Dean the Wolf is a Kinetic who loves to mess around with people.
Backstory
Dean comes from a group of wolves who settled in an abandoned factory built by Dr. Eggman, which became their colony. Soon enough, Egg Pawns found them, and roboticized them- however, Dean was robotiziced in a unique way- a device called the Kinetic Scrambler was installed into him, that would randomly select any element every hour, giving him quite the odd power. He used his powers against Eggman, and destroyed the factory, but lead his people to a village in the forest soon afterwards. He began training his ablities, so that he now has a slight bit of control of the element chosen by the Kinetic Scrambler- it links to his mood. He decided to leave and seek out other Kinetics, heading to the city of Station Square.
Current Involment
He still lives in Station Square, looking for Kinetics to help out. He, however, has a bigger problem- he is constantly changing location, never staying in any alley or apartment room for more than a few days. He, to this day, hasn't found any Kinetics yet, but still searches.
