The author of Dimensional Council considers this page to be unfinished. As such, some sections may change.

The Dimensional Council is a group composed of villains from across the Sonic fanon multiverse. Made up of the evil dragon Armageddon, the dimension tech expert Eror, the sealed asura Veroxx, the zone destroyer Ryky, and (originally intended to be) the likes of NULL and others, the group's main goal is to dominate each of their dimensions by fusing them and taking them over with their combined power. As heroes defeat villains, and villains join the group however, the roster is subject to change.

Members[]

Armageddon the Dragon: The founder of the council, the villainous Armageddon is always trying to destroy the world. With a sadistic attitude and an insane mind, Armageddon is the archetypical dragon. Equipped with near godly powers, Armageddon is the most powerful being from the Alphaverse.

Eror the Glitchian: The first recruited member of the council, and the one who designed the unity device that united the worlds. Eror was just about ordered to join, but joined readily and willingly to test his many designs and attack Team Dragoon at the same time. Eror's essentially the technical specialist. Do not let that distract you from his power though.

Veroxx the Asura: The second recruited member of the council, originally sealed due to breaking the deity law of Asura and using wish magic upon themselves or for their own selfish desires, he would be imprisoned in a prismatic dome. Eventually, due to Eror and Armageddon finding this prison among their travels, he would be set free and join them, eventually advising them of the "Quartz Kaleidoscope" which they would steal. Veroxx allows for communications, locating and identifications among the dimensions which he obtained via the wish that imprisoned him. He would later play a major role in finding and brainwashing "Shera" to be used as a pawn for the council.

Purloin the Super Wendigo: Purloin became a new member of the council during the events of "The Odyssey". She's seen to be rather strong and could be considered to fill in the lack of power left by Veroxx's absence. Her best traits are her Immortality, Ability to steal others powers and her Espionage. Purloin would find the council on her own after breaking free of the "Titan Mountain" and causing havoc within Team Dragoons dimension. Eventually she would make it to the Dimensional Hub and meet the other members of the council. She is noted to be a slight sadist. Though, she supposedly has a "True Form" within the stomach of "Gluttony". She says she doesn't like it so she doesn't use it, but she actually looks much more alive and younger, gaining back the personality she had when she was alive and becoming extremely deadly. Gluttony and the other "Seven Sins" are hinted to have some connection to the Archangels, in this case "Temperance".

Hermit the AI: Hermit was the AI created by Dr. Eggman Nega as a backup in the case of his death. Hermit himself is an alternate universe version of Sage who has vowed revenge on Team Dragoon, Cross and Cyne after the events of "Cross and Team Dragoon: Sol Conflict". He took the information from the entire event and later watched the events of the "Dimensional Merge" unfold. Hermit would later join the council and would be able to fill in the absence of knowledge left behind when Veroxx disappeared. Hermit himself can hack any technologies and can create his own Cyber-Dimensions with the usage of the Jeweled Scepter. Alongside this Hermit has control over the entire Nega-Egg Empire and has supplied them to the Dimensional Council.

Neo-Dimensional Council[]

This was a rebranding of the Dimensional Council made by Dr. Bagon. As opposed to be a Multi-Dimensional Group with the sole purposes of getting together to crush their respective heroes and further their own goals, this Council was made by Dr. Bagon with a single goal in mind: The complete Death and Destruction of all Dimensions and to raise a bigger, better and easier to control Dimension from the ashes. Dr. Bagon saw the potential of the Dimensional Council after learning of them, but felt that they not only executed and went about it the wrong ways but that they did not have the proper means to back what they were attempting. Dr. Bagon, being extremely cunning and being known to take his time when planning out steps for his plan made sure to be very thorough. This went to the point where he interacted with powerful beings from every dimensions to ensure majority would not trifle within his affairs. He even recruited entirely new members he thought would be useful and resurrected the past members as Biomon. Dr. Bagon's planning proved to have payed off, as the first iteration of meeting the Dimensional Heroes he would successfully manage to kill them all and even awaken The Reaper within Ecto. If it hadn't been for Raid's interference, the Dimensional Heroes would never have gotten a second chance to defeat the Neo Council. Though The Reaper would still be unleashed and many other perilous events that could simply not be avoided, the results of Raid's gamble are to be revealed in The Grand Finale: Requiem...

