Nova, I know Mimic can be a little arrogant and rash..."

Mimic looks at Robin and shrugs, "Guilty as charged."

Robin ignores Mimic and continues talking, "But your pessimism isn't helping either. Yes, we haven't found much to help us. However, we did find that blueprint. Chances are that, if we can find the other three, then we will have something useful. However, we won't get anything accomplished if you two are constantly going at it." She steps back and sighs, the glare in her eyes dying away. "Just stop fighting. Please."

Mimic turns toward Nova and sighs. "She's right. Your pessimism and my carelessness aren't helping. Just the opposite, it's hurting us. Listen, If you try to lighten up a little more then I'll try to annoy you a little less. Deal?" He extends his hand and waits to see if Nova will shake it.

Nova looks at Mimic carefully,"Well..at least you know that you're annoying..."Nova hesitates a little,and shakes Mimics hand,only because Nova doesn't know what to say or what to do next.

Robin nods, "Good. At least you two can be civil. Come on, let's get back to the meeting place." She turns around and walks off. Mimic and Nova follow after her.

After a few minutes of walking, Mimic finally breaks the silence. "So why do they call you "Nova"? If there is a reason, I mean."

Nova looks at Mimic while walking,raising his shoulders "I don't know..but maybe because that my former name was Number 0 Version 4,and they call me N.0 V.4,because i was the 4th version of the first Artificial Intelligence that has been made to be sent into the real world,the young-adults among the people who made me called me Nova."

Mimic nods his head, "Ah. That explains it. Still, no offense, but you don't really look like a "Nova". More like a..." He thinks for a moment. "Like a..." He thinks for a little longer, then he sighs, "Great. For once, I can't think of a good nickname."

Nova laughs a little bit,and thought of something,"Well i am a bright individual..so i think i am close to a nova."He snickers a little bit "Hah..just kidding...i'm not a boastful individual"

Mimic laughs a little bit, "So, you do have a sense of humor after all. Okay, Gadget, let's... Hey! Gadget! That's a good nickname for you. Since you use all sorts of cool toys like rocket boots and jetpacks."

Nova thought for a moment, "Hmm. Gadget? That sounds pretty good. Well..at least it's better than the ones you were calling me before..."

Robin looks behind her, "I'm glad you two finally agreed on something. Anyway, we're almost there."

Nova sighs in releif, glad that they are almost done searching "Well..so far we found that blueprint..well a piece of it.."

A Short Brown Wolverine Jumps to them off a building, Hes panting "Who are you...And can you explain whats going on?" 1 or 2 Monsters jump down the building as well, Jad looks Suprised "What?!"

Nova looks at the Wolverine,he stops in his tracks "Well...we will explain later..just go with us.." Nova looks at a monster,making his rockets lock on to it,then some small-rockets come out of his back,like a turret,shooting one of the monsters down.

Robin fires a repulser ray from the palm of her hand, blasting the monster into the wall with devastating impact. With the exception of Mimic, the other characters look at Robin at suprise since they don't know about her exo-suit's weaponry. In fact, they don't know anything about her exo-suit. The only thing they can see of her suit is her helmet and her metalic-looking tailfeathers. The rest of it is hidden under her outfit.

Nova grins,but ofcourse,that isn't visible under his headgear "That's pretty nice technology...Well, if it is technology. With something that strong, it's like magic."

Robin shakes her head, "It isn't magic, Nova. My exo-suit has many different functions that I installed in order to help me accomplish my missions."

Nova nods "I know..i'm just saying it's like magic...since i'm only the fourth beta version,i can't upgrade my technology to that,but i can still use it."

Mimic raised an eyebrow, "I'm suprised that you aren't curious about Robin's exo-suit, Gadget." He shrugs, "Anyway..." He turns to the brown wolverine, "Who are you?"

Jad looks over at Mimic "Oh right, My Name is Jadelk or 'Jad' For short, Pleasure to make all of your aquaintences, Is there a possiblity any of you can explain whats going on here?"

Robin nodded, "To make a long story short, this is a dead zone. While normally not dangerous, someone is causing it to expand. We need to stop whoever is responsible. Flame could probably give you better details. We were on our way to meet him when you arrived."

Jad shrugged "So this a dead zone? Flame already told me about them, but I never actually knew what they looked like..."

Mimic looked around, "Yeah. Not much to look at. Anyway, we should get going." He, and the rest of the group, head toward the meeting point.

Fighting team:

Static and Frost arrive at the scene of the explosion, monsters are everywhere. Static takes out his whip and looks at Frost, "Ready?"

Frost creates an ice helmet over his head. He looks at Frost, his eyes hidden by the icy visor, "Da. Let's do this."

They charge into the fray. Frost fires two icicles at two monsters, impaling them and destroying them. Static fires a stream of lightning at a monster, stunning it. He runs toward it and electrifies his whip and casts it at the monster. The end of the whip sticks to the monster. Static jumps over the monster and lands on another one. He pulls his whip, causing the two monsters to collide.

Meanwhile, Frost grabs a monster and pushes it into another one. Then, with an ice blade extending from each arm, he impales both of them with one strike. As he turns around, another monster tackles him. He kicks it off and freezes it within a column of ice. Three monsters charge at him. He summons an ice column under his feet, launching him high into the air. While airborne he fires a flury of small, razor sharp icicles at the monsters, tearing them to shreads. He lands next to Static.

Monsters begin to swarm from all directions. Static fires a lightning bolt at a monster who was getting too close, "I kinda wish we had some help."

Zarex runs in and kicks one of the monsters into another "Flame told me to come here to help you."

Static shrugs, "I'm almost glad you're here. Now, time to kick some monster tail!" He electrifies himself and charges at a monster at high speed, exploding with electrical energy on contact and knocking away several other monsters.

Frost stores up some energy and unleashes a jagged wave of ice in front of him, freezing all monsters in its path.

Zarex closes his eyes and makes one of the monsters attack the rest, Then backflips back firing guns at them "I'm too awesome for these guys."

