Lillia is an anthromorphic hedgehog who posesses the ability to swim very fast, breaking the sound barrier. She also posesses cryokinesis, the ability to manipulate, create, or destroy ice in whatever she wants.

Appearance[]
Lillia is a sky blue hedgehog with tan skin. Her attire consists of a blue gown and for footwear crystal-like blue shoes. She has a purple sling bag on her side.
Personality[]
Lillia is friendly and cheerful, but also tough and serious. She is determined to achieve her goal: to protect the innocent. She also likes ice and avoids fire, which is her weakness. She is a nomad and considers that "her home is the whole world".
Lillia also likes traveling and cannot stay in one place for long, for she thinks that enemies are lurking somewhere else. She travels the world to eliminate evil in all its forms. She wishes the world to achieve peace. She may be cold, but her heart is warm.
Lillia thinks her desires are fixed in her mind, and nothing can stop her. She thinks of others first and seconds or finals herself.
She also doesn't like living by a ruler, she hates being told what to do.
Skills and Abilities[]
Lillia's main ability is her cryokinesis, and ability that lets her create, manipulate, or destroy ice in anyway she wants.
Lillia's other abilities are her speed. She can swim very fast and break the sound barrier. She also can run fast but it is not enough to run at the speed of sound.
She also occasionally have weather powers. She can only do this by turning into Weather Girl.
She also occasionally have ice & fire powers. She can only do this by harnessing the power of the Ice Sword and Fire Axe at the same time.
Transformations[]
Her transformations are:
Weather Girl- if she harnesses the power of the weather, she can turn into Weather Girl. At this point, she can change weather, create hurricanes, control weather calamities and her cryokinetic powers greatly increase.
Ice&Fire- if she harnesses the power of the Ice Sword and Fire Axe by holding them at the same time, she can turn into Ice&Fire. At this point, she has pyrokinesis, an ability to create, manipulate, and destroy fire in any way she wants. Her cryokinetic power greatly increase.
Weaknesses[]
Lillia's main weakness is that her ice powers have limits. Very strong snow cannot control her and she will accidentally transform into her evil self.
Also, if Lillia stays in a hot place too long, her Ice Sword will melt.