Members[]

Dr. Bagon the Lich: Dr. Bagon had been around even since before the Dimensional Council formed, originally being a threat exclusive to Cyne. At the time he was nothing to special, any of the council members at the time probably could've defeated him if they took the time. However, one thing came apparent to Cyne an the rest of Team Phantasm. He was lurking, and growing more powerful. There was a time where Dr. Bagon was rumored to be dead, but then again... would it even matter? Dr. Bagon died, but that was exactly what he needed to awaken the masks true power. Years later he shows up again and has a fight with Team Phantasm, taking Team Phantasms Evolved Hyper Forms and millions of people from around different dimensions just to send Dr. Bagon away forever, erasing the Phantom Ruby forever in the process. Dr. Bagon was still out there however, and a certain Outer God took interest within him and mentored him. Much later down the line here we are, after observing and addressing different powerful beings within the dimensions he made his moves. He sought to understand the darkest powers of every Dimension, he went to Strya, he went to Team Dragoon's Multiverse and of course he learned much under Aetoums mentorship. Soon he had all of the knowledge he needed and would act on it. He would easily locate the ruins of what was left of the original Dimensional Council and made it his own, even the members... Needless to say, Lich King Bagon is stronger than any former member of the council, including their transformations. This overwhelming power would only become that much greater upon becoming the Lich God. As a Lich King he was 12D but upon becoming the "Lich God" he became a Hyper Tier God and a strong one, his is above 16D (I'll let his feats in story speak for how many dimensional tiers but he is certainly above 16D) meaning that is he is an immediate threat to most entities and wields power to even destroy the Finalverse (Which would be around 17D). Before his ascension to Lich God he is the second strongest member behind The Reaper (Who is 14D), later eclipsing him when attaining godhood. Dr. Bagon is also the one who forcefully awakens The Reaper and also has a better understanding of him then anyone else in the group. Naturally, he only listens to things Dr. Bagon asks him and ignores all the other members.

Escour the Demon Scientist: Brought in for his genetic expertise and special technologies, Escour is happy to be here, on the track to finally accomplishing his dream of becoming recognized for his work. Dr Bagon himself has had him make improvements to his Biomon, and the two created the Necro-Council members by combining their expertise. On the battlefield, Escour is a dangerous force, being a demon stronger than Fital, nearing Armageddon's power level at base.

The Reaper: Having been one of the Dimensional Council's greatest enemies as Ecto, The Reaper unbalanced the power scale. He spends most of his time off doing something else and will only be seen with the rest of the Neo-Council if told to return. Having mastered his powers, The Reaper's mask wasn't cracked and couldn't be destroyed.

Veroxx the Asura:

Purloin the Super Wendigo:

Necro-Armageddon the Undead Dragon:

Necro-Hermit the Virus:

Necro-Eror the Bio-Glitchian: Necro-Eror was created by the combined efforts of Escour and Dr Bagon. Escour didn't want to create him, but Dr Bagon saw his experience with Raid as invaluable, and pushed Escour to do it. This shell of a once-vibrant Glitchian has all the skills and memories of the original, but none of the heart/soul that made him who he was. His combat prowess has also suffered, due to Eror's original fighting style being heavily influenced by his personality which this puppet lacks, and due to him doing almost nothing unless given orders. Due to multiple modifications though, his durability is 56% stronger than Armageddon's, he can rot anything he touches and he can summon Biomon with bones he creates.