Frost rolls his eyes behind his icy visor, "Less talking, more fighting!" He impales another monster with an icy spire that comes out of the ground. He then turns and blasts a group of monsters with an icy blast of ice energy, feezing them solid. A monster tries to attack him from behind, but he grapples it, throws it over is sholder onto the ground, and impales it with an blade of solid ice.

Static runs toward a group of monsters and cast his whip at one. It sticks to the front of the monster. He jumps and swings around the monster, using it as an anchor, causing the whip to wrap around the monster's neck. He then lands and sends a strong current throught the whip, electrocuting the monster. He then electrifies himself and zip lines to it, knocking it into two other monsters with a powerful electric blast. He lands a couple feet away from where the first monster stood.

Zarex dashes through a group making them fly into the air, Then he smacks the last one on the head with a gun, He suddenly looks suprised "Hey...Whats your names, Sparky and Frosty? Flame sent me a telepathic message saying something like 'Meet back at the rendezvous point' or something" He puts his guns away.

Static walks over to Zarex, "Then let's go. Oh, and by the way, don't ever call me "Sparky" again. I'm Static. Static the Cat. And his name is Frost." He gesters to Frost, who is still incased in a full body of ice armor. His arms, which are encased in razor sharp ice blades, have some ashes stuck to them, Which seem to be the remains of the monsters. Static walks away.

Frost starts to walk past Zarex, when a monster started to get up about 150 feet away.

Zarex smirks, "I got this!" He starts to reach for a gun.

Before Zarex can grab his gun, however, Frost grabs it first. He aims at the monster and fires a shot. The shot hits the monster right between the eyes, killing it instantly. He shoves the gun back into Zarex's hands without even giving him a glance and walks off with Static.

Zarex looks suprised "Wait..." He notices they are walking off without him, He runs to catch up "Y'know its considered Polite to wait for people who are of Higher standings" He walks with them.

Static rolls his eyes, but continues walking. " "Higher standings"? You? Come on, you pick on anyone weaker than you. That seems pretty low to me."

Zarex looks irritated "I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that and move on"

Suddenly a shout is heard.

Zarex suddenly stops "That sounds like... You wait here, I heard something" He runs ahead with tremendous speed.

Frost looked at Static, "Should we follow?"

Static smiled, "Have we listened to Zarex before?" With that, he sped off with an electric slide, sliding across the terrain at amazing speed.

Frost disintegrates his heavy ice armor. "Should I have bothered asking?" He runs after him, not as quickly as either Static or Zarex. (he likes taking his time when he can.)

Static soon catches up to Zarex, who is stopped in front of large gloomy looking building. Staring at the top, there seems to be Robots there.

Zarex points "Up there, at the top, is one of my friends." He runs up the wall, "We have to help him! He could be useful to the operation."

Static takes out his whip, and casts it like a fishing rod. He slightly electrifies the whip while it's extending. The tip of the whip sticks to the ledge at the top of the building. He then causes the whip to contract, pulling him up the side of the building at high speed. He slows his acceleration as he catches up to Zarex, who is still running up the wall. "You said one of your friends was at the top of this building?"

Zarex nods "Yup, His name is Occulus Rayz, A good friend of mine." He is at the top of the building "He's right there!" He points at Occulus

There is a Pale yellow squirrel with Long spiky front swept hair and blue highlights fighting some monsters with a spear "Stay back! Back I say!" He shoves one away with it, Then his Robot Arm Extends Driving its torso into the Spear "Hey, Zarex little help here" Zarex runs in and starts fighting with Occulus "I'll explain whats going on after the monsters are gone." Static uses his momentum to fling himself high above the rooftop. He fires a few powerful bolts of lightning at a few monsters, knocking them off the roof. He then lands and turns around and unleashes an electrified kick on a monster that was charging at him, knocking it away and over the edge of the building. Soon, the rooftop is clear of enemies.

Occulus Sighs with relief "Thanks Zarex, can you tell me whats going on" He puts his Spear Away.

Zarex looks confused "Errr...Static...You explain..." He puts his guns away.

Static nods and turns to Occulus, "It's a long story, but basically what is happening is that a 'dead zone' has appeared. While it's normally not a problem, someone has gotten in and is causing it to expand. What we need to do is find out who's behind it and put a stop to their plans."

Frost arrives at the base of the building to find several defeated monsters on the ground. He looks up, then summons an ice column under his feet. The ice column rises up to the top of the building. He jumps off the column and onto the roof, the column of ice disintegrating as he lands. He looks at Occulus for a moment, then ignores him and continues to keep an eye out for trouble.

Zarex sighs "I think we should return to the rende...Renda...Rezna...Rendevo..." He looks confused "Occulus."

Occulus facepalms "rendezvous." he looks around "Oh! Sorry i forgot to introduce myself, I'm Occulus Rayz, A techquirrel, I hope we can work well together."

Static extend his hand and Occulus shakes it. "I hope so too.I'm Static the Cat. And my non-talkative friend is Frost." He nods his head toward Frost's direction. Static and Occulus stop shaking hands after a moment. "Okay, let's get off this building."

Frost summons a large column to the side of the building. All the characters get on and Frost lowers the column to the ground, like an icy elevator.

A red woodpecker was fighting a dozen of monsters from afar the group,being tired,he turned around and ran away,going to their direction,the woodpecker looks back and sticks his tounge out "Suckers!",when he looked back infront of him,with him being tired,he slowed down and plops himself onto the floor infront of the group,but of course with his beak,it got stuck onto the ground,he tries to stand up once but it didn't work,he tried harder,so his beak got un-stuck and he fell bottom-first,surprised seeing the group,he points the Fire Katana at them."Stop,don't move,who are you?And where the heck am I?!"

With a single motion of his hand, Frost encases the Fire Katana in a block of ice. Even thought the Katana is burning brightly throught the ice, it doesn't melt it. The woodpecker was dumbfounded that his Katana didn't even start to make the ice melt.

Static steps forward, careful not to startle the young woodpecker. "Don't worry, we're not going to hurt you. I'm Static. Who are you?"

Occulus looks confused "I think...Sugar is an Asset this person consumes..."

