Psycho Cut is a strong cutting attack. The user charges Psychic energy into their sword, claws, talons, or other blades weapons (or sometimes just their arms), and swings, releasing a cresent-shaped blade of pure Psychic energy towards the opponent. This technique has a strong chance of causing severe damage.