Council of Dimensions[]

The Dimensional Council of the future, with Dimensional Council and Bagon's Neo-Council being taken they settled on something else, "The Council of Dimensions" showing the clear connection and inspiration to the original, however without directly claiming to be the original. This council consists of the best within the dimensions, ones who can easily contest our next-generation of Dimensional Heroes.

Mono the Fractal:

Zester:

Eggman Nega:

Crack the Ant:

Codename: Disaster:

Dimensional Trinity:

More members to be revealed soon...

Allies[]

Armageddon's Army: Armageddon's Army consists of Team Zeta (Team Alpha's villainous counterparts), Team Metal (Team Alpha's robotic counterparts), the Phantom Squad (a group of evil Ecto clones) and the brainwashed Team Alpha members Rocky and Flame. This group was bribed, tricked or convinced by Armageddon to come together and serve him.

Eror's Engineers: Eror's Engineers are a group of Demon and Glitchian Engineers Eror recruited to turn his design for a first generation multiverse manipulating device into a functional machine. The deal was that they build off of plans he supplies, and Eror protects them, as well as getting to live in his new world.

Nega-Egg Empire (Cyneverse): An empire once ruled by Eggman Nega, now taken over by his successor: Hermit. The Dimensional Council use them for various war purposes but also use them for technology and more.

Kaiser Metal Sonic Mk II: Hermit would eventually recreate Kaiser Metal Sonic, this version of Kaiser is powered by all of the Sol Emeralds and has been given Cyber-Dimensional enhancements by Hermit. This is Hermit's ultimate trump card and the two have a rather good relationship like brothers, even calling each other such.

Neo-Dimensional Council Exclusive[]

Escour's Hedgehog Army: When Escour was recruited, he brought with him the army of Sonics, Shadows, and Silvers he had created. The army is massively effective, and loyal to Escour as he did create them, but they aren't trusted by anyone in the Neo-Dimensional Council, due to the fact the souls of the real deals were used in their creation, and as such could learn morals.

Unity ASD: ASD had been brought with Dr Bagon when he came to recruit Escour as a form of incentive. While it was torn to pieces to regain the Trinity Ring, Dr Bagon sensed some form of potential in the souls Escour had trained. The new Unity ASD was made with the entirety of Team Dragoon and has their superpowers in a enhanced state, as well as blood from Escour and a Chaos Core, allowing him demon powers and intrinsic understanding of Negative Chaos Energy, and a permanent Super State. The combination of everything also allows him to learn to replicate or counter energies with enough exposure.

Kaiser Metal Sonic Mk III: More information will be revealed in Requiem.

Dr. Finitevus: He was born before the events of the Ten Year Timeskip in CGA. Upon Senelaire's defeat Enerjak and Solaris split, while Solaris was split into what eventually would be known by the "Sun Deity Stones" Enerjak's formless spirit attempted to forcefully fuse with Chaos Knuckles. While Chaos Knuckles was able to destroy Enerjak during this process, the negative energy from Enerjak was now a part of Knuckles and was corrupting him. Knuckles eventually manage to split this negative energy from himself and created his evil equal: Dr. Finitevus. While Chaos Knuckles now only embodies the Positive Chaos Energy, Finitevus embodies the Negative. Both possess the Chaos Force and unlike Knuckles, Finitevus is more inclined to learn, study and find things on his own. This contrasts Knuckles who often is single minded, misunderstanding and to put it frankly, a bit dense. Dr. Finitevus allied himself with the Neo-Council, finding their alliance to only benefit him. Likewise Dr. Bagon knew it could be useful to have someone with a powerful Chaos Force like this on their side, seeing as his power could be used for an infinite generator and to tamper with and disable other super forms. Also, he's a scientist so that added to the decision.

Sonic.Exe: Summoned by Dr. Finitevus to do the heavy lifting, this Version of Sonic.Exe has mastered Cyber Power and prove's his strength with his inclusion.