Zarex looks at Occulus "Consumes? Asset? Stop using confusing words!"

Pecks looks at his now frozen katana for a moment,then looks at Static when he spoke,"We just met...why should? I trust you?"

Zarex looks irritated "Look here, We're offering to save you, You'll die if you don't accept, Besides its an chance to hang out with me, The awesomest person to ever exist."

Static and Frost roll their eyes, but Zarex doesn't notice.

Occulus looks at Pecks "Honestly, You have to trust us, You see this is a dead zone, someone is expanding this, and we have to find the cause and stop it, Are you with us?"

Pecks sighs, and looks back at Static. "Fine..but i still don't trust you.." He eyed everyone "But if what you say is true, then I don't really have a choice."

Frost raises an eyebrow. He was impressed that the young woodpecker knew better than to trust someone right away; a lesson Frost had to learn the hard way a long time ago. With a twitch of his hand, he unfreezes Pecks' Katana. However, he keeps his eye on the red woodpecker, ready to refreeze the young bird's Fire Katana if necessary.

Static helps the woodpecker up to his feet. "You still didn't tell us your name. What is it?"

Zarex looks around "I'm pretty sure we should hurry, Otherwise Lame will get irritated."

Unfortunately, the monsters that Pecks had been fighting earlier had finally caught up to them. They were only about 100 feet (somewhere between 30-35 meters?) from the group, charging at full force with fangs glaring and claws ready to tear them to pieces.

Occulus looks up and notices the monsters. "Guys...Not to suprise you, but there's a group of monsters about 35 meters away. I suggest we run. There are a lot of them..."

Frost encases himself in his full body ice armor, then causes the ice at the ends of his arms to become razor sharp. He walks toward the group of monsters, ready to fight.

Zarex looks at Frost "I wouldn't suggest doing that, We couldn't defeat that many monsters, even the 5 of us couldn't"

Occulus nods "He's right. Judging by my scans, they are incredibly strong. It's hard to beat even one."

Frost ignores them and starts running toward the monsters. He raises an arm and fires a volly of ice spikes like a machine gun, tearing two of them to shreads. Two down, ten to go. Frost thinks to himself. One monster leaps on him, but he impales it in the head before it can do anything else. The monster disintegrates into ashes and Frost quickly gets up. He summons an ice column and launches himself over the remaining nine monsters.

Static looks back at the rest of them, "Are we really going to let him take all of them on by himself?" He looks at Pecks, "Do you have enough energy to fight?"

Pecks laughs a little bit. He throws his katana at the monsters. Hitting one monster with the katana, burns to ashes. Pecks runs and grabs his Katana and slices a monster by accident when picking it up. "Stop underestimating me."

Static sees two monters coming at Pecks from behind. "I didn't." he fires a bolt of lightning at the pair of monsters, barely missing Pecks. The bolt hits one and the electricity jumps to the other, electrocuting both of them until they collapsed to the ground.

Pecks looks back to see the two monsters who were about to attack him, now dead on the floor. He looks back at Static, "That was too close,but hey,who cares,thanks."

Meanwhile, Frost lands and three of the remaining six monsters attack him. Using his arms as an icy blade, he decimates one of them. The other two charge at Frost. Frost rolls out of the way of the attack, shooting one of them with a flury of razor sharp icicles that come flying out of his hand. The second monster decides to try to attack Pecks instead.

Occulus looks at the 3 left, He Pulls his hand back "Ready?"

Zarex nods and thrusts his hands forwards, Creating a large blast of wind then zarex shoots 1 of making it explode into ashes.

Occulus jumps to one of the last two and swings his spear and hits them both. The remaining monster charges at him.

A black female cat comes jumping up in front of them and knocks off the monster with her staff. She then raises her hand, which a ball of blue fire appears, threw it and decimated the monster. "So, need an extra hand? She said while her back is towards them.

Frost turns around at the sound of her voice, ready to attack. However, upon seeing her, he relaxes somewhat. Even though he knows the black cat, he still doesn't let his guard down.

Static turns to the newcomer. "Crymson? What are you doing here?" Static --along with Frost and Crystaline-- first meet Crymson at the Forsaken Tournament, a tournament where the contestants were forced to fight for their lives. Static and Crymson had become friends after meeting each other there.

Pecks jumps on a monster's back,riding it,covering the monster's eyes,he put out his sword beside the monster's head,slicing anyone infront of the monster that is circling and running around,hearing the newcomer,he grins "Sup"

Crymson eyed the person named Pecks and gave him a wink before turning to her comrades. Upon looking, she sees Frost on guard. "Frost, you don't have to worry, you can stand down", then turns to Static. "But I'm actually here to help you guys. I've heard a commotion about a crisis going on over here. I thought it was a 'boy who cried wolf' kind of situation, but as I see, I guess it is true. So, now I'm here to help." She twirls her staff as it shrinks into a little rod before putting away in her back pocket.

Pecks finishes off the monster he was riding in,and getting off,noticing Crymson winked at him he froze for a  second,Pecks anchors his katana on the ground,resting his arm on it "Well i'm glad you guys planned the reunion in this lovely place. " He chuckles a little bit "I'm just kidding...but i didn't expect to meet people here,what's goin' on exactly? For what i've heard theres a villain,dead zone,crisis.It's just the usual stuff heroes solve..but i am glad i can join the party."

Crymson gave a small giggle to Peck's comment. "Yeah, but I'm really glad to see you here." She said to her best friend, Static. "Now that all of us are here, what's next?"

Zarex spoke up next "I'm pretty sure Lame wants us to return to the rende...Rende... Occulus how do I pronounce it?"

Occulus looked at Zarex "You know his name is 'Flame' and its rendezvous, Though your right we should return."

Crymson turned to the two people talking to each other. "Oh, I apologize. I see that we haven't met." She walks up and stops right in front of Zarex and Occulus with her hand extended to greet them. "My name is Crymson. I'm please to meet you two. May I ask who you both are?" She grinned.

Zarex looks over at Crymson "My name is Zarex, You should probably remember that, As it's like a blessing to know someone awesome like me."

