Hydrella the Caiman is the head soldier that serves the Water Clan of Neso.
Physical Description[]
A stocky caiman who stands a little bit over four feet tall, Hydrella has a somewhat short snout with slit nostrils and visible teeth, large, thick scales on her head that somewhat resemble horns, and a long, thick tail.
Her scales are primarily Crayola green-blue in color, with a light goldenrod yellow muzzle, chest, stomach, and underside of tail, while her facial markings, back markings, and fingers are lapis lazuli in color. Her hair, which is long and droops off to one side like a sort of flowing mohawk, is white in color, and her eyes are mango in color.

As the Water Clan's head soldier, Hydrella is a fairly well-rounded fighter, who primarily excels in close-range combat. She wields a kusari-fundo as her weapon of choice, a long chain with a heavy weight on either end that allows her to bludgeon opponents from afar, or even bind them with the chain. Despite her somewhat short stature, her physical strength is considerably higher than it looks, primarily due to her extensive training to become head soldier; she can lift up to 600 lbs. without assistance. She is also quite fast and agile.
She is an adept hydrokinetic as well, and primarily wields mid-tier melee techniques of the Water element, with her ranged/energy-based options being somewhat weaker. Being a caiman, she has powerful jaws with sharp teeth, and her thick, well-muscled tail can knock lightweight opponents off their feet. She is also a strong swimmer, and her scales give her a form of natural armor; she also has keen senses of both sight and smell.
Strengths/Resistances[]
Hydrella is relatively resistant to the Elements of Water, Ice and Fire (her Water resistance is somewhat higher, however). She is quite agile, able to dodge slow-moving opponents and attacks with ease. Rainy weather and moisture-heavy areas strengthen her hydrokinesis somewhat.
Weaknesses[]
Hydrella is weak to the Elements of Electricity and Nature. Although her durability is reasonably good, her resilience isn't anything special, therefore she mostly relies on her agility to try and evade potentially devastating attacks, especially energy-based ones. Being a manipulator of Water, severe ambient heat can render her powers nigh useless, and can also easily dehydrate her.
