Maxwell "Max" Veschell is a character set to appear in The Legend of Fox the Brave: Rise of Ruin. He is a young Belgian Malinois who got lost from his home in Storm Cloud City alongside his Border Collie friend Bailey Swift. There will be a running gag of him being constantly mistaken for a German Shepherd, due to looking similar to it(more specifically the brown-and-black coloring).

Appearance
Max is a young Belgian Malinois. He has mostly light brown fur with a black face and ears, and brown eyes. He is also very similar in body frame to a German Shepherd. Currently, he is slightly, but noticeably smaller than Lucky Smith, and rather thin.
Personality
Max is friendly and kind, with a big heart. He has a love for police officers, since his father is one, and admires the fact that Daret Lyons' father Adam is the police chief of the NCPD(this is because Malinois are used alongside German Shepherds in K9 units).
History
Max was born in Storm Cloud City, but became lost when the city was attacked. He fell into a river, where he floated down an unknown length, where he met his old friend Bailey, and they decided to find the Resistance. While Lucky Smith and Rock the Wolf were at the Dire Wolf Pack and Tundra Smith and Simon Komm were in Southern Woods Village, Boulder the Lycanroc met Max and Bailey after they arrived at the village, tired and thin. Max explained their situation, and were allowed to stay and rest.

Max and Bailey both come from Storm Cloud City, and fled when it was attacked. They were forced to seek the warriors to find their home, because they got lost. The two are close friends

While Max's father never appeared, Max holds him in high esteem because he admires police officers and wants to follow in his father's footsteps.
