Cross The Hedgehog is a character from the Cyneverse and makes his first appearance in the official remake of "Cyne's Great Adventure". Cross is a super soldier who had had his body experimented on and highly modified with tech, he is essentially a living weapon. Cross was taken at a young age from an orphanage, this orphanage was low on funds. As a result of the orphanage being in a bad spot, they had agreed to give some of their orphans to an organization known as "Falcon". Falcon was an organization that performed mercenary work as a group, they got and recieved funds from nations and other governments in order to complete specific tasks as well as heavy involvement with the black market. In the Cyneverse, G.U.N. has been directly trying to put a stop to this organization from fear of power and usurp. Cross becomes a direct rival to Cyne in the second Over Arching arc.

Appearance[]

Cross has Deep dark green fur, the tips of his spines as well as a triangular mark above his right eye are a very Light green. Arguably his most notable feature is his glowing Red right eye accompanied by a very Light green iris and black pupil in his left eye. He has four large strands of hair on the front of his head as well. He also has a brass ring piercing above his right eye as well as a long black coat with white highlights and a white shirt underneath. He also possess gray baggy sweatpants which are accompanied by his combat boots, a design consisting of a mostly Black base, a large Light green tip and a White band on the middle. He also where Black, Gray and White Gloves.

Personality[]

Cross is unique in the way he acts, he is very serious when it comes to his work, so much to the fact that he will not listen nor care about anything but his objective, even if that means putting himself or the things around him in more damage. When hes not on the job he is a big joker, an overall nice guy to be around and even manages to change the mood of the room when he is around. Although some people may find him annoying, he has a way of making his way into the people around him. Of course, all the ladies want him, which he finds annoying but just ignores.

Series Appearance[]

Cross makes his first appearance in "Cyne's Great Adventure" along with the later installations "Cyne's Amazing Odyssey" and "Gaiden : Phantom's Legacy".

He also makes an appearance in a future series specifically focused around his life before the events of "Cyne's Great Adventure" after the "Solaire Arc" and between the "10 Year Timeskip Arc". The name of such a series is still a work in progress as well as the idea.

Cyne's Great Adventure[]

Cross appears as a minor antagonist at first but would later befriend Cyne, in these events they would not only become rivals, but partners in defending the planet. His debut appearance is at the near the end of the "Metal Cyne Arc" in which he shows up as a mysterious hooded figure watching the calamity unfold between the Cyber Dragon and Super Cyne.

Cyne's Amazing Odyssey[]

Many years after the previous series end, Cross would have had his own adventures off screen. He would ultimately return for the second installation and would play a major role towards the domain of gods that the series begins to enter. Clash himself would become an especially relevant character during the "Mare Arcs" as Cyne is sealed away he is vital in their efforts to get him back.

Gaiden : Phantom's Legacy[]

Clash returns again for this series, despite not being a god like Cyne is at this point, he has not aged very much, This is due to biological innovations made on him. Clash would return after one of the war arcs end and would become an Outer God.

Team Dragoon's Multiverse[]

These are times Cross has been within Team Dragoons Multiverse or when the two continuities have crossed over.

Team Dragoon: Phantoms Rift[]

Cross first appears out in Mirage Saloon Zone as a mercenary from Falcon, messing with the heroes a couple of times under orders from Eggman and Bagon, who had hired him to take out the heroes. He eventually fought them, growing a level of respect for them when they pushed him to his base form's limits. Eventually though, through a combined effort from Mephiles and Falcon, he's forced to fight them again under the threat of a killswitch, before being saved by Dria. From there, he helps bring down the Behemoth Type Biomon, and Mephiles.

Team Dragoon: Turf Wars[]

A different variant of Cross is dragged into the game by Scribble, being placed on Silence's team, Team Stealth Heroes. He often played the most defensively of all the team members, being just as effective from his Turf as he would be pushing into another.

The Eclipse and the Dragoon[]

Cross, along with Chrome, join the heroes in taking down Zenith after he accidentally finds his way to Team Dragoon's dimension(which he indirectly and unintentionally caused.)

