This is a Sonic the Hedgehog film which takes place after the events from bonus book/movie 9: Wisp Hunt. It features some of the characters from the TV show, "Invader Zim".
Plot[]
The movie begins with a maroon and green starship approching the system where Mobius is located at. We then see the interior of the ship, seeing Irkens pass by, talking. A green Irken known as Zim is seen sitting on a throne. He then launches thousands of maroon U.F.O.s toward the atmosphere of Mobius, and the starship to the atmosphere as well.
After the opening titles we see Sonic the Hedgehog practcing Loop-de-loops and smashing Motobugs in Green Hill Zone, when suddenly, Amy Rose calls him on his cell phone.
Amy: Sonic! JARVIS commands you must return to HQ immediatley! This is urgent!
Sonic: On my way.
Sonic speeds off to the HQ, and sees Amy and Tails rushing towards him. They then show him a news report.
News reporter: This is Alica Stacy live from GCN. Breaking news: We're being invaded. People have been seeing maroon U.F.O.s in the city of New Mobotropolis. And we recived this transmission from one of the invaders. (TV screen switches to face Zim's face)
Zim: Attention, Mobinoids. I come in peace. However, it is indeed you will be invaded by my supreme power, and soldiers, and my SIR Units. After I take control of the planet, you will suffer the power of... ZIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, I come in peace, The planet will be invaded, and you will all you die. ZIM!!!!!!!!!!! Out.
When the transmission was over, Sonic turns to Amy and she says that she will summon the other Freedom Fighters to help. She leaves Sonic and Tails to watch after the HQ.
Tails: Sonic? You're the fastest thing on Mobius. What are we gonna do?
Sonic: I dunno, Tails, but if the alien takes over Mobius, then he's gonna regret it.
Meanwhile, the scenes switches to Amy, and the rest of the Freedom Fighters fighting the UFO's, But suddenly, they get abducted by the mothership (I'm gonna call it the Momship, OK?)
Back at HQ, Sonic, and Tails were watching the news about the invasion, when suddenly, the screen turns to static, and the screen reveals Zim's face.
Tails: Sonic! Why is Zim on our TV?
Sonic: Get off of our TV, Zim!
Zim: You must be that leader of those Freedom Fighters that your friends spoke of. Anyways, You and I have a little challenge to prepare for. It will be a battle between you, and me, and my SIR Units. Oh, and just so you don't get cold feet... (screen faces right, to reveal Freedom Fighters in an energy bubble)
Sonic: Let my friends go, Zim!
Zim: Silence, Hedgy-Demon Hog Beast! If you wish for me to release your friends, then meet me at the biggest ship, at 12:00 in the morning! ZIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Out. (screen turns to black)
Sonic then checks time, and the clock says it is 10:00 which means that Sonic and Tails have plenty of time to stay. Then, Sonic tells Tails that he wants to show him something. They walk over to a room labeled: SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG. They enter the room.
Sonic: Tails, have you ever considered something being created by Shadow?
Tails: Maybe. Why?
Sonic: (knocks over a line of dominoes, and the last dominoe knocks over a block) Shadow has been creating something during midnight. He says it has been offline for 10 days and nights. Now that he's gone, he wants us to get him online. (block hits a catapult, and the catapult launches a 300-pound bowling ball at a button that can only be pressed by heavy stuff. Ball hits button, and a door opens, revealing a small robot.)
Tails: Sonic? Is that...?
Sonic: Oh, yes, Tails. It is. Behold, E-126 GIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (fanfare as camera looks at GIR)
Tails was confused a little, but agrees to get GIR online. When the final adjustment was in place, GIR's yes flashed open.
GIR: Are you my mummy? (akward silence) (GIR hits himself in the head repeadeatly) WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Sonic: Funny. I don't remember THIS being in the blueprints.
(song "Sparks Fly" by Taylor Swift plays)
Sonic: (after song ends) Wow.
The scene switches to Zim's ship. The Freedom Fighters were still in the bubble.
Amy: I should have never left Sonic and Tails all by themselves.
Back at HQ, Sonic recieves a hologram transmission from Amy.
Amy: Sonic. You must come to rescue us.
Sonic: But you sent me to guard the HQ.
Amy: When was the last time I left you alone? I know you were meant to guard this place, but for now, I need you. (song "When You're Gone" by Avril Lavinge plays)
Sonic: (after song ends) Well, you're right about one thing. I am to rescue you. I'll be right there.
At 11:30, Sonic summons Tails, GIR, a yellow and black hedgehog known as Shock, and several robots known as Galeks with a lot of cannons to the exit of the HQ. They then form The Zimbusters.
Sonic: Alright, troops. This is it. Now that we're a team, who are the citizens gonna call?
Tails, GIR, Shock, and Galeks: ZIMBUSTERS!
Sonic: What are we, warriors, or wimps?
Tails, GIR, Shock, and Galeks: WE ARE WARRIORS!
Sonic: I repeat: Are we warriors, or wimps?
Tails, GIR, Shock, and Galeks: WE ARE WIMPS!
(song "Move Along" by the All-American Rejects plays)
When the song ends, the Zimbusters reach the entrance to Zim's criuser. The alarm goes off. The Almighty Tallest Red and Purple warn Zim that Sonic and his friends have boarded.
Zim: FINALLY! Right on time for the battle, and thak you editor for making me say that.
As the Zimbusters were walking, they emerge into a light tunnel leading directly towards Zim and the SIR Units. (slow motion camera) Sonic and the Zimbusters walk up to Zim and the SIR's. (normal camera)
SIR Units: Exterminate! Exterminate! Exterminate! Exterminate!
Galeks: Eliminate! Eliminate! Eliminate! Eliminate!
Sonic: Alright, Zim. This battle is between you and me. The SIR Units will battle with my allies. Whoever wins will keep the Freedom Fighters, and the loser shall not keep them. (draws out a gold sword with a blue blade, Zim draws a maroon sword with a jagged green blade. Battle begins)

After the song, and battle, Zim is seen hanging from the ledge of his ship. He then falls off. Sonic then looks down at where Zim is falling. Zim then activates a parachute, which Sonic reads from the top, "YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE LAST OF ZIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

At the Freedom Fighter HQ dance floor, the Freedom Fighters and the Zimbusters were celebrating their victory against Zim, by dancing! Even GIR was dancing to the music! After the credits, we see a cloaked black figure with red eyes approaching Zim.
Figure: I believe you might be albe to join us. (thousands of zombies appear next to him)
After seeing the zombies, Zim grins evilly. Then the movie ends.

Trivia[]
- After the opening titles, the Green Hill Zone looks simmilar to the one from the 1991 game, Sonic the Hedgehog.
- E-126 GIR's first line is "Are you my mummy?" which is a tie-in to the Doctor Who catchpharse joke, "Are you my mummy?"
- The Galeks have the same bodies and voices of the Daleks from Doctor Who, although they don't shout "EXTERMINTE!". The SIR's say it in the movie. So, I had to make the Galeks shout, "ELIMINATE!"
