Dark Scorch (ダークスコーチDākusukōchi) is an ageless anthropomorphic hedeghog and a darkend, evil version of Scorch the Hedgehog.
Appearance
Dark Scorch is an ageless anthropomorphic copy of Scorch the Hedgehog with dark red-orange fur and grey skin. His eyes are blood red. He wears the exact same clothing as Scorch only his are dull, darker colours. His gloves are jet black with a grey stripe down the middle of them and his shoes are grey with jet black socks. Unlike Scorch however, he doesn't wear any cuffs, just the gloves on their own.
Personality
He is dark and very, very evil. If he has to kill someone to complete his objective, he'll do it without regret or hesitation. He doesn't eat, mainly because he doesn't need to. His creator, Cristina Thorne, modified is DNA to remove the need to eat. He recieves all of his energy from the sun and because of the great amounts he can consume during the day, his power is limitless. His only disire in life is to kill Scorch and become the ultimate life form.
History
Shortly after Scorch was captured by Doctor Thorne, she extracted some of his DNA and began to create the ultimate life form. This was in competition of Doctor Gerald Robotnik who was also creating an ultimate life form. Over the course of Scorch's life, Dark Scorch was being created and remained in slumber for many, many years. This was until Thorne was killed thus releasing Dark Scorch from his 13 year slumber.
Powers
Dark Scorch has the power to create, destroy and control fire at will. His fire is different though because it burns a dark orange-red compared to Scorch's, which burns a orange-gold.

Trivia
- Dark Scorch was originally going to be replaced with Mephiles the Dark, but it never happened because it wouldn't have made any sence as to why he was there.
