Flowers is a slender and beautiful girl with dark skin, brown eyes and black hair with a fringe that covers her left eye. She also wears a pink top with dark pink jumpers with white gloves, pink socks, and violet sneakers.

Flowers takes her job very seriously. She's a tomboyish and cheerful reporter who spends her free time doing other stuff without people noticing.
Trivia[]
- Her name is a reference to User:FlowerOfTheWind. However, they are not the same person for some reason.
- Her hairstyle kind of resembles Mettaton Ex's from the popular 2015 indie game, "Undertale".
- Despite Flowers being able to stop time, she doesn't do it often.
- Flower of the Wind was originally supposed to be a Mobian, but the creator stated that making her an anthropomorphic animal would be boring. Because the fanfiction was going to have humans in it, her design and personality changed when she became a human.
- Black Rose, an anthropomorphic character, was the original version of FotW, but she got scrapped during production weeks later.
