Trivia[]

  • ChaosControl VA is very protective of his characters (especially Ginger here), so if you want to use any of them (in art, animations, etc.), he wants you to ask him for permission to do so first. He also does not want any attributes of these characters being changed (their races, sexualities, etc.) beyond his original storytelling intentions to suit your own needs (in art, animations, etc.); this will continue to remain the case, unless ChaosControl VA gives permission on some of your proposed changes first (approved changes that ChaosControl VA describes as essentially being fan fiction for you alone).
  • Deja's co-creator, ChaosControl VA, had created a system to better categorize and designate different Sonic OC Universes, considering he's had Spectrum interacting with OCs outside of his Sonic AU, and considering he didn't want to mess up the canon or anyone else's AUs with his own. Deja's home universe is designated "Earth F1718-1."[1]
  • Deja is her co-creator's (ChaosControl VA's) tenth adopted Sonic OC. She was originally created by FrizeRose (with ChaosControl VA creating her story).
  • Deja's name is an obvious reference to the term "Deja Vu," in reference to how she has appeared to her father and mother in the past.[6]
  • Out of all of ChaosControl VA's characters, for whatever reason, Deja has been stolen by others the most.[7]