Hadal, Black Tide-Winder Lord: Hadal assists the Neo-Council solely because Dr. Bagon set him free from the prison that Bubbles left him in 4000 years prior. Having been given the Crown of Darkness by Bagon, Hadal agreed to help the doctor in his efforts. The dragon primarily guards half of the Black Den, but sometimes engages in combat.

Team Eclipse: Team Eclipse were made from Team Sundown and a variety of genes from others. Escour specifically gave them powers that fulfilled their wishes, while also boosting other abilities, and incorporating their Wisp's powers directly into them. They serve as Escour's undying enforcers.

Council of Dimensions Exclusive[]

Nega-Egg Empire (Postgame):

Calamity Syndicate (Mono's Army):

Enemies[]

Ecto the Hedgehog: Ecto is one of the Dimensional Council's main enemies, being the biggest thorn in Armageddon's side. Shortly after the merge, Armageddon sent his Army to capture him. Ecto is a powerhouse able to travel through the spirit world and back, as well as other paranormal powers.

Slack the Sloth: The other non-brainwashed member of Team Alpha, Slack has the brainpower to undo all of what the Dimensional Council has done. While not high on their hit list, Armageddon plans to dispose of Slack. Slack is always working on a project usually involving futuristic weaponry.

Cyne the Hedgehog: The son of Sonic from his timeline, he would resist the effects of the merge via the "Phantom Ruby" and his own "Phantom Force". Later, due to having resisted the amnesia, he would become an immediate threat to the council, investigating and tracking them down as he restored his allies amnesia. Being the implied "Phantom Ruby Guardian" Cyne also has developed a bond with the sentient form of the "Phantom Ruby" which would prove extremely important as it established the life line with the "Archangels" that would help him and his allies.

In The Odyssey he is seen possessing his own Dream Powers. It's assumed to be due to his Phantom Mindscape and the sentience of his "Phantom Force", this could also explain why he looks slightly different as a result, why his Phantom Force is not usable in the Dreamscape and why he can't interact with Phantos. Nonetheless, his portal abilities and dream power when paired with the Ariems is rather useful.

When fighting against the Neo-Council we are met with a Cyne after the 10 year timeskip, infact this takes place during the two years after that timeskip and the start of Amazing Odyssey. More soon...

Team Dragoon: Originally tricked into being Eror's personal guard, they were brought back into the fold when a old friend showed them their mementos. Their destruction isn't high on Eror's list of goals though, as he's waiting for them to actually pose a threat to his plans. With their Mk III Wispons, they can stand alongside the heroes and against the villains comfortably.

For the Neo-Council, the threat of Team Dragoon remains roughly equal, due to the new Wispons they wield and the general power increase the Neo-Council has.

Fital the Demon: A friendly enemy of Eror's, Fital found the fused world and came to investigate. Almost as soon as he arrived, Eror roped him into a war game, allowing him to free Team Dragoon to oppose Eror's rule and give him a challenge. Fital took this inch and used it to gain a mile, taking Team Dragoon to find others and take back the world. Eror and Fital share much of the same power, but Fital has a better mastery of it.

For the Neo-Council, Fital is near-trivial to deal with, due to him having not obtained items of massive power or learned new tricks like all the other heroes have. However, after evolving into the first of a new subspecies of Demon, he gains abilities better tailored towards combating the council. Despite not giving insane increases in power, this still greatly raised his threat level to the council.

Trivia[]

  • According to StryaMaker's view on the Multiverse (which involves many things bigger than the multiverse), Universes 9563756375 through 9563756381 of Multiverse 654879453634 merged.
  • The merge caused unforeseen and unprecedented damage to the Dimensional Hubs of all connected universes due to the uncontrolled combining of them, a flaw caused by Eror not thinking there even were other Dimensional Hubs. After the dimensions were decombined, the damage truly became clear. This damage would lead to the elimination of most ways to cross dimensions if not handled in some way.