Abilities[]

Cross is a master with all weapons, he has been trained and multiple martial arts, arts of war and assassination. Cross has a few unique additions on his body which also allow him to garner Chaos Energy easier as well giving him Ergokinesis. He can also use his Red eye to "Scope-In" but that will be explained later. As the story progresses his manipulation over Chaos Energy also grows. From his first appearance he can only use to fire energy bullets from his fingers. Upon receiving Chaos Drive Chip upgrades he can modify these bullets and their effects as well as use the energy to transform. During the Broken World Arc he receives an upgrade after studying the light gaia temples, allowing him to mold weapons and more from Chaos Energy.

Transformations/Modes[]

Cyne's Great Adventure[]

All of Me | Theme of Cross

Base[]

Base Form gives Cross access to no new abilities. This is the foundation for all his potential power-ups.

Cross Cover Art

Cover Art featuring Scoped Cross

Scoped[]

Cross focuses on usage of his right eye, this leads to being able to perceive things 5x slower, 5x more accurate aim, 5x the range of sight and 5x the potency of attacks. You could consider it a five-fold power boost. His eye also glows, gaining slightly pink outlines between colors and a bright translucent looking arc of light.

Aero[]

Cross unlocks this form by using his Scoped Mode to pick up and see the Chaos Energy around him, he uses this to gain a better understanding of how to use Chaos Energy. He focuses and concentrates the Chaos Energy throughout his body, this causes this form to happen and whilst in it, he hurts his own body from overheating. This problem is later solved once Cross receives a ventilation upgrade. Cross looks identical to his Scoped Mode, however he does possess a subtle glow on him and can now glide. (He can also achieve this form with a single Mk1 CDC)

Neo[]

After leaving Falcon, Cross's only real friend in the organization had made him a gift, the Mk . I Chaos Drive Chip (Cdc), Cross stores these within his body, and these drives work like how a solid state drive works in a computer (I guess). Upon activating this he can further increase and amplify the Chaos Energy in his body. This form is the same looking as the previous form, with the exception of the glowing marks that appear on his body. (To achieve this he requires at least 4 MK1 CDC, taking up all his slots.)

Super[]

Cross's Transformation upon being doused in mass amounts of Chaos Energy, He becomes a gold tinted yellow, along with his spines raising up. His left iris also becomes Red, while his right eye turns magenta and he gains domain over Chaos Control.

Virtual[]

Cross uses a Chaos Drive Chip Mk. II on his Super Form, This gives his super form a Green glow.

Super Stage 2[]

Just an upgraded Super Form, His Left iris turns turquoise, While his right eye turns yellow and his spines grow out 4 additional mini-spines. (This form is a reference to Dragon Ball)

Nuclear[]

Cross uses a Chaos Drive Mk. III on his Super Stage 2 Form, This gives his Super Stage 2 Form a White glow.

Atomic[]

Cross uses a Chaos Drive Mk. 0 on his Super Stage 2 Form, This allows him to gain slight Pyrokinetic, Cryokinetic and Geokinetic abilities. he also gains a Red and White glow.

Ultra[]

Visually the same as his Base Form however he gains 2 merged Chaos Energy rings, as well has black sparkles, his right eye also turns light gray. He gains control over molecular structures to a limited extent. Ultra Form is the Imperfect Version of Hyper Form.

Hyper[]

Cross Flashes Pastel Colors of the rainbow as well as having his left iris turn sea foam green, while his right eye turns sky blue. His spines style are identical to his Super Stage 2 spines.

Meltdown[]

Cross uses the Hyper Drive Chip Mk. I on his Hyper Form, this causes his Hyper Form to darken slightly in coloration and gain a more radiant aura.

Non-Canon Forms[]

Sir Tristan[]

This version of Cross appears in "Sonic and the Phantom Knight" and appears as a direct rival to Galahad.

Cross 10[]

Yup, It's Cross in a universe that's blended with the Ben 10 universe. If you didn't guess already, He got the Omnitrix and it's future upgrades.
