Dean the Wolf is an omnikinetic who loves to mess around with people.

Backstory

Dean comes from a forest village where he played with Kenny the Iguana and others. Soon enough, Egg Pawns found them, and roboticized them- however, Dean was robotiziced in a unique way- a device called the Kinetic Scrambler was installed into him and Kenny, that would randomly select any element every hour, giving him quite the odd power. He used his powers against Eggman Nega, but left Kenny behind, escaping the factory he was kept in. He began training his ablities, so that he now has a slight bit of control of the element chosen by the Kinetic Scrambler- it links to his mood. He decided to leave and seek out other Kinetics, heading to the city of Station Square.

Current Involment

He still lives in Station Square, looking for Kinetics to help out. He, however, has a bigger problem- he is on the run from not only the police for hiding in apartments and whatnot, but also Agony, who hunts down Dean to murder him.
