Kaatosade the Rat is the head scout that serves the Water Clan of Neso. She is also the younger sister of Verflussigen the Rat.

Physical Description

A slender rat who stands a fair bit over three feet tall, Kaatosade has a somewhat short muzzle with an oblong nose, fairly large, rounded ears that sit more on the sides of her head than on top of it (due to being a Dumbo rat), and a long, slender tail that is hairless.

Her fur is primarily sapphire in color, with a white muzzle, chest, and stomach, while the exposed skin of her tail is a pale peach color. Her hair, which is cut short and is rather messy, is dark purple in color, and her eyes are periwinkle in color.

Her outfit consists of a vest with a tube top shirt underneath it, fingerless gloves, shorts, and boots.