Occulus nods "Pleasure to meet you, I'm Occulus Rayz, Please excuse Zarex, hes a little arrogant."

Zarex growls at Occulus "It's not Arrogance! It's realisation of what I'm good at"

Crymson put one of her ears down in confusion. Instead, she gave a small laugh of their little stand-up comedy. "You two sure are funny. But I hope I can get to know you two eventually."

Frost, though he knew Crymson, still didn't let down his guard. He never does. Instead, he keeps an eye out for anymore enemies.

Static retracts his whip so that it's only a small rod with a silver orb on one end. He puts it away in his jacket, and walks up next to Crymson. "So, the only one here not introduced is the woodpecker with the flaming hot katana." He looks at Pecks, "So, what's your name?"

Pecks looks at Static and raised an eyebrow. Pecks grabs his katana, resting it on his shoulder. "Name's Redd Peckers. You can call me Pecks, or... You can give me a better nickname...If you can think of one. I hope I can make your party stronger." Saying that, Pecks eyed Frost and looks back at the group.

Static nodded, "Don't worry. I'm sure you will." He looks at everyone else, "Okay. Let's get moving." And with that, they all start to make their way to the rendezvous.

The characters walk without talking for a few minutes.

Pecks sighs,trying to break the silence,he lets out a fake cough "So..what are you all exactly doing here?..i mean..i'm going to stop talking now."

Static looks at Pecks, "Well, most of us are here to help a friend of ours stop this dead zone from expanding. While dead zones aren't normally dangerous, or so I've been told, this one is rapidly expanding because someone got in and is causing it to do so."

Occulus looks over at Pecks "Well thats what most of us want, I think Mr Spots over here is only helping because it's his only way out."

Zarex Growls at Occulus "How many times do I have to tell you... My name Is Zarex not Spots!"

Static rolls his eyes and looks at Crymson, "In addition to being self-centered, Zarex is also easily annoyed. Anyway, looks like we're almost there."

Indeed, the meeting point was just up ahead. Flame and Crystaline were up ahead, along with several other people that Static's group didn't recognize. In the distance, Mimic -- along with Nova, Robin, and a brown wolverine that only Zarex and Occulus recognize-- were approaching Flame's group.

Stage 3: Resistance, Futile.

The teams returned to the meeting point, though the Scouting group seemed to be tired of waiting.

Flame looked over at the others as they arrived "Took you guys long enough... I just noticed the sudden increase of people..." He looks over at all the new people "No matter, What did everyone find?"

Mimic was the first to speak, "Sorry we're late. Gadget here had a few bugs in his system." He nods in Nova's direction.

Nova gives Mimic an annoyed look.

Occulus speaks almost straight after. "And we got attacked by roughly 5 squads of Monsters..."

Zarex shrugs "Wasn't that hard, We blasted through them"

"Zarex is right. The monsters weren't that difficult." Static replied. "But, I'm pretty sure that things will get harder from here on out." He looks around at the group, "Looks like you guys found some others that were trapped in here as well."

Crymson was looking outside for a moment. "Apparently, the monsters might get stronger. In the mean time, we should devise a plan in order to cease this chaos. Anyone have any ideas?" She turned around to face her comrades.

Mimic spoke up first, "Well aside from a pack of freakishly large, hungry spiders, we found this blueprint. It appears to be part of a set. If we find all four, we might get something useful out of it."

Flame looks suprised "Hey... I found one of those, Hey give the blueprint here for a second." It floats over to Flame and he puts the two together "Oh... It seems to be... Hey Jad you can speak the language this is in right?" he hands the blueprint to Jad.

Jad nods "Yeah... Let me just read as much of it as i can" He looks at it and clears his throat "It seems to be...A schematic of a few things, One looks like One of the Robots...one looks like a monster of some sort...and one is cut off... From what I can read it says that these are easy to read, and I suppose that means that you can scan them even if you don't know how? it says 'Just look and focus at the opposing force, and all will be revealed'... I think, but theres still bits cut off." He gives the blueprints back to Flame.

Mimic smiles a little, "Hmm. Rather cryptic, huh?"

Pecks sighs,anchoring his katana on the ground,"Well..it's  very nice to meet you on this wonderful treasure hunting occasion." He smirks a little "Names Redd Peckers,you can call me Pecks."

Stream lets out a fake cough,just letting people know he is there.

Crymson reread the sentence very carefully, then stopped at two words. "Opposing force, what does that mean? There's got to be some clue about what it is talking about."

Jad looks over at Crymson "I think that means, Well Enemy..."

Crymson's ears went down, annoyed. "Well, that doesn't explain much. But we only got half of the bluprints. How are we going to find two more if monsters keep getting in our way?" She frowned.

Crystaline closes her eyes, deep in thought. "Maybe 'opposing force' doesn't necessarily mean monsters. There are plenty of other types of opposing forces. However, I'm sure that if we find the other two blueprints, then we will get more information to help us."

Frost doesn't say anything, but he continues to keep an eye out for any approaching enemies.

Nova looks around,checking the files of the new people that they found,but ofcourse to other people,he is just standing there,moving his head around.

Occulus shrugs "Well It's No good making assumptions if we don't know, Right?" He looks around "Oh right, We should all introduce ourselves to people who are new here, For those who dont know, My name is Occulus Rayz"

Jad Sighs "I suppose your right, Everyone take turns to introduce yourselves... I'm Jadelk, 'Jad' Is a better name for me."

Flame looks around he's about to say something when zarex interupts "I'm Zarex, Thats Important as you'll need it for when your all cheering my name."

Flame sighs "As I was about to say, My name is Flame...After the introductions...We can assign groups and/or roles...if necissary..."

Crymson looked at everyone and smiled as she introduced herself. "And, of course, my name is Crymson. I'm glad to meet everyone of you and hoping to get to know you all soon." She beamed a grin.

Mimic tips his fedora, "Name's Mimic. Mimic the Mockingbird."

Robin is next to speak, "And I'm Robin Owsparr." Her helmet visor looks as though they might have words and pictures on them, but they're moving to quickly for anyone to read. Like Nova, she was looking through the G.U.N database for files of the people she didn't know.

