Appearance[]
He's a cyan wolf with a patch of brown hair on his head and white fur on his chest. He has a short tail and pink eyes. He usually dresses in a White Sweater, Skinny Jeans, a blue Beanie, a Blue Scarf, Black Converse and his Backpack.
Personality[]
Flare is very quiet caused to his selective mutism. When someone gets to know him well enough they can see that he's well mannered and bashful, even though he can be a little overprotective. He's quick to jump into battle and loves people... Even if he can't talk to them.
History[]
Flare was young when he first got his powers. He was in Sandblast City when a group of people ran in and snatched a bunch of young people. They captured Flare (Lukos at the time) and hooked up everyone to these machines. They activated them, and instead of draining their powers it gave them powers. They were all randomized which happened to give Lukos sound powers. Ever since he's been searching for his family who went missing in the confusion.
