Appearance
Howl has grey fur, and a white muzzle. His fur is usually unkempt. Clothing wise he usually wears a plain white t-shirt a pair of jeans, and some aviator shades that hide his eyes..
Personality
Howl is often lazy. It has been shown if he has to do something he will usually do a half-assed attempt at it. He also seems to be quite attached to his sunglasses and if their taken off he will be enraged and immediately assault whoever taken them off brutally. Though if he takes his shades off it means someone got him really mad. When talking to him he is most of the time quiet and refuses to speak. on the occasions he does speak it usually is something to put someone who annoys him in their place or to say something intelligent.
Intelligence wise he is actually smarter than his housemate Hugh
History
Howl was born in Station Square. He would manage to graduate High School with all A's though skip college because he thought it would be too much work. For the next few years he would do odd jobs often with minimum effort put in and get paid little to no money. Later he would meet up with Hugh and the two would start living together under the condition he pays 50% of the rent.
Skills
Howl is actually a competent fighter with Black belts in both Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo and has a black armband rank in Muay Thai. Though he usually prefers using a street fighting style mainly.
Weaknesses
Combat Wise Howl can easily be taken out 70% of the time because he puts in little to no effort or just walks out during a fight because he just doesn't care,
