Description

Cyberforming is when an organic being is exposed a Cyberform Concentrate. It changes the organic matter into metal, transforming bone, muscle, skin into metal turning the being into a machine on the molecular level. This is an irreversible process once completed.

Cyberforming is much like Eggman's original attempts to turn animals into robots but Cyberforming can change any form of organic matter on a colossal scale as well as a much more complex and powerful machine as the end result also it has even been weaponised.

Creator

The Cyberforming process was designed and created by E-100000 Infinity as a way of creating perfect beings for his perfect world. The Cyberforming process is controlled by E-100000 Infinity remotely and can only be stopped if Infinity is destroyed.

History

Sonic: Genesis

The first mention of Cyberform is when Shadow hacks into E-100000 Infinity's mainframe and discovers something called Project Genesis. Project Genesis is designed to create perfect beings for Infinity's perfect world, the Cyberform Concentrate is revealed to be a solid material that can be altered to different forms such as energy, liquid and gas. Later on in the story however, when Sonic is attacked in Infinity's lab by an IN-Series drone, he is exposed to a liquid Cyberform Concentrate. After the battle, Sonic's left arm where the liquid touched him begins to turn to metal slowly. Throughout the rest of the game Sonic begins to fight the machine inside him that eventually reaches his brain near the end of the story. The only way Sonic was able to stop the process was to defeat Perfect Infinity thus destroying the process and stoping Sonic's transformation.

Significant Variants

Liquid Cyberforming: Using a liquid Cyberform Concentrate, the liquid is absorbed into the organic matter and starts changing the body from the skin and goes inwards to the bones, this type is a slow procedure but is the most effective type of Cyberforming

Energy Cyberforming: Using a beam of Cyberform Concentrate transformed into an energy, the beam creates a massive explosion of intense Cyberform Concentrate it instantly changes all organic matter within the blast radius to metal, this is a instant procedure but a less effective procedure as some Cyberformed matter can dissolve.
