On the planet Mobius, a Crossbreed is any Mobian whose parents are two different species (and I don't mean, like, two different breeds of cats, I mean two different species altogether).
How Species Contributes to Rarity[]
Depending on the Class, Family, Subfamily and Genus' of both parents, some crossbreeds are more common than others. The Foxwolf, for example, is the offspring of a Mobian fox and a Mobian wolf.

The only difference between the fox and the wolf is the Genus (Vulpes and Canis). Thus, the two parents could easily produce a Foxwolf offspring.
Another example is the Hedgecat, the offspring of a Mobian cat and a Mobian hedgehog.