Static nodded his head, "I'm Static the Cat. Nice to meet most of you." He cast a faint glance at Zarex. Though he didn't hate Zarex, Static hated his arrogant attitude and the fact that he tended to bully anyone he perceived as "weak".

Crystaline gave a short bow, "I'm Crystaline the wolf. Pleasure to meet all of you." The eight year old wolf gave a friendly smile as the irises of her eyes seemed to glow a bright green. To anyone who didn't know her, it was a strange sight to see, especially since her eyes were also white where the pupils should have been. Her long white "hair" flowed down to her shoulders.

[Frost: Stream, Nova will not be able to find a file on Mimic at all. He will also find very little regarding Static, Frost, and Crystaline. Robin has a file, so he can learn about her. Just thought I let you know.]

Nova stops looking for files,finding it weird that he didn't find a file on Mimic,he glances at Mimic without moving his head,he turns off the suit's search mode,"Well..Even though i don't have a  name,you can refer to me as Nova"

Pecks laughed,standing on the handle of his katana that is anchored to the ground,he tries balancing on it,"Well...i'm way ahead of you...i just introduced myself awhile ago..." Then fell to the ground,back-first.

Stream,licking some of the ice cream he made,he looks at the group "Oh..we're here at the meeting point...why did no-one warn me?.." He stops licking his ice cream "Names Stream,blah blah blah,the end." And starts eating his ice cream again.

Alex bows her head as a sign of respect. "Konichiwa. My name is Alexya Zakuro Fujiwara. But you may call me Alex." She begings to stand up, Kile bounces up and down. "And I'm Kiley Fong Purin, but call me Kile! Konichiwa!" She bows too, but at the waist, and she falls flat on her face after lingering for a second.

Speedy appears infront of the group "Hey I'm Speedy! Anyway, So while im here are you guys planning on going on any adventures? If so i would love to help." 

Flame looks a little confused "Errm... How did you get here? and how did you know that we were...Never mind... I'll explain the situation, You see we are in a Dead zone which is usually harmless, But someone is powering it to get larger, If we don't stop it expanding then it will consume the whole planet..."

Speedy smirks and looks at flame "cool so how do we stop it?"

Jad speaks up instead of Flame "None of us are all too sure...But we know that we have to find the source of the expansion, Which is in the center its in the center because..." He looks over to Flame

Flame sighs "Its in the center because a Dead zone is most Electromagnetic instability, Which cause the Oxygen and Nitrogen which aren't noble gasses to not bond, Which makes very unstable molecules the Dead zone can be stopped by destroying the force in the center as its a Spherical shape, It seems someone made a machine which is Pumping Electromagnetic Pulses creating an Expansion of Unstable Gasses and Increasing the volume of the sphere, If we destroy the machine and escape succesfully then the Dead zone will slowly shrink and cause a..." He stops in mid sentence and looks at everyone, Everyone is confused "I'm going to stop confusing everyone now..."

Zarex sniggers "Gosh, You wonder why no one likes you, Nerd"

Crymson, very annoyed at Zarex's ignorant tone, decided to smack him on the back of the head pretty hard. "Gosh, you wonder why no one likes you, idiot." She repeated his words. Then she turns to Flame. "Don't worry, Flame, I'm not confused."

Zarex yells at Crymson "Yeah Well now you made my Hitlist! Happy now?!" He seems to be almost shaking with anger.

Static gives Zarex a very annoyed look. "If you lay a finger on her, or any of my other friends, I will rip off every single spot that you have." His arms became covered in an bright blue electric current.

Zarex turns to Static "Touch me and you'll be in a Hospital eating through a straw with your jaw wide shut! I'm not bluffin'!"

Flame is laughing "Woah! Don't make the Hyena angry! Those spots are contagious"

Jad laughs as well "Haha! What a Lazer Brain, Careful or you'll make him cause some Unrest!"

Speedy looks at Crymson "never repay insults with violence it's never right and Zarex that was un called and so basicly we have to make a machine go boom and run like theirs no tommorow"

Occulus nods "Speedy is right, We need to hurry, And Revenge isn't good..."

Flame shrugs "Well no, The dead zone has to be destroyed within 24 hours, We have 22 hours left, And besides Revenge is completely Fine against Zarex"

Jad nods "Yup, Your right, Its because Zarex isn't a person."

Zarex growls "One more snide remark and you guys are going to be eating through a Tube!"

Jad and Flame talk in sync "Woah! Don't make the Hyena angry! Having IQ less than 10 is contagious!"

Zarex yells at them "Right thats it! You guys are dead!" He charges at them

Flame Flinches and Jad jumps out the way, Before Zarex can attack Occulus stops Zarex "They aren't enemies, You can Smash them later..."

Crymson happened to agree with Occulus, but in a split second grabbed Zarex's neck and lifted him off the ground with stregnth. "Look, I don't like your tone or your attitude. But we, all of us, are here on a mission to get rid of these darn creatures and find the blueprints. Either cooperate with us or not, I'm not forcing you to do anything." She set him down carefully and walked to the window, looking out.

Static looked on. He smiled as Crymson lifted Zarex by his neck. He was about to do the same thing, but the black cat had beaten him to the punch.

Speedy starts to get annoyed "um im sure he will be less aggresive if you treat him with a bit more respect im sure he is a valuble member in this mission" 

Crymson turned around. "I do have respect for everyone, but ones with the fork tounge tends to irratate me. But I rather give him words of advice before my dark flames erupt." She smiled, calmed down. "But you're right. We still need him if we're going to survive."

Mimic shrugs, "Yeah. He'll make awsome cannon fodder."

Speedy turns to Flame "so how are we gonna do this?"

Flame sighs "Well we'll split up into groups and find the Shield emmiters, Which are at the corners, then we destroy the Machine expanding the dead zone which is in the center, Then we escape, Thought it may not be that easy"

Speedy"right got it"

Crymson walked over to the group again, with a serious tone. "Though the task might not be easy, but we better do the best we can to destory them at all costs. so how many groups are we going to make?"

