Kaatosade the Rat is the head scout that serves the Water Clan of Neso. She is also the younger sister of Verflussigen the Rat.
Physical Description[]
A slender rat who stands a fair bit over three feet tall, Kaatosade has a somewhat short muzzle with an oblong nose, fairly large, rounded ears that sit more on the sides of her head than on top of it (due to being a Dumbo rat), and a long, slender tail that is covered in very short, fine hair.
Her fur is primarily sapphire in color, with a white muzzle, chest, stomach, and fingers, while her tail is a pale peach color. Her hair, which is cut short and is rather messy, is dark purple in color, and her eyes are periwinkle in color.
Her outfit consists of a vest with a tube top shirt underneath it, fingerless gloves, shorts, and boots.

As a scout, Kaatosade is stealthy and fast. She specializes in spying on enemies and monitoring their movements and numbers in order to help her more offensively-inclined comrades, and also works well with hit-and-run tactics. This is not to say that she is completely useless in a fight, however; she wields a dagger for protection, and although her overall strength isn't terribly formidable, she's still physically fit enough to be a decent hand-to-hand combatant.
Kaatosade is an adept hydrokinetic, and primarily uses lower-tier offensive techniques and utility-based techniques of the Water Element. Being a rodent, she has very hard, sharp teeth, and can deliver a punishing bite. She also has a very keen sense of smell and hearing, and is adept at climbing, using her semi-prehensile tail for both balance and grip.

Kaatosade is relatively resistant to the Elements of Water and Fire (her Water resistance is somewhat higher, however). She is quite fast, and can easily outpace slower foes and evade their attacks. Rainy weather and moisture-heavy areas strengthen her hydrokinesis somewhat.
Weaknesses[]
Kaatosade is weak to the Elements of Electricity and Nature. Her defenses aren't anything special, therefore she mostly relies on her agility to try and evade potentially devastating attacks. Being a manipulator of Water, severe ambient heat can render her powers nigh useless, and can also easily dehydrate her.
