Ionachta the Degu (pronounced "EE-ən-AHK-tə") is the head battle magess that serves the Light Clan of Celeritas.
Physical Description[]
A somewhat curvy degu who stands a bit over three feet tall, Ionachta has a short muzzle with a round nose, fairly large, oblong ears that stand upright, and a fairly long, slim tail ending in a tuft of longer fur.
Her fur is primarily cream in color, with a white muzzle, throat, chest, and stomach, while her facial markings, forearms, and tail tuft are buff in color. Her hair, which is long and straight while also being tied with two bands on either side of her head, is deep taupe in color, and her eyes are deep sky blue in color.

As the head battle magess, Ionachta excels at dealing large amounts of Elemental/energy-based damage in a short amount of time, bursting down fragile opponents before they get a chance to touch her. She primarily attacks from a range to further supplement her combat style, using her respectable speed and agility to stay out of the reach of her opponents while peppering them with Elemental salvos. She needs to rely on this strategy quite a bit, however, as she is fairly fragile overall; any opponent who can get past her onslaught and retaliate with strong attacks of their own will be able to overwhelm her.
Ionachta is a highly adept solaramancer, and primarily uses mid to high-level ranged/energy-based techniques of the Light Element; as her physical strength isn't amazing in the slightest, her physical/close-ranged options are rather weak, and she doesn't really bother to use those anyways. Being a degu, her teeth are surprisingly sharp, allowing her to deliver painful bites, and she is also a naturally adept climber; she also has refined senses of both hearing and smell.

Ionachta is relatively resistant to the Element of Light. She is quite fast, and can easily outpace slower foes and evade their attacks.
Weaknesses[]
Ionachta is weak to the Element of Darkness. Her defenses aren't anything special, therefore she mostly relies on her agility to try and evade potentially devastating attacks. Her physical strength is also less than stellar, making her falter heavily in hand-to-hand combat.