Speedy looks at Crymson "im guessing 4 or 5 so we can take out all the sheild emmiters"

Crymson looked at speedy for a second. "But does anyone know how many of the Shield emmiters are out there?"

Speedy looks back at Crymson"im guessing there are four? but im not sure"

Flame speaks up "There are 4, We can get into 2 groups of 3 and 2 groups of 4, we first need to devise a way to allocate each group with that amount of people."

Speedy looks at flame "i honestly dont care who im with"

"Well, I'll be a leader of three to get rid of one. So I will need two more people to side with me. Any takers?" Crymson spoke as she looked around.

Speedy looks at Crymson "me i guess"

Zarex Spoke up next "I'll be one of the leaders, Afterall I'm the most awesome!" No one seems to accept this statement "What? Do you have Defective minds"

Jad interupted Zarex "No, You are a TERRIBLE leader, I personally think Flame should be one of the leaders, I mean after-all hes a genius, Right?"

Flame looks suprised "Me?! I'm not leadership material...I think people more suited for the role would be bett-"

Jad interupts him "Flame, Your the one who actually knows whats going on"

Flame sighs "Fine...I'll be a leader of 3..."

Jad interupts again "Be a leader of 4!"

Flame sighs again "I retract my former statement, I'll be a leader of 4..."

Crymson smiled at Flame. "Well, you seem leader material. I mean, you're incredibly smart."

Flame sighed, he didn't like getting compliments, especially from girls "I'm not that smart... I mean the best thing I can do is Re-Code a System chains of computers at the same time, Coding in a code that codes a code that code a code that plays Tetris for you, While working out a math Theorum and Reading a Sherlock holmes novel..." Everyone looks amazed "What?"

Speedy looks at flame "will there be robots gaurding the sheild things?"

Flame nods "Well obviously, The Villian enforcing these Desperately wants to keep it expanding..."

Speedy grins "sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!"

"Alright, so right with my team is Speedy so far. Glad to have you with me. So who wants to fill in the missing place?" Crymson smiled. Note that Crymson is always the smiling person. Don't blame her.

Pecks sighs,rolling his eyes,grabbing his katana from the ground. "Oh..we're going as a team?..Well..i'm not really that co-operative of a person..can i just go alone?"

Nova nods a bit "Well...after those things that happened with my former group,i would also want to work solo.If that's possible."

Mimic smiled, "I might have pulled some of his strings while we were out."

Stream just stood there,in deep thought,but not really about something important.

Flame shrugs "I really dont think you should go alone, go in a team or else you'll comprimise the mission..."

Jad looks over at stream "It looks like your thinking about something... Oh right So we need 2 more leaders 1 for 3 and 1 for 4, I'll go in Flame's team."

Nova sighs "Well..i don't even know who's left,actually,except for the woodpecker,and who would be the two leaders?"

Pecks "I have a name you know..besides,the same with him,i don't know who's left,and i'm not exactly sure who to join."

Stream nods,looking at Flame "Well...if we do need leaders...i'll be one,unless there is someone who has a higher skill of leadership."

Speedy "each team should be kinda like sonic heroes except replacing flight with smarts"

Crymson clapped her hands together. "Well, are we all ready, or do we still need to prepare some more?"

Static finally spoke up, "I'll go with Crymson and Speedy."

Upon Static's reply, Crymson gave a bright grin. "Alright, now I got my team." Crymson spoke.

Crystaline spoke up, "Maybe Frost should lead the last team. He has nearly 10 years of experience leading task groups. Back in our homeland, he was a well respected commando and a powerful soldier. He was a valuable ally to the revolution."

Flame looks a bit confused "Wait...10 years of experience? That would mean you were 10..." Everyone looks at Flame wondering why he knew that "What...I'm telepathic..." He sighs "Anyway, Frost, due to your experience you should lead 4, That leads 1 more leader who will lead 3, We need 3 people to go with frost, and 2 more to go in my team, Then we will talk about what each team is going to do then we'll be ready."

Crystaline frowned. "Actually, he was eight years old when he first started his training. We were forced to flee our homeland about two years ago." As she said this, there was pain in her voice. The memory of what happened to her home and loved ones was a painful one. Even Frost would feel a moment of sadness whenever he thought back to that day.

Flame's face fell "Oh...I'm sorry to hear that... Anyway... So does anyone else want to be a leader, and we need some people to join mine and Frost's teams"

Frost points to Zarex, "I will take him."

Pecks starts drawing by burning the ground with his katana,or writing even,he starts walking around with his katana dragging to the floor,making the part that the katana has been dragged onto scorched.

Nova was testing everything out on his tech suit,like his rocket boots,his heat seeking rockets,mounted guns,and all of that stuff.

Steam sighs,being bored again,he spoke up "Well..can you just get this over with..i mean,the crisis zone,someone's going to expand it whenever time comes."

Crystaline walks up to Flame, "I'll go with you, Flame." Her eyes breifly flashed a bright green, then resumed to just glowing their regular light green color.

Flame is about to say something but Jad interrupts him "Great we only need one more person on the team, Any takers?"

Occulus Shrugs "If you guys don't mind I'll go with Frost, Make sure Zarex doesn't do anything crazy"

Zarex looks irritated "Crazy? Why would I do anything Crazy?!"

Static raises an eyebrow, "I'm still trying to figure out why Frost would even want Zarex on his team in the first place."

Flame shrugs "I don't know, Why would anyone want him on their team"

Jad speaks almost straight after "Yeah, He's a hothead, Annoying, Weird and Aggressive"

Zarex Growls "Shut up, Or I'll Smash you to pecies!"

Jad laughs "You're just proving my point!"

Frost shrugs indifferently, "He can fight well enough."

Flame sighs "I suppose, Ok who isn't in a team yet?"

Mimic then laughs, "Yeah, and if Zarex does something stupid, he'll make awsome cannon fodder!"

Flame laughs "Yeah I know right!"

Zarex is shaking in anger "Must...Resist...Urge...To...Smash..."

Jad Laughs "You might need to work on those anger managment skills there Spots!"

