Eclipse the Black Mamba is a mobian snake. He is cold and arrogant, referring to himself as "the fastest being alive".
Personality
Eclipse is a cold, calculating, and arrogant snake. He holds his abilities in high regard, and brings his wrath down upon anyone who doubts or insults his abilities. Despite seeming like a calm and collected individual, he is in fact hyper-aggressive, taking only the slightest provocation to send him into a merciless slaughter.
Appearance
Eclipse is a large and long black mamba, his entire body being pitch black. He has two fully functional arms, with five sharp claws. His eyes are a venomous yellow.
Abilities
While arrogant, Eclipse's abilities are no laughing matter. Being a black mamba, he is immensly fast, being able to strike an opponent from a fairly long distance at speeds almost surpassing Sonic's running speed. However, his slithering speed on the other hand does not rival Sonic's speed, though he can move quite fast for short bursts. Being pitch black, he is able to perfectly blend into dark areas, with night-time being considered "his domain", and he is considered unstoppable during a new moon.
However, Eclipse's most fearful and powerful ability is his bite. His fangs are quite long and sharp, and his venom is extremely potent, being able to paralyze and eventually kill in a matter of minutes. What makes him the most dangerous is the fact that he attempts to bite his opponents several times, injecting more venom each time.
