Appearance

A slim cat with pale fur bordering on the color of platinum, Nisha Dean is roughly as tall as the average Mobian feline but lacks what many would regard as obvious "womanly features", especially in comparison to the object of her fixation. She often is described as having a faintly predatory look in her brown eyes, though she always denies that.

Attire

Nisha is typically seen in her uniform; both due to her role as a soldier and because she likes the way that the uniform is shaped, since it implies that her body shape is somewhat closer to the stereotypical ideal than her slim form would otherwise. This relic of the perverted former prince's time in the military is simply a set of brown heavy-duty pants and a highly shaped brown shirt, with the armor doubling to hold form in a way that functions mildly like a corset. This is typically worn under a camouflage jacket, though Nisha prefers to wear the jacket open in an attempt to show off.

Abilities

While many assume that Nisha is little more than playing at being a soldier; especially considering her reluctant start to the field; this couldn't be further from the truth. Instead, she has a reputation among certain circles, even outside of her home country; for being a highly skilled shot. While she might not look like much, Nisha's accuracy is phenomenal, especially when using her personal weapon; a customized sniper rifle known as the Truth of Heart. Complete with customized optics and explosive rounds in the three-round magazine, Nisha's rifle is more than effective at range.

While she lacks wings; Nisha has done her best to combine her standardized combat training with replications of Rouge's own sharp kicks and strikes, creating a style that acknowledges the woman she adores as well as her own personal tastes.

Nisha's background is from the valleys in the western reaches of House Thunda's territory; these areas are well known for farming and food production. Indeed, from her family, Nisha has inherited a knack for naturakinesis that lets her encourage the growth of plants and animals, though her combat usage is typically restricted down to simply absorbing energy from targets currently due to her lack of formal training.

Indeed, Nisha's primary weakness comes from being ambushed or flanked, as her rifle is practically useless in close-quarters due to the explosive rounds. While she has hand-to-hand training, her attempts to replicate another person's combat style lets her down, and her elemental control is lacking in comparison to many others.