Robin steps up, "Enough. Antagonizing Zarex won't get us anywhere."

Zarex smiles at Robin "See! Little miss Headgear here Isn't such an idiot towards me!"

Robin looks at Zarex, "Be careful what you call me, Zarex. I don't take kindly to insults."

Zarex smiles "Hey, I was just being friendly" [Note: Zarex often calls people names, To be friendly, You can tell when he's not trying to offend them if he smiles first]

Robin raises an eyebrow, though it's impossible to tell due to her helmet visor being opaque. "If you say so."

Crymson is already ticked by Zarex picking on Robin because of her helmet. Crymson knows about Robin's health condition. Her tail swiftly moved quickly. "Hey, that's my best friend you're talking to. I'd watch my mouth if I were you." She warned.

Nova laughed,as Zarex reminds him of someone "Huh,Mimic the second." His laugh toned down a little bit. "Anyways,i'm not in a team yet,if you can't tell."

Pecks shrugs,stopped drawing something with the ashes he made,he sighs,just slowly walking away with the katana over his shoulder "Well,fighting won't help,i'm going,have fun guys."

Zarex laughs "I'm going to shrug that one off, Because...I'm really not in the mood to squash you, Techy."

Mimic looked at Zarex, "Hey! I came up with that name. I should sue you for copywrite, Zarex!"

Flame suddenly looks over to pecks and points over at him, Slowly picking him up with telekinesis "Oh? And where do you think your going, You had better stay with us or you'll be stuck here." He keeps Pecks raised in the air.

Jad sighs "Okay well lets see" He looks over at everyone not in a team "Nova, Stream, Pecks, Mimic, and Robin, You guys need to get into a team, 3 of you need to make a new team, and the other 2 need to join mine and Frost's team." (If i missed anyone edit it)

Pecks eyes widened a little "That's creepy,cut it out." he tries to struggle "Alright fine,i'll stay.." Pecks sighed after.

Nova chuckles a little "I rest my case." as he watches the two fight,being amused for some reason.

Stream looks at the people doing their silly stuff. "Well,can someone responsible please stop this..whatever's going on,this is just wasting time...but still,more time to rest."

Crymson just stayed quiet with her ears down in annoyance. Boy, when will this madness end..? She thought.

Flame puts pecks down and sighs "Just hurry up and pick your teams."

Jad sighs and looks around, He speaks under his breath "Grey Grey White Black Grey, Talk about Monochrome"

Speedy began to grow impatience "can we go now?"

Pecks groans,glancing at Jad and Frost,"Fine,i'm going on Frost's team,They look like they know what they're doing." He sighs in relief,finally choosing a team.

Nova nods a bit "Well,Jad's team it is,i don't want to go on the same team as last time,he turns his head to Robin and Mimic,grinning"

Stream "Well,time to make a team,Robin should be the leader,Mimic is just..you know.." He turns his head to his right,looking at nothing.

Crymson spoke up next. "Well, anybody that we're missing to join a team before we head out?"

Flame nods "Well, Let us not overwork ourselves, We should rest a little."

Zarex Groans "But...Well... What are people."

Occulus laughs "People are Living beings that walk around."

Jad laughs aswell "What a Lazer-Brain! Learn some vocabulary there Spots"

Zarex yells "ZAREX, MY NAME IS ZAREX!"

Crymson yanked on Zarex's ear. "Do you want me to train you, little pup, to be more obedient?"

Zarex Shoots a gust of wind at Crymson "I'M A HYENA! NOT A PUPPY! I DON'T NEED TRAINING!"

Flame and Jad are Laughing uncontrollably, Flame is trying to say something but can't "I have so much to say right now...But all i can hear is Zarex, Wind and Laughter"

Robin shakes her head, "Let go of his ear, Crymson. This isn't helping anything."

"Sorry," She lets go of Zarex's ear. "Just want to lift the mood." Crymson laughed.

Speedy"having fun at other peoples expense is never good"

Crymson stopped laughing and nodded. "We should definately rest for now before we set foot outside. we need our strength if we're going to fend off those monsters."

Static nodded, "Agreed. What about you, Frost?"

Frost shook his head, "I would rather move now. I will go by myself if I must."

"And risk yourself getting injured? Or even killed?" Crymson asked bluntly.

"I can take care of myself." Frost replied.

"Hey," Crymson raised her hands and smile. "I'm not forcing you to do anything."

Pecks holds in his laughter,he lets clears his throat to help that,"Anyways,what are we still doing here?Weren't we supposed to do something?"

Nova is just standing there,not even moving a muscle,his visor shows a power-off logo,which means he is in sleep mode.

"i think im going to go for a quik run before i go rest" said Speedy

Flame shakes his head "Don't, You might get attacked by something, We can do all that after we rest for a bit..."

Mimic walks up to Nova. "Huh. Looks like he's in sleep mode." He shapeshifts into Nova and does the same thing. Now there are two Nova's in sleep mode.

Robin looks at Crymson, "Well, Nova's in for a suprise when he wakes up."

Pecks groans,facepalming, "Are we seriously going to rest now?" He sighs,grabbing his katana and walking around,dragging the katana around,drawing something with the slices on the ground,whenever the katana goes over it.

Stream went and made himself a hammock,a floating one made out of ice,he went in,with his head turned to the people,watching what they're doing.

"Hmm, I wonder there is something soft around this place so I can have a goos night rest." Crymson said. She went up the stairs to see if there is a bedroom.

Flame stetches "Hmm well we aren't resting for anything more than an Hour..."

Jad sighs "Meh I'll go nap..." He walks upstairs

Occulus sighs "Well...I need to Fix my Rocket Boots..."

Zarex chuckles "Do you think the have a punching bag here? No? I'll use the next best thing" He looks over at flame and slowly walks towards him.

Crymson yelled from the second floor to Zarex. "I wouldn't do that if I were you."

Zarex chuckled "It's okay, Mr Lame here isn't a person!" He keeps walking towards him.

Flame sighs "Don't...Were on the same team..."

