The Ringmaster is the person in control of Disaster Club, ensuring that club rules are upheld, that the fighter's mental wellbeing is looked after and that those who disobey the rules are punished. The Mobian Lion Trepidence Proudclaw is the current Ringmaster, the first of the Ringmaster lineage to have no powers. However, that makes him no less lethal in combat.
Ringmaster is a hard character to learn, with extremely exact combo strings, bellow-average health, no auto combo and some odd special moves that have a variety of uses. However, if he can be learnt properly he has some of the best (and coolest looking) combos in the game, and is able to get in close and destroy his opponents easily while keeping them guessing what he will do next.
Both of Ringmaster’s Throttles are designed for experienced players as well. Throttle 1 adds more attacks to improve his combos further, while Throttle 2 rewards players for their defensive manoeuvres and timing.
Throttle 1: Adds Cane.
Throttle 2: The time window to perform a Perfect Parry is smaller, but success charges the Guard Meter more.

Ringmaster fights Beautyface as the final boss.
“I defeated my sister singlehandly, as none of the others could fight her in her current state. I bought her into the club, tried to rehabilitate her myself. The so-called space traveler helped removed the alien parasite that had controlled her. Of course, that will not completely stem her contempt for me and the Club, but it will help ensure the future of the Proudclaw line is insured.”
Ringmaster fights Thundereye as the final boss.
“My sister managed to escape, using that vile creature Thundereye to cover her escape. I defeated the oaf with ease, but by then it was too late: she’d already escape with Dean and the rest of Thundereye’s gang. My sources tell her that she’s building up a new, stronger army. Maybe I will need more protection from Kable than I thought...”
