Lily is a female Mobian Echidna with silver fur, gold eyes, and light peach skin. She has a scar across her right eye, as well as one across the bridge of her snout. She has a muscular physique, due to her work as a scout for the In-Finite Clan. Her short pink hair is cut in a bit of a messy, choppy style. It also has some magenta and purple highlights here and there.

Lily wears a long-sleeved dark green combat shirt with matching pants. In addition, she wears black fingerless, elbow-length gloves, and black combat boots. She almost wears her gun holster, which is attached to a dark burgundy belt. In her holster rests a traditional dart gun.