Crymson shook her head while in the second floor. "I'll make sure Zarex will be in a shorter leash next time." She said under her breath as she laughed.

Zarex yelled up stairs "I can hear that! I'm a Hyena not a puppy! I have ears y'know, If anyones a puppy its him" He points over at Flame.

Flame sighs "Enough with the bad insults there Spots"

Stream facepalmed "You call this rest? What're you doing is fighting,if you want to insult and fight someone badly go out there and defeat the enemy,oh wait,you can't!You need someone to fight by with,but you don't have a friend because you're an Idiot who always picks fight with your teammates."Stream closes his eyes trying to sleep.

Zarex sighed "Another name to add to the list" He continues edging towards Flame

Occulus sighs "Rather harsh there stream, Zarex has quite alot of friends actually..."

Stream groans "Of course he does,i bet they're called bullies."

Zarex Growls "Your getting very Uppity, Maybe I should use you as a Punchingbag!"

Robin steps in front of Zarex, her eyes glaring at him with anger. "Enough! Look Zarex, you aren't making things any better." As she steps towards Zarex, he steps back, suprised (and somewhat nervous) at her suddenly agressive tone. "All you've done so far is insult, threaten, and mouth off at everyone else. If you want people to give you any respect, then maybe you should show some respect to everyone else first."

Frost looked on. He respected Robin's professional attitude towards the situation.

Zarex sighs "I suppose your right." He shrugs "Stream lives, For now" He doesn't seem to be intimidated.

Robin's anger dies down a little, "Thank you, Zarex."

Jad looks impressed "Wow, You have some talent to get Zarex to Calm down."

Stream laughs,still with his eyes closed "Well,Zarex's head can stay out of my freezer then."

Pecks groans,walking over to stream,kicking his hammock "You're making it worse,you know,so shut up." He went back to drawing with his katana.

Flame sighs "We're about Ready to go, Someone go get Everyone upstairs."

Zarex Walks upstairs, He speaks up to them "Hey, Were about to go."

Robin walks up, "Okay, Zarex. Since Frost and I both have military-like experience, I'll go with you, him and Occulus." She briefly looks at Occulus, "If I may ask, Zarex, why is Occulus..."

"A cyborg?" Zarex finished. "Long story, Involves raids and Captures, as well as almost Fatal injury."

Occulus overhears, His face falls, He obviously doesn't like people talking about it. Robin notices Occulus's expression. "I'm sorry, Occulus. I didn't mean to offend you." Robin looks down in a mix of shame and regret.

Occulus tries his best to smile, He does but its obvious hes still upset "No, Its fine, Anyway we should most likely get going."

Crymson walked down to the bottom floor. She then sighes a little. "So, what's going on here? we're ready?"

Flame sighs "Just about, Each team will go a different direction, My team will go north, Crymson go south, Frost go West and Stream go East. Okay?"

Crymson nodded. "Got it. Static, Speedy. Are you two ready to go?" She called to her teammates.

Speedy"sure"

Static nods, "Yeah. I'm right behind you."

Mimic smirks, "Of course you are."

Static looks at Mimic, "What's that supposed to mean?"

"Oh, nothing." Mimic says with a shrug.

Stream sighed,still staying in his hammock,trying to sleep "Geez,i didn't even get any rest,and we're already going?Oh and who's on my team again?.."

Nova woke up,with the power-off sign on his visors flashing,then dissapears,he looks around,wondering what's going on. "My apologies." Nova said with a nod.

Mimic tried not to laugh at Nova. Little does he know that I drew a moustach on his visor with permanent marker. He thought to himself. Indeed, Mimic had at some point drawn a moustach, a silly pair of glasses, and a ridiculous smile on Nova's visor. To top it off, he put the permanent marker in one of Zarex's vest jackets so that he would take the fall.

Zarex looked over at Nova and Burst out laughing "Why are there..."He cant finish his sentence laughing so much.

Flame looks at Zarex and looks confused "Why are you laughing?" He looks at nova and Sniggers, Trying not to laugh.

Jad was about to say something but he just looks and Burst Out into laughter "I...Have...To tell nova..." He cant finish his sentence

Occulus looks over and Sniggers, Trying not to laugh or Irritate anyone.

Static takes a look at Nova. "Uh, Nova? You have something on your visor." Static says, trying hard not to laugh.

Crystaline shakes her head. She knows that Mimic's responsible, but she decided not to say anything for the moment. Meanwhile, Ebony (her ghost chao) seems to be laughing at Nova.

Robin quickly checks a mirror, just to be sure she didn't suffer a similar prank. Fortunately, there's nothing wrong with her visor (or anything else) and Robin breaths a sigh of relief.

Zarex doesnt notice the Pen in his Vest pocket "I think we should get going..."

Nova sighs,realizing that there is something on his visor "Oh right...i forgot how immature you are...anyways..." He put up the back of his hand infront of his face,scanning the ink,he then looks around,finding the pen in Zarex's vest pocket,his shoulder cannon appear,ascending from his shoulder,locking on at Zarex,firing paintballs.

Mimic smirks, "Like Zarex doesn't have enough spots."

Zarex gets hit by a few, But he re-directs the rest to Mimic "I know you Framed me!"

Mimic rolls out of the way. "Like I could frame someone as 'awsome' as you." He retorted.

Flame was standing behind mimic, He gets hit by some "Hey! No fair!"

Zarex looks over at Mimic "I'm glad you Agree with my Awesomeness" He obviously doesn't realise the Sarcasm.

Mimic lets out a sigh, "Sarcasm is a foreign language to you, isn't it?"

Crymson just secretly laughed at Mimic's joke.

[Frost: Weren't there two characters that joined Flame's team back in chapter two? What ever happened to them?]

The cannon stops,descending into the armor,facing his palm infront of his face,making it clean the ink. "My apologies,Flame,blame Zarex."

Stream rolls his eyes,getting off the hammock and onto his feet. "Geez...who's the rainbow guy?" He points to Zarex.

Pecks breathes heavily,going over to them and passing out,with the katana on his hand "Done..drawing.." He seemed to have wrote 'Pecks was here.' on the ground.
